      "body": "**Binarisms**\r\n\r\nWhile I work on deconstructing my beliefs about everything in general, I realize that sometimes I fall from one extreme to another, or I think that to avoid something you have to do something else that also hurts: that is called binarism. Things are not white or black, but there are thousands of ways to do everything, to see everything.\r\n\r\nhttps://i.imgur.com/SuyxmPU.jpg\r\n\r\nI have many problems that I'm overcoming, but the one that reflects the most insecurities is love. In love, I gather my little confidence in myself, my emotional dependence, my lack of self-esteem, my fear of being alone, that they leave me.\r\n\r\nI understand and I'm going overcoming the need to do everything as a couple, the need to know what the other does, need security in the commitment.\r\n\r\nI understand that I need to listen and value myself, and find both happiness and self-confidence. \r\nSometimes I hear criticism of monogamy that makes me think that I am still very strange. What for having an open mind, being aware of social constructions or being a feminist should hate monogamy.\r\n\r\nBut I can not hate her because it's how I feel. I am unable to feel interest for another person when I am in love. Once, after a few years, a \"this guy is cool\" yes I thought. Nothing else.\r\n\r\nIt is also true that with the mess of cats and new work I have no desire for almost anything or time.\r\n\r\nMaybe it's that, time. Maybe over time you feel like exploring. Maybe being as I am and feeling as I feel away from certain people, and is sad .... And it's hard for me to think about myself before other things, but in the end there will always be people like me, wanting the same as me.\r\n\r\nI'm afraid to meet because I'm afraid of losing people, when I know that the most important thing is me ... \r\nThat is going to deconstruct romantic ideas, to think about oneself, to take care of oneself and to look for healthy relationships with people who add up in our life. I did not grieve to be in front of more people, rather I liked it. I loved it because there were no mistakes, I was not me but many others. On the stage and under the reflector I was existed not only for others but for myself.\r\n\r\nOn stage you can be many characters, and among them all, yourself. Among makeup, costumes, voices and gestures, we can get a little of everything that we reguarded inside. We can cry or laugh without having a clear motive to do it, we can let be all those emotions that every day we insist on hiding and not feeling. We can be the villains or the heroes without feeling bad for it, we can be who we want without asking why.\r\n\r\nThe theater is considered part of the fifth art and belongs to literature, and arts, they are said to be means of expression, ways to manifest thoughts, ideas, feelings, emotions, perspectives, beliefs, criticism, and many other things. For me, the theater was a way of getting to know myself a bit more, even though at the time I was not fully aware of this.\r\n\r\nWe are actors in our own lives, whether we are part of a script that is written day by day or a previously written story, we bring to reality our thoughts, ideas and emotions. The theater is no more then a reflection of life and everything we can be in it; we can act a thousand roles and in all of them we can express a bit of our true essence.\r\n\r\nWe can build the story of a character inspired by our previous experiences, and that is when we allow ourselves to experiment or explore other emotions, reactions and consequences in such a situation. In recent times, Rome has been filled with dozens of more or less authentic Chinese and Japanese restaurants. Soybeans, ginger have started to invade our kitchen, our most traditional products, from chicken nuggets to seafood, until you get to tubers and broad-leaved vegetables.\r\n\r\nThe so-called fusion cuisine has also entered our premises, contaminating more dishes, among which the Lasagna Wok with chicken and vegetables in Teriyaki sauce stands out.\r\n\r\nChina, represented by Wok, and Japan, whose symbol is the Teriyaki sauce, meet Italy through the most consumed meat and perhaps loved by the inhabitants of the Peninsula: the chicken!\r\n\r\nAll the preparation of this lasagna goes around the Wok, a conical pan with a hemispherical base in cast iron or iron, which allows you to cook short and low in fat. It is perfect to sauté vegetables, leaving them crunchy, and to brown the chicken nuggets together with any kind of spicy sauce.\r\n\r\nIn this case, we opted for Teriyaki sauce based on soy, mirin (rice vinegar), and sake (alcoholic beverage based on rice), which for its savory taste and Umami, due to the fermentation to which they are subjected both rice and soy, enhances the white and delicate meat of chicken and the crunchiness of zucchini and carrots.\r\n\r\nIn short, we tried to dress Italy in an oriental dress, lit by the green of zucchini and the bright orange of the carrot ... enjoy your meal!\r\n\r\nhttps://i.imgur.com/GV604bi.jpg\r\n\r\n**INGREDIENTS FOR 4 PEOPLE:**\r\n\r\nfor the pastry:\r\n\r\n* 300 gr flour 00\r\n* 3 medium eggs\r\n\r\nfor the cream of zucchini:\r\n\r\n* 300 gr zucchini\r\n* 50 g golden onions\r\n* Salt to taste\r\n* oil evo qb\r\n\r\nfor the teriyaki sauce:\r\n\r\n* 100 gr soy sauce\r\n* 100 brown sugar\r\n* 100 gr mirin ()\r\n* 1 tablespoon of water\r\n\r\nfor the filling:\r\n\r\n* 300 gr of chicken breast\r\n* 200 gr carrots\r\n* 200 gr zucchini\r\n* 100 gr leek\r\n* 400 gr cream of zucchini\r\n* 50 gr teriyaki sauce\r\n* 20 gr soy sauce\r\n* 160g béchamel sauce\r\n* flour 00 qb\r\n* Salt to taste\r\n* oil evo qb\r\n\r\n**METHOD:**\r\n\r\n1. For the dough: knead the ingredients by hand or with the planetary until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous result. Collect the dough in a ball, wrap it with the transparent kitchen film and let it rest for at least 1 hour in a cool place, covered with a tea towel.\r\n\r\n2. Roll out the dough by hand or with the machine to a thickness of about 2-3 mm. Obtain them rectangles of dimensions just below those of the pan. Cook them in abundant salted water.\r\n\r\n3. For the teriyaki sauce: bring to a boil the soy sauce, mirin, sugar and water. Let it reduce until you get a caramel.\r\n\r\n4. For the cream of zucchini: slice the courgettes and let them stew on a low heat in a pan with a thick bottom together with the onion and a round of oil for a quarter of an hour adding a ladle of water. Add salt.\r\n\r\n5. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces (must be eaten in a mouthful), flour and brown it in a pan with a little oil. Add salt.\r\n\r\n6. Cut the vegetables into julienne strips and sauté in the wok with oil and teriyaki sauce. At the end of cooking add the chicken and let it cook for a few minutes.\r\n\r\n7. Compose your lasagna: place a layer of béchamel on the base of your pan. Cover with the pastry, spread a veil of zucchini cream, sprinkle the mix of chicken and vegetables here, make some béchamel and season with soy sauce and teriyaki sauce. Repeat the procedure three more times. You have to do four layers.\r\n\r\n8. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Cook the lasagna, depending on the size of the pan, from a minimum of 15 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes, until a nice golden crust is formed. Let it rest a few minutes before serving.\r\n\r\n**A tip for you:**\r\nIn this lasagna, precision is important, both in terms of cooking time for chicken and vegetables and for salt dosing.
