      "body": "I was consumed with frustration and anger. With accusations, disrespect, and disdain constantly coming at me from the ex, all I could think about was how unreasonable she was being and how she was making the entire situation much worse than it needed to be.\n\nShe refused to listen, was always angry at me, and constantly accusing me of something.\n\nShe didn't seem to know what compromise was much less how important it was to actually try to co-parent our young three-year old daughter.\n\nShe thought she was always right and that I was always wrong. I felt the same way about her!\n\nI'd tried to express my concern for our daughter, but as usual the ex refused to listen. At one point she \"mandated\" that we go to an every other day schedule (which provided zero stability or consistency for a three-year old child. This was confirmed by two child psychologists I reached out to).\n\nWhen I shared the opinions of the two child psychologists with the ex, she only dug her heels in more!\n\nNo matter what I said or did, it only made things worse. I was at my wits' end and had absolutely no idea what to do to try to change the abhorrent situation.\n\nI'm pretty sure the ex felt the same way.\n\nWhat the hell could I do to try to make things better??\n\nIt hit me like a ton of bricks... The more I reacted with intense anger, the worse things got.\n\nAs I reflected on anger, I started to understand that every time I got angry, I lost control of myself, of the interaction, and I rarely got what I wanted.\n\nIn other words, when I reacted with anger towards the ex, she would never agree with anything I wanted.\n\nIn other words, my anger only seemed to backfire when it came to the ex.\n\nI knew I had to get Clarity for what I really wanted. Then I had to determine the person I needed to be to remain calm and to figure out how to communicate with the ex in ways that would be much more likely to have the outcome I wanted.\n\nMy WHY was my three-year old daughter. Alie needed me to be my best, especially to be the best father I could possibly be. This included my setting the best examples for her that I could and trying to figure out how to co-parent with her mother.\nI committed to make my daughter the top priority and to strive to remain calm no matter what during any and all interactions with the ex.\n\nWas I perfect?       "body": "Over recent years there has been an explosion in the range of digital cameras. Although there has been a move away from 'traditional' type of compact cameras and Digital Single Lens Reflex (Digital SLR) with the industry appearing to focusing a lot of development 'compact system cameras' (bridge camera). This has made it even harder to decide which digital camera is the best for the average consumer.\n\nThe principle behind most compact system cameras is the same as that of a Digital SLR, with the benefits of relatively large sensors and interchangeable lenses, but coupled with the portable nature of the advanced compact cameras. These cameras are designed to deliver a high standard of functionality and image quality in a relatively small and inexpensive camera body.\n\nThis opens the market for manufactures, to first-time users demanding a reasonably priced way of attaining high-quality images, through to the enthusiast who may not wish to carry around a heavy Digital SLR body and collection of lenses for a day's shooting or for whom the price of a pro Digital SLR would be prohibitive.\n\nAlthough, for myself I would opt for the functionality and image quality of compact system cameras, are these really the best option for everyone?\n\nCompact cameras\n\nCompact cameras are designed for the less demanding and occasional users and are good for family and holiday snaps. Supplied with 'smart' and 'intelligent' technology, compact cameras are ideal for those happy to leave all the decision-making to the camera rather than themselves, but also allowing some degree of control when needed. Ironically these cameras can often be the most difficult to choose between due to the vast array of models from a huge number of manufacturers.\n\nPixels\n\nMany of today's digital cameras contain a larger sensors than in the past, incorporating between 8-16 million pixels (Mp). This comfortably meets and surpasses the requirements of most digital camera users today for taking family photographs and holiday snaps.\n\nWhile a greater number of pixels can be beneficial in good light, this can also have a negative effect on image quality when you use camera's light sensitivity or ISO settings to the maximum when photographing in low light conditions.\n\nThis doesn't mean you should avoid digital cameras with the a high number of mega-pixels, but that your decision regarding the digital camera that would most suit your needs should take into account both quality of the image sensor, number of mega-pixels, ease of use and the quality of the lens. Lens quality and sensor quality are two guiding factors that should always be at the forefront of any decision when considering the type of digital camera, model and manufacturer, you wish to purchase.\n\nIf you do plan on buying a simple compact camera, and you're likely to be using it in a range of lighting conditions, lookout for those which use a 'backlit' sensor, as these tend to capture images with less noise (noise is the colour distortion caused by low light conditions where your digital camera is trying to compensate, this grainy and spotted appearance may spoil what would otherwise be a nice photograph) and with a greater dynamic range. As the technology improves manufacturers are incorporating this feature in to a greater range of models. Nevertheless it is worth enquiring prior to purchasing your new camera.\n\nWhat lens?\n\nAs previously mentioned the quality of the lens is of real significance of when considering which camera to purchase. It is advisable to find a camera that has a range of the lens, as this will determine how suitable it is for different subjects and situations. I would advise that when purchasing a new camera body you choose a short zoom lens with arrange between approximately 24 mm to 70 mm. Of course it is likely that as an initial purchase, the camera will come as a 'lens kit', where the camera body lens come boxed together.\n\nMany manufacturers equip their digital cameras with an image stabilisation system. A more expensive compact camera may provide a better quality sensor and a better quality lens, which together help improve the quality of the digital photographs you shoot. They may also offer manual control over exposure for when you are more technically proficient, and you may have the facility to shoot in raw, a shooting mode which will give you a more information recorded on to the digital image allowing greater flexibility when processing the image in programs such as Photoshop. Moreover, higher specification models are likely to have a superior LCD screen to those on cheaper cameras, which will not only provide greater clarity but will also be easier to view in bright and sunny conditions.\n\nIf you require a larger zoom range, you will defiantly want to consider a bridge camera. These combine expansive optical zooms with manual exposure options, which together provide control similar to a DIGITAL SLR.\n\nAlongside higher quality LCD screens bridge cameras tend to incorporate electronic viewfinders with around 230,000 dots of resolution, although the performance of these varies wildly between models so it's worth considering this before coming to a decision regarding any particular model. These viewfinders also have the added benefit of displaying much of the information found on the camera's LCD screen, which allows you to view and change camera's settings without the need to take the camera away from your eye.\n\nWhile the results from a bridge camera generally are not as good as that of the quality of a Digital SLR, what you lose in quality you gain in portability and convenience in a small and inexpensive camera body. These stalls are allotted by the government and they serve a definite purpose in society. Years back I had an emotional encounter with a young girl who ran a tea stall. I could never locate her again as she seemed to have vanished in the depths of this great city.\n\nIt all started in the month of June, the period when the monsoon is in full force. I drove to my office, when thunder boomed and boomed again. Torrential rain commenced and I thought it a good idea to stop the car and wait for the rain to stop. With lightening flashing, I looked around and through the rain espied a small Jhunkar tea stall. I rushed to the stall and saw it was run by a young girl. She was perhaps about 22 or 23, but she looked lovely in her sari that clung to her body. The thundering rain all around created an enchanting world. Perhaps it was the will of the lord Krishna as a magical world was created.\n\nThe girl prepared and served me tea and hot samosa. I was loathe to leave and continued sitting there. We got into a conversation and she told me she was married for 3 years and had no kids.\n\nThis was the beginning and almost everyday I visited the tea stall. A strange intimacy developed between us. It was as if the Lord KRISHNA had willed it. I became a frequent visitor to her stall. Sometimes we chatted for a long time. One day I found her crying and she told me she had been beaten by her inlaws as she didn't have a child. Spontaenously I gathered her in my arms to console her. The effect was electric and we ended kissing each other\n\nLove blossomed, at least for me and we had regular trysts in the stall. Many a time she would shut the stall as the monsoon crashed on earth. I was swept by passion and this continued for 2 months.\n\nOne fine day, I entered the stall, but could not see my girl. An old woman sat and she prepared tea. I casually asked where the young girl was. The woman beamed and told me god had blessed her and she had gone to her village.\n\nI sat stunned, wondering what to do. I didn't even know her name or address. In this article I will teach you a few simple methods you can try to repair the error yourself.\n\nThis article is intended for people whose cameras are out of warranty. If your camera is still under warranty, go to your nearest Canon repair shop and let them fix it. If it’s not, you can either choose to pay around 150$ for the repair or try one of these simple techniques.\n\nFirst I should explain what exactly an E18 is. According to Canon’s web site, it is an error that involves the lens unit or lens cover. The lens gets stuck in the extended position, and refuses to move either to focus the lens or to retract when powered off. It can happen if you apply pressure to the area surrounding the lens while it is in the recording mode (this includes dropping the camera), or if sand or dirt get into the lens area. The lens gets stuck, you get a black screen with a small “E18″ sign in the lower-left corner, the camera beeps a few times and turns off.\n\nLately, I noticed a number of people online who are having troubles with this error. It happened to my Power Shot A520 as well a couple of weeks ago, but fortunately, the camera was still under warranty so Canon fixed it free of charge. In order to help the unlucky ones whose cameras are out of warranty, I decided to write this article.\n\nBasically, there are a couple of simple things you can try. I can’t guarantee they will work for you, but I know these methods have helped some people get rid of their E18 problems:\n\n1) One method is to tap the padded USB cover part on a hard surface, for example, a desk. I know it sounds to simple to work, but this can get some of the dirt out of the lens.\n\n2) Try compressed air. With a fine tip blow off gun and dry compressed air set the tip between the lens turret and the camera body and turn on the air while moving the tip around the lens. It should remove all of the dust and sand. Turn the camera on and it should function fine.\n\n3) Another solution is to try and push the lens back into place. This is the least preferable method. Try it only if the camera is out of warranty and DON’T apply too much pressure! If the lens can be set back into place with a light push, great! If not, don’t force it!\n\n4) If nothing else works, there are a couple of online guides in different languages for dismantling the camera and cleaning the lens thoroughly. Try this only if your camera is out of warranty!
