For those who never been here it's pretty easy to install Google Chrome by download its from Google website.\n\nAs everyone know very well that China is one of a very restricted Internet connect there is no google here. So it's a bit challenge to install Google Chrome here. There is another possible way to install Google Chrome and I decide to write an article for those who want to do it correctly.\n\nLet's jumping to bellow step\n\n### Step: 1 Add Source List\n\nPress CTRL+ALT+T to open a terminal or you can open any terminal as your favorite once, then edit sources.list file with any favorite text editor I love Nano so i'm going to do with it. You should have done it with super user privilege.\n\n`sudo nano /etc/apt/sources.list`\n\nUse the down arrow key to scroll to the bottom of this file. Add the following APT line at the end of the file.\n\n`deb [arch=amd64] http://dl.google.com/linux/chrome/deb/ stable main`\n\n![](https://raw.githubusercontent.com/mrayoung/ayoungnotes.github.io/master/_posts/img/chrome_source_list.png)\n\n### Step: 2 Add Add Linux Signing Key\n\nIn Nano text editor in order to save the file we need to press Ctrl+O, then Enter to confirm. press CTRL+X to exit out of this file of you can make it's faster by CTRL + X and Enter. After that, enter the following command to download Google’s signing key.\n\n`wget https://dl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub`\n\nThen use `apt-key to add`  with sudo privilege to your keyring so the package manager can verify the integrity of Google Chrome package.\n\n`sudo apt-key add linux_signing_key.pub`\n\n### Step: 3 Install Google Chrome\n\nLets update package list before install the stable version of Google Chrome.\n\n`sudo apt update`\n`sudo apt install google-chrome-stable`\n\nInstalling Google Chrome browser on Ubuntu is pretty easy! Upgrade our kernel will help our Linux device or system to recognize very easily and protect our system from vulnerabilities that has found from our previous versions.\n\nSound so interesting right? There is more I have a very basic bash script that will do all the thing for you to upgrade your kernel in following step.\n\n### Step 1: Check Installed Kernel Version\nIn order to see the current version of our kernel we can type:\n\n`$ uname -sr`\n\nYou should have the information about your kernel version.\nAfter you see the current kernel then compare it with this site [Kernel.org](https://www.kernel.org)\n\nIf you are behind the latest kernel then we begin the step 2.\n\n### Step 2: Upgrading Kernel\nI hosted my script in github if you haven't install git in your system yet I recommend you check and follow the step here [How To Install Git Version Control Systems On Ubuntu 2018](https://www.ayoungnotes.com/2018/08/How-To-Install-Git-On-Ubuntu-2018)\n\nThen clone all my script from my github repository in the following command:\n\n`git clone https://github.com/mrayoung/Script.git`\n\nIf you only need a single script for your kernel upgrade just use WGET by following command:\n\n`wget https://github.com/mrayoung/Script/blob/master/upgrade-ubuntu-kernel.sh`\n\nIf you clone from my repo need to go inside the directory and begin step 3.\n\n### Step 3: Change Permission\nBefore execute the script you need to change to permission on script you want to executed this done by following command:\n\n`chmod +x upgrade-ubuntu-kernel.sh`\n\n### Step 4 — Execute Command for Upgrading\nIf you understand the bash or it's very easy to understand first it's make a directory.\nnext it's download all the deb file into that directory and last it's install by using`dpkg -i`.\n\nTo execute the script just type:\n\n`sudo ./upgrade-ubuntu-kernel.sh` \n\nThen it's do the rest for you what I have mentioned above.\n\nIf take sometime you might need a cup of coffee if your internet connection is not very good.\nafter successfully executed you should reboot your system.\n\n### Step 5 — Verify\nSurely will need to verify your kernel after upgraded.\nthis is very easy just go back to Step 1. \n\n`$ uname -sr`\n\nLet's me know if you find some error on your upgrading.\n\nI also post on my public note here: [Ayoungnotes](https://www.ayoungnotes.com)",

There is more I have a very basic bash script that will do all the thing for you to upgrade your kernel in following step.\n\n### Step 1: Check Installed Kernel Version\nIn order to see the current version of our kernel we can type:\n\n`$ uname -sr`\n\nYou should have the information about your kernel version.\nAfter you see the current kernel then compare it with this site [Kernel.org](https://www.kernel.org)\n\nIf you are behind the latest kernel then we begin the step 2.\n\n### Step 2: Upgrading Kernel\nI hosted my script in github if you haven't install git in your system yet I recommend you check and follow the step here [How To Install Git Version Control Systems On Ubuntu 2018](https://www.ayoungnotes.com/2018/08/How-To-Install-Git-On-Ubuntu-2018)\n\nThen clone all my script from my github repository in the following command:\n\n`git clone https://github.com/mrayoung/Script.git`\n\nIf you only need a single script for your kernel upgrade just use WGET by following command:\n\n`wget https://github.com/mrayoung/Script/blob/master/upgrade-ubuntu-kernel.sh`\n\nIf you clone from my repo need to go inside the directory and begin step 3.\n\n### Step 3: Change Permission\nBefore execute the script you need to change to permission on script you want to executed this done by following command:\n\n`chmod +x upgrade-ubuntu-kernel.sh`\n\n### Step 4 — Execute Command for Upgrading\nIf you understand the bash or it's very easy to understand first it's make a directory.\nnext it's download all the deb file into that directory and last it's install by using`dpkg -i`.\n\nTo execute the script just type:\n\n`sudo ./upgrade-ubuntu-kernel.sh` \n\nThen it's do the rest for you what I have mentioned above.\n\nIf take sometime you might need a cup of coffee if your internet connection is not very good.\nafter successfully executed you should reboot your system.\n\n### Step 5 — Verify\nSurely will need to verify your kernel after upgraded.\nthis is very easy just go back to Step 1. \n\n`$ uname -sr`\n\nLet's me know if you find some error on your upgrading.",
