| body |  正常来说,我们的身体劳累一天,只能通过晚上睡觉来休息。但是如果姿势不对,脊柱周围的肌肉得不到充分的休息,就相当于它要连轴转24小时。所以你早上起来腰酸背痛,犹如身挂千斤石也就不奇怪了。更严重的是,脊柱长时间得不到充分的休息,很可能产生退行性变,加速颈椎、腰椎劳损,还可能出现骨盆歪斜!  通常大家的睡眠姿势有侧卧、仰卧、俯卧三种。下面给大家介绍下睡姿需要注意的地方。 1.侧卧位 侧卧时脊柱中间部位会塌陷下来,离床更近一些。床越软脊柱塌陷就更严重,脊柱没有有效的支撑,一晚上都保持紧张状态,得不到休息。此外,枕头高度不适对颈椎的压力也会增大。 正确的做法 : 选择软硬适度的床垫,再选一个高度等同于你肩膀高度的枕头,让颈椎能保持一个中立的位置;然后,最好在膝盖之间再夹个枕头,保证盆骨位置良好不会让脊柱过分弯曲。老年人常说自己腰疼要睡硬床,这里“睡硬床”指的不是睡光板床,床也不是越硬越好!   硬板床指的是不那么软的床,通常指厚度小于10厘米的床垫。睡过硬的床,腰椎下面是空的,没有东西撑着,整个腰部就只能由脑后、肩膀、骶骨支撑,对腰椎的压力更大,睡觉时腰部反而不能放松,长此以往腰会更痛。 2.仰卧位 仰卧位可以给脊椎、腰椎一个有效支撑,如果再加软硬适中的床和高度合适的枕头,那就妥妥可以睡好觉了。 更好的方法: 可以在膝盖下面放一个枕头,让骨盆处在一个稍微后倾的姿势,可以让骨盆周围的肌肉完全放松。这样腰也放松下来了。  市面上很多睡眠枕,都有一个特定弧度,就是让颈椎有个自然的生理弯曲。但在挑选的时候要注意软硬度,太硬肯定不舒服,太软会塌陷下去,根本起不到任何作用。合适的枕头应该能贴到你肩膀的位置,可以让颈部得到休息。如果没有枕头直接躺在床上,颈椎中间是悬空的,肌肉完全得不到放松,同时还存在落枕的风险。  3.俯卧位 用俯卧姿势睡觉的话,你的头必定是转到另一边的,这对颈椎的压力是比较大的,而且趴着的时候心肺都被压着,完全不利于呼吸,还容易落枕。所以不建议这个睡姿。  不过这个姿势放在平时锻炼倒是不错的。比如说趴在瑜伽垫上,胳膊撑起来,抬着头往前看,这样待一会儿腰会舒服很多。  掌握正确的睡姿,才能让身体得到充分的休息。希望大家辛劳了一整天之后,都能美美地睡一觉,充满精气神地迎接第二天吖~ |

"body": "\n正常来说,我们的身体劳累一天,只能通过晚上睡觉来休息。但是如果姿势不对,脊柱周围的肌肉得不到充分的休息,就相当于它要连轴转24小时。所以你早上起来腰酸背痛,犹如身挂千斤石也就不奇怪了。更严重的是,脊柱长时间得不到充分的休息,很可能产生退行性变,加速颈椎、腰椎劳损,还可能出现骨盆歪斜!\n\n\n通常大家的睡眠姿势有侧卧、仰卧、俯卧三种。下面给大家介绍下睡姿需要注意的地方。\n1.侧卧位\n侧卧时脊柱中间部位会塌陷下来,离床更近一些。床越软脊柱塌陷就更严重,脊柱没有有效的支撑,一晚上都保持紧张状态,得不到休息。此外,枕头高度不适对颈椎的压力也会增大。\n正确的做法 :\n选择软硬适度的床垫,再选一个高度等同于你肩膀高度的枕头,让颈椎能保持一个中立的位置;然后,最好在膝盖之间再夹个枕头,保证盆骨位置良好不会让脊柱过分弯曲。老年人常说自己腰疼要睡硬床,这里“睡硬床”指的不是睡光板床,床也不是越硬越好!\n\n\n\n\n\n硬板床指的是不那么软的床,通常指厚度小于10厘米的床垫。睡过硬的床,腰椎下面是空的,没有东西撑着,整个腰部就只能由脑后、肩膀、骶骨支撑,对腰椎的压力更大,睡觉时腰部反而不能放松,长此以往腰会更痛。\n2.仰卧位\n仰卧位可以给脊椎、腰椎一个有效支撑,如果再加软硬适中的床和高度合适的枕头,那就妥妥可以睡好觉了。\n更好的方法:\n可以在膝盖下面放一个枕头,让骨盆处在一个稍微后倾的姿势,可以让骨盆周围的肌肉完全放松。这样腰也放松下来了。\n\n\n市面上很多睡眠枕,都有一个特定弧度,就是让颈椎有个自然的生理弯曲。但在挑选的时候要注意软硬度,太硬肯定不舒服,太软会塌陷下去,根本起不到任何作用。合适的枕头应该能贴到你肩膀的位置,可以让颈部得到休息。如果没有枕头直接躺在床上,颈椎中间是悬空的,肌肉完全得不到放松,同时还存在落枕的风险。\n\n\n3.俯卧位\n用俯卧姿势睡觉的话,你的头必定是转到另一边的,这对颈椎的压力是比较大的,而且趴着的时候心肺都被压着,完全不利于呼吸,还容易落枕。所以不建议这个睡姿。\n\n\n不过这个姿势放在平时锻炼倒是不错的。比如说趴在瑜伽垫上,胳膊撑起来,抬着头往前看,这样待一会儿腰会舒服很多。\n\n\n\n\n掌握正确的睡姿,才能让身体得到充分的休息。希望大家辛劳了一整天之后,都能美美地睡一觉,充满精气神地迎接第二天吖~",
