      "body": "<i><center>  ¿Realmente funcionan los libros de autoayuda? ¿Acaso puedes alcanzar la felicidad/realización/paz con los libros de autoayuda?</center>  </i>\n\n<hr/>\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbyYquAwgWjkmdZ3qC1UYFBxt4G7uhPoKeWjesSBo1FjV/thART9C1F1.jpg</center>\n<hr/>\n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"><p> Para mí es muy delicado el tema de los libros de autoayuda, veamos la situación en general empezó en un momento muy turbio de mi vida, estaba muy deprimida y mi situación era un lío, entonces de pronto a alguien se le ocurrió la idea de comprarme muchos textos de esta índole, todos con títulos muy atrayentes: <i>Aprende a ser feliz, Los pasos para conseguir el éxito, No seas emocionalmente inestable</i> (estos no son los títulos exactos, pero algo así los recuerdo). </p>\n\nSin lugar a dudas, ahora que estoy mucho más tranquila, me parece una muy mala idea darle un libro de autoayuda a una persona deprimida, porque se visualizan frases como:<i> la felicidad la tienes que construir tú mismo, es tu deber. O, todo lo puedes alcanzar, solo sé muy optimista y el universo conspirará para que las oportunidades se te den<i>; <b>MAL</b>, es horrible porque mi depresión se basaba la mía en un vacío existencial, básicamente estaba en shock y no le encontraba sentido a mi vida, no iba a pasar que por leer esas frases ya mágicamente iba a ser dichosa, por el contrario, me desanimaron debido a que mostraban a la felicidad 24/7 como un producto, el cual todos debíamos tener por naturaleza y yo no lo podía alcanzar.\n\n<hr/>\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSRmB7Fwwzv2qW9vxoLZSnnW2itpV9Tyuz4ZfynCMkBVn/Libros-de-autoayuda-2.jpg</center>\n<hr/>\n\nMe recuerdo pasando los capítulos de diversos libros intentando cumplir cada meta, casi nunca las lograba y junto con mi depresión nació un pensamiento ¿Por qué no soy feliz? lo debo ser, es necesario y no lo puedo alcanzar, esto conllevó a una frustración enorme. Hubo un libro en particular que no puede terminar de leerlo, sin embargo, es uno de los que me marco más negativamente, básicamente se trataba de breves historias de mujeres que habían tenido malas experiencias amorosas, súper tóxicas y resulta que yo las cumplía todas, entonces me sentí como la fracasada universal, estaba deprimida, no era feliz y lo quería lograr a toda costa, aparte era un fracaso en las relaciones porque nadie me quería, no me daba a respetar, era insegura. Así de golpe el problema aumento a cien mil.\n\n\nPero tranquilos amigos, un día luego de sentirme como la porquería más inmensa reflexione y escondí en librero personal, lo más atrás posible todos esos objetos endemoniados jajaja. Posteriormente, me llevaron a un excelente psicólogo que me recomendó un libro sorprendente, se llama<b>, El hombre en busca del sentido de Viktor Frankl</b>, es súper interesante, es un psicólogo que narra su experiencia vivida en la guerra cuando lo vuelven prisionero en los campos de concentración. En ningún momento la novela te juzga o te exige, sino que acompañas a Viktor en su proceso mental, empatizas y te relacionas; admito que a partir de este momento vi una luz en mi vida, no era la única que se sentía tan mal y sin propósitos, no era la única a quien le habían destruido sus ideales y eso estaba bien, sentirme mal, triste, ya poco a poco mejoraría.\n\nDe esta manera, aquí les señalo los dos puntos relevantes que se equivocan enormemente.\n\n<h3><center>  BUSCAN IMPONERTE UNA PERSONALIDAD</center></h3> \n\n<hr/>\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmazcMt5vy8LGmfd2xpUZNieGCUhiP9Ud1ntWaNm2aoAcA/trasotornos-personalidad.jpg</center>\n<hr/>\n\nTodos somos diferentes, fin, nadie puede llegar a fabricar tus perspectiva y puntos de vistas. Quiero decir no puedes ser todos los días alguien que se despierte animado, sonría y este dichoso saltando con los pajaritos 24/7, además sea el más productivo, el más amable, el más competitivo por alcanzar sus metas, el mejor miembro de la familia.       "body": "<div class=\"text-justify\"><p> Al final del año 2018 estaba mortalmente aburrida mirando mi blanca habitación, la cual por cierto ya he empezado de llenar de colores la pared, entonces me pregunté ¿Qué puedo hacer para matar el tiempo? (estoy esperando mis papeles para ser legal) y me surgió la idea de ver películas, pero no quería ver cualquiera, mi intención era ver las más instensas y que casi te explotara el cerebro, para preguntarme ¿Qué demonios acabo de ver?</p>\n\n\nDe esta manera, me vi algunas viejas y otras nuevas, recomendadas por youtubers cinéfilos que tienen mis gustos parecidos, e aquí les traigo los nombres de películas deslumbrantes, que si no entiendes algo vas y buscas un video capaz de explicarte la trama (yo lo hice varias veces)\n\n\n<h3><center>  THE WITCH</center>  </h3>\n\n<hr/>\n<center>(https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQwvz7RR3apykLU6mvSiEr42SrTdB1f5pDCHN5KzF2KH7/the-witch-movie-2016-film-wallpaper-HD-exclusive-goat.jpg)</center>  \n<hr/>\n\nFue la primera película intensa que me vi, fue estrenada en el 2015 y siempre había escuchado muy buenas críticas de ella, pero como mi internet no funcionaba bien, la deje anotada en una lista de películas que se ven sorprendentes y algún día me veré. Es que estaba muy emocionada cuando empezó a cargar y le di a reproducir, porque me encanta el tema de as brujas y todo lo místico combinado con el terror.\n\n\nPues bien, la historia no me decepciono, de hecho es de mis pelis de terror favoritas porque cuenta con un desarrollo de personajes muy bien logrados, personalidades definidas, además de una trama coherente, esta va creciendo hasta llegar a un clímax. En sí, la trama se basa en que una familia es expulsada de su pueblo por ser cristianos, entonces se mudan a un apartado campo sin civilización, solo dependen de ellos mismos, recolectando la comida y cazando a los animales.En medio de su supervivencia el bebé desaparece, en un principio culpan a un lobo de raptárselo, pero la confusión y lo sobrenatural a su alrededor hace que empiecen a creer que hay algo aterrador persiguiéndolos, a lo mejor es una bruja o quizás la bruja siempre estuvo en la familia.\n\n\n<h3><center>  HERITARY</center>  </h3>\n\n<hr/>\n<center> (https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdzKDDxvCxPdRFyodbLWeHXDahz13xT9RBjH6qkEEDpzH/Hereditary-French-Poster.jpg)</center>  \n<hr/>\n\nEste largometraje me lo vi en Venezuela antes de mudarme, cuando ya estaba decepcionada de las películas de terror, siempre eran lo mismo: sustos de caras o cuerpos acercándose muy rápido a la cámara, pero el 2018 llegó una de las más aterradoras películas de terror, no por los momentos explícitos, sino por la causa de ellos y la tensión. Exactamente a las 1 de madrugada ya estaba toda cargada, desde aquí les advierto que es una historia que empieza lento, poco a poco los lazos se van uniendo hasta explotar jajajaja.\n\n\nEn general se basa de una familia que se va descomponiendo tras la muerte de la abuela, primero por el duelo y luego una serie de sucesos muy extraños empiezan a ocurrir hasta llegar al colapso total ¿o la gloria para algunos?\n\n\n<h3><center>  MOTHER</center>  </h3>\n\n<hr/>\n<center>  (https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSGbdQk6UPqezi6RSbeV5YUoF2f42dLEeqWGGgGRN5iQu/mother-movie-poster.jpg)</center>  \n<hr/>\n\nLas mencionadas anteriormente tienen una trama y un hilo argumental muy solido, en cambio en Mother no entiendes nada, bueno sí, lo único que hay una pareja, todos lo quieren visitar, con esa premisa tan invasiva, planos súper interesantes y una conexión con la mujer e intentar que todos se vayan de la casa para que ella pueda estar tranquila con su esposo. A medida que avanzaba la película entendía menos, me sentía más frustrada y se terminó. \n\nDe inmediato me fui a YouTube, pues resulta que no fui la única confundida, le tuvieron que preguntar directamente: ¿De qué va tu película?, su respuesta fue súper extraña, la idea de todo, no lo sé, vivan su experiencia invasiva y desesperante.\n\n\n<h3><center>  EL SACRIFICIO DEL CIERVO SAGRADO</center>  </h3>\n\n<hr/>\n<center> https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYDFtDEE3gbP94PoQv7f9ag2PnrqgHGonbURnQ2T7x663/8436564164223.jpg</center>  \n<hr/>\n\nYo la llamo peliculón jajajaja, trama sencilla, sin embargo muy bien contada y unas actuaciones brillantes entre locura, sufrimiento y el hielo, porque hay algo muy acartonado en las interpretaciones que encaja perfectamente.       "body": "<i><center>  ¿Qué es el tiempo? ¿Tiene realmente alguna importancia el tiempo? ¿Qué voy a hacer con tanto tiempo el resto de mi vida?</i></center>  \n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdWc2vyiwXZn5S59rXAV6sUdStbRJYf82v55zs8zDBro3/Reloj-de-arena-en-oro-damasquinado-41584.jpg\n\n<center><i>   ¡Hola! les mando un saludito a todos los lectores, espero que tengan un día realmente lindo, hoy en particular he reflexionado ligeramente acerca de cómo el tiempo nos envuelve y crea características sobre mí, así que aburrida y desaparecida de esta plataforma me apeteció crear algo único y especial.</i></center>\n\n<h3><center>  Filosofía y mi interpretación del tiempo</center>  </h3> \n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"><p> Aristóteles lo define así «El tiempo es la medida del movimiento según el antes y el después» , podría ser el parpadeo rápido, las acciones tras acciones en el instante, esta apreciación me agrada porque las emociones y todo lo salvaje me caracterizan, sino me siento vacía, pero que pasa cuando me quedo estancada, acaso sino me muevo, ya no hay tiempo, es allí cuando te suelen soltar la frase: estas perdiendo tu tiempo, ¿Qué voy a estar perdiendo sino tengo nada?, tic-tac todos tienen que ser excesivamente productivos, alcanzar las expectativas y comportarse normal.</p>\n\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPjaYVSTGcYLnMzSaJAAK34Wo9vYMd2m7AL1dS4xySCcg/blog-Aristoteles.jpg</center>\n\n<p>Por otra parte el filosofo prosigue explicando «parte del mismo pasado y ya no existe, y la otra parte del futuro y no existe todavía; y sin embargo, esta hecho de aquellos. Es difícil concebir que participa de la realidad algo que está hecho de cosas que no existen». Entonces ya no existe mi pasado, ni tampoco mi futuro, soy una cosa atada al ahora, no importa si en algunos momentos quiero solo recordar, tengo nombres, rostros y lugares tatuados en mi cabeza, más aun porque me mude de país. Por lo tanto, no me gustan esos discursos engañosamente positivos de todo va a salir bien, ya no pienses en tu pasado y vive el presente, estoy aquí y los quiero, no paro de extrañarlos. </p>\n\n<h3><center>  Ahora en el tiempo</center>  </h3>\n\n<center>![20181203_085600.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmY7wRhLGwkwCaB7vDCiqWeEEdnxkLFhBC5hFdb172r9km/20181203_085600.jpg)</center>\nLa palabra tiempo nunca me había parecido realmente relevante, hay estudios, hay filósofos estudiándola y hay personas apuradas con temor a que el reloj los consuma. Para mí, el lunes es igual al martes y el martes al viernes, no logro verle algo en especial, quizás se hizo todo el sistema horario para tener un orden.\n\n\nEsta reflexión me vino hace unos días, a mí en lo particular no me molesta el concepto que tenga cada quien del tiempo, al fin de cuentas se vive según puntos de vistas personales, sin embargo, cuando estaba en la mesa con mi familia surgió la conversación de que hay una esperanza de vida de 120 años en Europa, la idea me aterró, ¿Acaso los humanos estamos hechos para vivir tanto tiempo? y si los humanos han logrado modificar esta situación, a mí no me interesa vivir todos esos segundos. \n\n\nEn definitiva, mi opinión la cual puedo cambiar mañana mismo o quizás no, es que solo quiero vivir lo necesario, ya con 22 años me siento tan cansada y sin rumbo, estoy en medio del mundo donde todos tienen un triunfo o una motivación, y yo ¿qué soy?, no tengo trabajo y lo he estado buscando hasta el cansancio, me he pasado los días en una habitación sumamente blanca escribiendo mi libro y enviándolo a editoriales ¿le importa a alguien publicarme? o ¿es una porquería y no merece ser visto por el público?, así que no tengo paciencia, ya he terminado mi carrera universitaria, todos lucían tan felices y yo con mi tesis de mención excelencia me emocionó dos segundos, luego fue una indiferencia.\n\n\nTodo lo que he mencionado engloba una era lamentable de mi vida (lo siento, me estoy riendo mientras escribo del fracaso que soy) y voy por allí caminando soportando los días, tengo una pequeña rutina para no sentirme agobiada, a veces consigo la paz haciendo yoga, por unas horas, luego me agobio ¿tengo que hablarle a la gente? no quiero, me arrepiento y quiero que hablen, no me abandonen.       "body": "<i><center>  ¿Qué es el tiempo? ¿Tiene realmente alguna importancia el tiempo? ¿Qué voy a hacer con tanto tiempo el resto de mi vida?</i></center>  \n\nhttps://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmdWc2vyiwXZn5S59rXAV6sUdStbRJYf82v55zs8zDBro3/Reloj-de-arena-en-oro-damasquinado-41584.jpg\n\n<center><i>   ¡Hola! les mando un saludito a todos los lectores, espero que tengan un día realmente lindo, hoy en particular he reflexionado ligeramente acerca de cómo el tiempo nos envuelve y crea características sobre mí, así que aburrida y desaparecida de esta plataforma me apeteció crear algo único y especial.</i></center>\n\n<h3><center>  Filosofía y mi interpretación del tiempo</center>  </h3> \n\n<div class=\"text-justify\"><p> Aristóteles lo define así «El tiempo es la medida del movimiento según el antes y el después» , podría ser el parpadeo rápido, las acciones tras acciones en el instante, esta apreciación me agrada porque las emociones y todo lo salvaje me caracterizan, sino me siento vacía, pero que pasa cuando me quedo estancada, acaso sino me muevo, ya no hay tiempo, es allí cuando te suelen soltar la frase: estas perdiendo tu tiempo, ¿Qué voy a estar perdiendo sino tengo nada?, tic-tac todos tienen que ser excesivamente productivos, alcanzar las expectativas y comportarse normal.</p>\n\n<center>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPjaYVSTGcYLnMzSaJAAK34Wo9vYMd2m7AL1dS4xySCcg/blog-Aristoteles.jpg</center>\n\n<p>Por otra parte el filosofo prosigue explicando «parte del mismo pasado y ya no existe, y la otra parte del futuro y no existe todavía; y sin embargo, esta hecho de aquellos. Es difícil concebir que participa de la realidad algo que está hecho de cosas que no existen». Entonces ya no existe mi pasado, ni tampoco mi futuro, soy una cosa atada al ahora, no importa si en algunos momentos quiero solo recordar, tengo nombres, rostros y lugares tatuados en mi cabeza, más aun porque me mude de país. Por lo tanto, no me gustan esos discursos engañosamente positivos de todo va a salir bien, ya no pienses en tu pasado y vive el presente, estoy aquí y los quiero, no paro de extrañarlos. </p>\n\n<h3><center>  Ahora en el tiempo</center>  </h3>\n\n<center>![20181203_085600.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmY7wRhLGwkwCaB7vDCiqWeEEdnxkLFhBC5hFdb172r9km/20181203_085600.jpg)</center>\nLa palabra tiempo nunca me había parecido realmente relevante, hay estudios, hay filósofos estudiándola y hay personas apuradas con temor a que el reloj los consuma. Para mí, el lunes es igual al martes y el martes al viernes, no logro verle algo en especial, quizás se hizo todo el sistema horario para tener un orden.\n\n\nEsta reflexión me vino hace unos días, a mí en lo particular no me molesta el concepto que tenga cada quien del tiempo, al fin de cuentas se vive según puntos de vistas personales, sin embargo, cuando estaba en la mesa con mi familia surgió la conversación de que hay una esperanza de vida de 120 años en Europa, la idea me aterró, ¿Acaso los humanos estamos hechos para vivir tanto tiempo? y si los humanos han logrado modificar esta situación, a mí no me interesa vivir todos esos segundos. \n\n\nEn definitiva, mi opinión la cual puedo cambiar mañana mismo o quizás no, es que solo quiero vivir lo necesario, ya con 22 años me siento tan cansada y sin rumbo, estoy en medio del mundo donde todos tienen un triunfo o una motivación, y yo ¿qué soy?, no tengo trabajo y lo he estado buscando hasta el cansancio, me he pasado los días en una habitación sumamente blanca escribiendo mi libro y enviándolo a editoriales ¿le importa a alguien publicarme? o ¿es una porquería y no merece ser visto por el público?, así que no tengo paciencia, ya he terminado mi carrera universitaria, todos lucían tan felices y yo con mi tesis de mención excelencia me emocionó dos segundos, luego fue una indiferencia.\n\n\nTodo lo que he mencionado engloba una era lamentable de mi vida (lo siento, me estoy riendo mientras escribo del fracaso que soy) y voy por allí caminando soportando los días, tengo una pequeña rutina para no sentirme agobiada, a veces consigo la paz haciendo yoga, por unas horas, luego me agobio ¿tengo que hablarle a la gente? no quiero, me arrepiento y quiero que hablen, no me abandonen. Así pasaba de boca en boca, por lo cual se modificaba según la interpretación de cada quien. Posteriormente llego hasta tal punto de pasar de generación en generación para convertirse en parte de la cultura.</p>\n\nObviamente, con el pasar del tiempo el cuento se fue refinando, ya no era el simple hecho de narrar un hecho ocurrido a través de la fantasía, también le podían añadir reflexiones o moralejas a situaciones y por ello se fue dirigiendo en especial a los niños.\n\nSin embargo, éste no alcanzó todo su auge hasta la edad media cuando <b>Pierre se encargo de agarrar los cuentos más populares y modificarlos para la realeza</b>. Fue así, como estos adquirieron un mejor lenguaje y una narrativa más extensa.
