Podemos expresar nuestras ideas o pensamientos a través de las redes, podemos informarnos sobre situaciones a tiempo real….\n\nAunque debemos estar conscientes que esta herramienta también tiene sus evidentes desventajas, como la falsa información posteada, imágenes y videos inadecuados que fomentan la violencia o terrorismo.\nEsto es preocupante para cualquier padre al tener esto presente y hace pensar sobre \n\n¿QUE DIABLOS ESTA HACIENDO MI HIJO TANTO TIEMPO EN EL INTERNET?\n\n![tenor (1).gif](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSsc1XZUPSExLXfZtAPqhsX9hWctAgFNSzLDzEPuk9UKr/tenor%20(1).gif)\n\nPues debemos estar conscientes sobre las enseñanzas y principios que se les da a un niño, y seguir fomentándolas en su crecimiento. \n\nEn mi caso, puedo decir que los adolescentes pierden mucho tiempo en las redes sociales (Facebook, Instagram,Twitter, Whatsapp…) y simplemente lo que se hace es eso. Perder tiempo. Viendo videos, imágenes, compartiendo posts, hablando con sus amigos. Un adolescente crea una dependencia a ello: A ver que esta pasando en el mundo, Si un equis famoso subió una historia, si tiene una relación con una fulana, o si simplemente alguien le escribió en whatsapp.  Y muchas veces cuando esta separado a todo aquello, a esa “realidad virtual” desarrolla un poco de ansiedad y estrés. \n\n![giphy.gif](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZrrQnH863R1cd1nnJP6KJMLga8nyTdH4tmXezUYm9Q1a/giphy.gif)\n\n\n\nEs un hecho como estas redes se vuelven tan adictivas, y una persona pueda pasar horas entretenido frente a una pantalla. Y repito, esto crea cierta dependencia a ellas, sobre todo en los adolescentes pero ¿Por qué?\n\nSegún  Ricardo Bascuñán, psicólogo y académico de la Facultad de Ciencias Sociales de la Universidad Central, explicó a Guioteca que, la razón de por qué los adolescentes son adictos a las redes sociales en la actualidad, es porque “en la mayoría de los casos, tiende a darse por factores tales como bajas habilidades sociales, tendencia a la introversión, y con familias que tienden a restringir las relaciones entre sus hijos y sus amigos y amigas”. según estudios se dice que el uso exceso de las redes sociales aumentan la ansiedad, sensación de soledad, irritabilidad y disminución de habilidades sociales.\n\nEn mi opinión, no digo que este mal las redes sociales porque al final sirven como un buen método de comunicación entre las personas, acorta distancias y te ayuda a informarte sobre todo lo que pasa en el mundo.  Sin embargo, todo en exceso es malo, nunca es un mal día para desconectar el wifi y apagar los datos, y ver lo que pasa a tu alrededor. Como salir con tus seres queridos, una buena conversación, leer un libro, ver películas, hacer ejercicio.
