      "body": "ঢাকাই রান্নার ঐতিহ্যবাহী একটি পদ 'ননিয়া শাক দিয়ে গরুর মাংস'। গরুর মাংস সবার কাছে প্রিয় হলেও ননিয়া শাকের নাম অনেকেই হয়তো প্রথম জানছেন। কিন্তু পুষ্টিবিদরা বলছেন, ভেষজ গুণে ভরপুর দারুণ এক উপাদান 'ননিয়া শাক'। এটি খাদ্য হিসেবে উত্তম। গ্রামের বিস্তির্ণ মাঠে এই শাক জন্মে। আমরা এই পর্বে ননিয়া শাকের পুষ্টিগুণ নিয়ে আলোচনার চেষ্টা করেছি।\nপ্রিয় পাঠক, চলুন দেখে নেয়া যাক কি আছে ননিয়া শাকে-\n\nপরিচয়:\n\nননিয়া, নুনিয়া বা নুন খুড়িয়া শাক নামেই বেশি পরিচিত। তবে এটি দেশের অন্যান্য এলাকায় বুল খুরিয়া, নূনে শাক, বুল খুরিয়া নামেও পরিচিত। এই শাকের বৈজ্ঞানিক নাম Portulaca oleracea। যা মূলত Portulacaceae পরিবারভুক্ত। এটি প্রধানত শাক হিসেবেই খাওয়া হয়। তবে পুষ্টিবিদরা বলছেন, এটির ঔষধি গুণাগুণ ব্যাপক। ফাল্গুন মাস থেকে জ্যৈষ্ঠ মাসে এই শাক দেশের গ্রামাঞ্চলের মাঠে দেখা যায়। বাংলাদেশের সর্বত্র এটি পাওয়া যায়। এছাড়া এশিয়া, ইউরোপ, মেক্সিকো এবং মধ্যপ্রাচ্যে শাক এবং সালাদ হিসেবে ননিয়া বেশ জনপ্রিয়।\n\nএই শাকটির কাণ্ড মসৃণ। লাল বা লালচে সবুজ রঙের ননিয়া শাক মাটিতে কাণ্ড ছড়িয়ে বিস্তার লাভ করে। এটি গিঁটে গিঁটে বা ডগায় ডগায় সাজানো একটি লতা জাতীয় শাক।\nপুষ্টি উপাদান:\n\nবাংলাদেশ কৃষি তথ্য সার্ভিস, বিডি হেলথ ও স্বাস্থ্য নিবন্ধে বলা হয়েছে, রসালো গুল্ম জাতীয় উদ্ভিদ ননিয়া শাকে রয়েছে প্রচুর অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট। এছাড়া এতে আছে- ভিটামিন-এ, ভিটামিন-ই, এবং ভিটামিন-সি। এই শাকে আরও আছে ওমেগা-৩ ফ্যাটি অ্যাসিড। এতে রয়েছে ক্যালসিয়াম, ম্যাগনেসিয়াম, পটাশিয়াম এবং আয়রন। এই শাকের পাতায় রয়েছে কার্বোঅক্সালিক এসিড, অক্সালিক এসিড, সোডিয়াম, পটাশিয়াম, থাইয়ামিন, রিবোফ্লাভিন, ক্যারোটিনসহ অন্যান্য প্রেয়াজনীয় উপাদান।\n\nঔষধি গুণাগুণ:\n\nপুষ্টিবিদ ও আয়ুর্বেদ শাস্ত্র মতে, ননিয়া শাক লিভার, কিডনি ও হৃদরোগ নিরাময়ে বিশেষ ভাবে উপকারী। এছাড়া এটি ডায়াবেটিস ও অ্যাজমা রোগ নিরাময়ে বিশেষ ভাবে কার্যকরী।\n\nউপকারিতা:\nবাংলাদেশ কৃষি তথ্য সার্ভিস, উইকিপিডিয়া ও স্বাস্থ্যবিষয়ক বিভিন্ন নিবন্ধে বলা হয়েছে, ননিয়া শাক-\nডায়াবেটিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ করে: \nনোনতা স্বাদের ননিয়া শাক ডায়াবেটিক নিয়ন্ত্রণে অত্যন্ত কার্যকরী। প্রাকৃতিক ভাবে ডায়াবেটিক নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে চাইলে খেতে পারেন এই শাক।\n\nদাঁত ভালো রাখে: \nদাঁত ও হাড়ের ক্ষয় রোধে কার্যকরী ভূমিকা রাখে ক্যালসিয়াম ও আয়রন। যা ননিয়া শাকে পর্যাপ্ত রয়েছে।\n\nকোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য নিরাময় করে: \nযারা কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্যের সমস্যায় ভুগছেন, তারা কয়েকদিন নিয়মিত এই শাক খেতে পারেন। এতে পেটের সমস্যা দূর হবে। কারণ এতে রয়েছে আঁশ, যা কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য নিরাময়ে সহায়তা করে।\n\nপাকস্থলি ভালো রাখে: \nননিয়া শাকে রয়েছে প্রচুর খাদ্যআঁশ, যা হজমশক্তি বাড়ানোর পাশাপাশি পাকস্থলির কার্যক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি করে।\n\nদৃষ্টিশক্তি বাড়ায়: \nএই শাকে রয়েছে প্রচুর ভিটামিন এ, যা চোখের স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষায় খুবই কার্যকরী।\n\nরুচি বৃদ্ধি করে: \nমুখের অরুচিভাব দূর করতে ননিয়া শাক খুব উপকারি। এটি জিহ্বায় জমে থাকা স্তর দূর করে। ফলে জিভে স্বাদ ফিরে আসে।\nহজমশক্তি বাড়ায়: \nননিয়া শাকে রয়েছে প্রচুর খাদ্যআঁশ। এই উপাদানটি দেহের মেটাবলিজম ক্ষমতা উন্নত করে। ফলে হজমশক্তি বৃদ্ধি পায়।\n\nরোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বাড়ায়: \nএতে রয়েছে রোগ প্রতিরোধী নানা ভিটামিন ও খনিজ উপাদান। ফলে নিয়মিত এটি খেলে রোগ প্রতিরোধ ক্ষমতা বৃদ্ধি পায়।\n\nচোখের সুরক্ষায়: \nএতে রয়েছে প্রচুর ভিটামিন এ এবং ভিটামিন সি, যা চোখের স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষায় খুবই কার্যকরী।\n\nরক্ত পরিশোধন করে: \nএই শাকের পাতা ও ডাঁটা রস করে নিয়মিত পান করলে রক্ত পরিশোধন হয়। এতে রক্তে মিশে থাকা ক্ষতিকর উপাদান মলমূত্রের সঙ্গে বেরিয়ে যায়।",

      "body": "বাচ্চাদেরকে কীভাবে বইপোকা করা যায়? \n\nআমরা সবাই জানি যে, বই পড়ার অভ্যাস একটি শিশুর সঠিক বেড়ে ওঠার জন্য অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। তবে বর্তমানে ডিজিটাল মিডিয়া এবং গেমসের মাঝে বাচ্চাদের মনোযোগ ধরে রাখা অনেক কঠিন হয়ে পড়েছে। কিন্তু আমি মনে করি, বইপোকা হতে গেলে কিছু সহজ ও সৃজনশীল উপায় রয়েছে, যেগুলো আমি আমার অভিজ্ঞতা থেকে শিখেছি এবং প্রয়োগ করেছি।\n\n১. প্রথমে বইকে আকর্ষণীয় করে তোলাঃ\nবাচ্চাদের বইয়ের প্রতি আগ্রহ তৈরি করতে হলে, প্রথমে বইকে আকর্ষণীয় করে তুলতে হবে। বইয়ের আকার, রঙিন ছবি, সহজ ভাষা এবং গল্পের টানটান আকর্ষণ তাদের মনোযোগ আকর্ষণ করতে পারে। ছোটদের জন্য ছবি বই খুবই উপযোগী, কারণ সেগুলো তাদের কল্পনাশক্তি জাগিয়ে তোলে। কখনও কখনও, আমি বইয়ের চেয়ে আরও মজার কিছু সাজাই—যেমন বিভিন্ন রঙের কভার, সুন্দর স্টিকার, এবং এমন গল্প যা তাদের বর্তমান অভিজ্ঞতার সঙ্গে সম্পর্কিত।\n\n২. বই পড়ার সময়কে বিশেষ করে তুলুনঃ\nএকটি নির্দিষ্ট সময় ধরে বই পড়ার অভ্যাস তৈরি করুন। বিকেলে চা খাওয়ার পর, অথবা রাতে ঘুমানোর আগে, গল্পের সময় তৈরি করুন। আমি লক্ষ্য করেছি, যখন একটি নির্দিষ্ট সময় বই পড়ার জন্য নির্ধারণ করা হয়, তখন শিশুরা সেই সময়টার অপেক্ষা করে থাকে। এতে বই পড়া হয়ে ওঠে একটি রুটিন, যা পরবর্তীতে তাদের ভালো অভ্যাস হয়ে দাঁড়ায়।\n\n৩. গল্পের চরিত্রদের সাথে পরিচয় করানোঃ\nএকটি ভালো গল্প শুধু কল্পনা নয়, একটি জীবনও হতে পারে। বাচ্চাদের জন্য আমি চেষ্টা করি তাদের গল্পের চরিত্রদের সঙ্গে পরিচয় করিয়ে দিতে, যেন তারা সেই চরিত্রের অনুভূতি বুঝতে পারে। যখন তারা চরিত্রগুলোর সাথে সম্পর্ক তৈরি করে, তখন তাদের গল্পের প্রতি আগ্রহ আরও বেড়ে যায়। আমি গল্পের মাঝে ছোট ছোট প্রশ্ন করে তাদের অংশগ্রহণও উৎসাহিত করি।\n\n৪. পড়ার পরে আলোচনাঃ\nপড়াশোনার পর আমি বাচ্চাদের সঙ্গে গল্পটি নিয়ে আলোচনা করি। এটা তাদের মনোযোগ আরও বাড়ায়, এবং তারা বইয়ের প্রতি আরও আকৃষ্ট হয়। বইটির শেষ পর্যন্ত কী হয়েছে, চরিত্রগুলো কেমন ছিল—এসব নিয়ে প্রশ্ন করে তাদের চিন্তা-ভাবনার জায়গাটিকে আরও প্রশস্ত করি। এতে বই পড়া তাদের কাছে একটি অভিজ্ঞতার মতো মনে হয়, যা শুধুমাত্র মস্তিষ্কের গণ্ডি পেরিয়ে হৃদয়েও প্রবাহিত হয়।\n\n৫. বইয়ের সাথে যুক্ত একটি কার্যকলাপঃ\nগল্পের সাথে সম্পর্কিত কিছু কার্যকলাপ যুক্ত করা খুবই কার্যকরী। যেমন, একটি চরিত্রের পোশাক বানানো, কোনো দৃশ্য আঁকানো ইত্যাদি। \n\nউল্লেখিত পদ্ধতিসমূহ আপনি ও ট্রাই করেন",

      "body": "একদিন একটি লোভী কুকুর একটি কসাই – এর দোকান থেকে এক টুকরো মাংস চুরি করল। তা দেখে কসাই তাঁর পিছনে তাড়া করল কিন্তু কিছুদূর পর্যন্ত গিয়ে সে তার নিজের দোকানে ফিরে এল। এদিকে কুকুরটা ভীষণ ভয়ে ছুটতে লাগল প্রাণপণে।\n\nঅনেকটা যাওয়ার পর সে পিছন ফিরে  তাকিয়ে দেখল যে কসাইটা তার দিকে তাড়া করে আসছে কিনা। কাউকে আসতে না দেখে সে তার গতি কমিয়ে ধীরে সুস্থে হাঁটতে লাগল।কিছুক্ষণ পরে  সে এসে পৌঁছল একটা ছোট্ট নদীর কাছে।\n\nসে তখন মুখের মাংসের টুকরোটা নিয়ে সেতুর ওপর দিয়ে নদী পার হতে লাগল ।সেসময় নদীর পরিষ্কার জলে তার প্রতিবিম্ব ভেসে উঠতে সে সেদিকে তাকিয়ে দেখল। লোভী আর বোকা কুকুরটা নিজের প্রতিবিম্বকে মাংস মুখে অন্য একটি কুকুর মনে করল।সেই মাংসের টুকরোটাও পাওয়ার জন্য তার খুব লোভ হলো।\n\nসে এবার অন্য কিছু চিন্তা ভাবনা না করে নদীর জলে ঝাঁপিয়ে পড়ল আর সঙ্গে সঙ্গে জলের স্রোত তাকে ভাসিয়ে নিয়ে গেল।লোভী  কুকুরটা   মাংসের টুকরোটার সাথে সাথে তার মূল্যবান প্রাণ টা ও হারাল।\n\nনীতিকথা ~”অতিরিক্ত লোভ মানুষের সর্বনাশের কারণ”",
