| body | Principio de Estructuras El principio de estructuras se refiere a las tendencias lentas, son tendencias que a pesar de tener impulsos las correcciones son muy grandes, consolidaciones y pullbacks complejos que retroceden mucho y son tendencias en las que siempre buscamos un tope como mucho el -27 de Fibonacci si tienen recorrido, éstas tendencias pueden tener 5 ondas pueden acomplejarse y esas 5 ondas pueden ser un 1era onda es decir no buscamos un número determinado de ondas, simplemente buscar correcciones grandes que llegan a retrocesos profundos es decir que buscaríamos órdenes pendientes en el 61,8 del fibo y el 78,6 y buscaríamos TP en el 0 y en el -27  Esta es una tendencia rápida y aquí ya no es el principio de estructuras pues lo que tenemos es una tendencia afilada hacia arriba y es aquí donde aplicamos Elliot, donde aplicamos el 1, 2, 3, 4 ,5 y cada 5 movimientos hay que estar alertas porque tendremos una corrección mas grande, en Elliot hay muchas mas reglas, pero lo que buscamos es que con una onda 2 entrarle en el 50% de retroceso 61.8 con Take profit en el -61.8 ese es el mejor trade, luego con ondas que retroceden el 38.2 que sean ondas 4 buscamos el -27 como mucho ya que estamos subiendo rápido y al subir muy rápido hay grandes probabilidades de un cambio de tendencia para una corrección mas grande, otra regla muy importante es que Elliot hablaba de la alternación y es que cuando tienes una onda 2 que es un zigzag la onda 4 es una Flat, cuando vemos una corrección, cuando hacemos un trade con una corrección por ejemplo hemos sacado un trade de entrada con 61.8 lo mas probable es que la siguiente corrección del mismo grado que tengamos sea una de 38.2  |

| body | La base biológica de un aumento del rendimiento en el Entrenamiento es el ciclo de la supercompesación ( después de determinados estímulos aparece un estado de mayor capacidad de rendimiento ) La Supercompensación se mantiene durante 2 a 3 días, a partir de este ciclo se extrae 3 conclusiones: 1.- El entrenamiento debe aumentar en cuanto a intensidad, carga, alcance u otros. 2.- Los estímulos del entrenamiento han de repetirse con frecuencia para que recaigan en la fase de supercompesación. 3.- No es aconsejable tratar de aumentar el proceso de utilización de energía mediante el uso de drogas ( Doping ); en lugar de ello es preferible aplicar todos los métodos de regeneración a fin de conseguir una recuperación rápida.  Un recuperación incorrecta nos lleva al SOBREENTRENAMIENTO, que es la disminución del rendimiento debido a una adaptación inadecuada a los estímulos del ejercicio. La causa y efecto son distintos en deportes de fuerza y de resistencia. Causas del Sobreentrenamiento: Desajuste entre el proceso de entrenamiento, alimentación y la recuperación, relacionados directamente con una progresión inadecuada. *Ningún deportista está todos los días al 100%* EL ESTANCAMIENTO o SUPERCOMPESACION NULA, Puede ser exceso o defecto del entrenamiento sobre las óptimas posibilidades de adaptación del atleta. SOBEENTRENAMIENTO Y EL AGOTAMIENTO Son consecuencias del desequilibrio entre fatiga y adaptación del organismo. Una adaptación correcta implica un incremento progresivo del nivel de rendimiento. AGOTAMIENTO, consecuencia de un desequilibrio a corto plazo SOBREENTRENAMIENTO, es la consecuencia del desequilibrio acumulativo durante un periodo prolongado.  IMPLICANCIAS EN EL SOBREENTRENAMIENTO • Sistema Nutricional • Mecanismos de reparación y crecimiento celular • Sistemas hormonales • Procesos nerviosos. | body | Si no puedes estar cerca de un vaso de leche sin que se perjudique tu digestión, estás dentro de la clasificación de intolerantes a la lactosa formulada por algún vecino que cree que lo sabe todo o de algún presentador de televisión con una dentadura brillante como perlas, Qué hay de malo en aquello?, después de todo millones de personas están predispuestas contra los productos lácteos, pero tú pudieras no ser una de ellas. Según los expertos, muchos casos de intolerancia a la lactosa autodiagnosticada son absolutamente falsos y tal error puede hacer que los consumidores adopten dietas bajas en calcio que pueden ser perjudiciales para la salud a largo plazo, aún aquellos que son realmente intolerantes no tienen que eliminar la leche de su alimentación. Existen ajustes dietéticos sencillos que pueden ayudar a continuar con el consumo de productos lácteos sin que eso produzca efectos nocivos. La intolerancia a la Lactosa es la incapacidad de digerir cantidades significativas de esa sustancia, que es el azúcar predominante en la leche a causa de la falta de lactasa, la enzima que descompone ese azúcar en formas mas sencillas que el flujo sanguíneo puede absorber. Normalmente la enzima la producen células existentes en el intestino delgado, pero cuando no hay cantidad suficiente de Lactasa para digerir la Lactosa, los resultados pueden ser síntomas como náuseas, gases, inflamación, cólicos y diarreas, que suelen manifestarse durante los primeros 30 minutos posteriores al consumo de productos lácteos, para la mayoría, la deficiencia de lactosa es una dolencia que aparece con el tiempo, cuando el organismo va produciendo gradualmente menos cantidades de la enzima, en algunos casos, ciertas enfermedades del aparato digestivo y lesiones intestinales pueden reducir la producción de lactasa, en raras ocasiones, los niños pueden nacer con la incapacidad de producir la enzima, pero esto no justifica que muchos borremos todo producto lácteo de nuestra dieta sin un diagnóstico apropiado. "En realidad muchos supieron de esa dolencia a mediados de los noventa, cuando dos de los mayores fabricantes de sustitutos de productos lácteos lanzaron una multimillonaria campaña publicitaria en Estados Unidos para promover sus productos con lactosa reducida", afirma Steve Carper, autor de Milk Is not for Every Body: Living With Lactose Intolerance. Antes de esa campaña, dice Carper, casi nadie había oído hablar de la intolerancia a la lactosa, hoy es algo a lo que cualquiera puede atribuir sus molestias cada vez que presente síntomas de una enfermedad digestiva, en la mayoría de los casos, el problema real pasa inadvertido dado que la gente decide que no puede tomar leche, ante esto creemos que hay una explicación de por qué atribuimos a la leche nuestros problemas de salud: "Es una aversión a un alimento, todos en algún momento de nuestras vidas hemos comido algo que nos a caído mal y como la lactosa está presente en tantos alimentos, es la culpable por excelencia", es como si colocamos de ejemplo lo siguiente: Si usted se enferma después de haberse comido un galón de helado, puede desarrollar una aversión a todo tipo de helado porque en su mente ha asociado este producto con la enfermedad.  Si necesitas disminuir el consumo de lactosa, empieza por leer las etiquetas de los alimentos, debes evitar cosas con nombre raros, así como subproductos lácteos, sólidos de leche seca y leche en polvo desgrasada, a menudo la lactosa se añade a alimentos preparados como el pan y otros productos de panadería, cereales procesados para el desayuno, puré de papas instantáneo, sopas, margarina carnes no kosher, aderezos de ensaladas, caramelos y otras confituras, así como mezclas para panqueques, bizcochos y galletas. Hay una cantidad de alimentos que parecen contener lactosa, pero en realidad no es así, entre ellos están las mantequillas de manzana y otras frutas, mantequilla de cacao, de vegetales, leche de coco, salvavidas de ron con mantequilla, crema de menta y otros licores de crema. |
