      "body": "反观一年前的自己，最大的欣慰莫过于英语口语能力的习得。虽然去年在美国待了四个半月，但是我认真总结了真正的还是看自己的坚持。\n\n\n\n一、其实，第一步把音标练好，一定练好音标。\n\n二、其次，每天刷一定量的单词词汇，四六级刷完刷雅思托福等等。\n\n有很多刷单词的APP，选一个足矣。\n\n三、再每天坚持练一篇音频，首先全部要能看得懂，第二是听得懂，第三也是最关键的跟着读一遍甚至多遍。\n\n在这里我推荐我每天用的APP-“可可英语”。\n\n四、接着就是每天不断重复刷单词和练音频，同时最好有个输出的环境，很多有外教的网课可以。\n\n如APP-“非聊不可”。\n\n语言的能力非一朝一夕可以获得，特别是学英语是最简单的，条条大路通罗马，只要在正确的音标基础上坚持任何一种方法，都是可以习得的。\n\n每天坚持刷单词、练音频，适当找网课或朋友输出。\n\n以上方法亲测有效，给自己更多的耐心，根据相应的基础把时间的维度拉到相应的长度。",

\n某天，在学校某个微信群闲聊，撩上几个汉语言文学班的女生，那时候正逢学校开办创业大赛，几个男男女女决定以“微吧”项目报名参加这个比赛，说到这个比赛也是我们纯粹瞎扯，策划书上提到说我们要以咖啡吧为载体，开办成为企业与校园的连接点。\n \n我们也没有怀任何目的，就通过几天的时间分工合作，很用心地把整出一份所谓的创业策划书。\n令人欣慰的是我们得到三等奖，团队成员都有那么一点点津贴奖励，之后这件事也被我们给遗忘了大半年。\n \n2016年10月我们学校-广东第二师范学院，遇上本科评估，4栋宿舍楼下架空层催生出一块一百来平方的咖啡吧，隶属于学生发展中心。\n学校也希望找一个创业团队在那个成长空间经营咖啡厅，来服务学校师生。学校领导也就从所谓的创业比赛找团队，当然这样子的机会人人都渴望，我们团队也在各种机缘巧合的情况拿下了这个经营权。\n后来就有了“花苑咖啡”的故事。\n![79E83A62-D8D1-4701-B25D-59D0A10F13C0.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmTiwjUhuycvXwXzWkZk4MASveuMGkk3kHJFWHUdaX9Szt/79E83A62-D8D1-4701-B25D-59D0A10F13C0.jpeg)\n![04E42E5A-C05A-4399-9DB5-ECCB3F642298.jpeg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmdeu1HtUr9XDHSsNJLUrt1N7jm3omdpbUY2dSyZr2Pnvw/04E42E5A-C05A-4399-9DB5-ECCB3F642298.jpeg)\n\n从无到有的过程真的很辛苦，没有任何经验、没有任何基础，全部都要自己去摸索，去学习。\n\n最基本的我们需要买什么样的杯子，怎么定量面对客人的大杯、中杯、小杯；怎么挑选杯子；怎么搭配原材料的比例；怎么制作菜单；怎么找提供价格便宜质量又靠谱的原材料供应商；怎么排班；还要招学生兼职等等一系列问题浮出水面......头都大了，可是在这里边，学校已经对我们进行了很大力度的扶持：免铺租费、免水电费、装修好整体店面、免费提供吧台、提供投影仪、中央空调等等。\n \n对我们团队来说，真的是天上掉馅饼，学校已经帮团队的路都铺好了，剩下的唯有靠人为。\n客观来看，终究是我们太年轻，在这方面太欠缺专业性，还未开业就引来全校师生的空前关注。对我们也带来一定的挑战，手脚跟不上，客人太多，团队内部讨论优惠政策等等都遇到问题。\n \n一意孤行的方向也带来了很大的代价，性价比不高的产品最终是被市场给抛弃，团队内部再次商讨对策，一周一次的放映电影以及线上线下赞助活动所有同步进行，前提都是有确保产品的质量，对于不易储存的产品给砍掉，留存回头客高的产品。\n\n一路走来可谓是一把辛酸一把泪，但也看到自己的一些小成就内心总是有所欣慰，手里回流一些资金也后续投入购置新设备新桌椅，直到可以有足够资金装进自己口袋那时。\n \n回望辛酸泪，内心很释然，这也是一段缘分，感恩！让二十出头的我们完成了很多人六十岁的梦想。\n \n至于2017年12月25日关停的原因，一样是因为遇到不确定性政策，省里有所高校也是宿舍楼下经营咖啡奶茶店被举报，省教育厅把此当成素材向全省高校通报批评，毕竟宿舍楼下属于教育用地非商业用地，这也是我们无法从学校那里弄来租赁证明办理经营资格证等的原因。\n
