Überschreite ich diesen, habe ich zugenommen.</p> <p>Gehen wir jetzt davon aus, ich wiege 140kg und möchte auf 90kg runter. Laut Theorie muss ich ja nur täglich unter mein Grundumsatz kommen, damit ich mein Ziel irgendwann in der Zukunft erreiche. In der Praxis schaut das leider nicht ganz so einfach aus, denn der menschliche Körper ist ein wenig komplizierter.</p> <p>In den ersten Tagen und Wochen wird diese Taktik sicherlich gut funktionieren und die ersten Pfunde werden purzeln. Am Anfang sogar sehr schnell. Dann wird es schwerer und schwerer bis es zu stagnieren beginnt. Warum passiert das?</p> <p>Leider hat unser Körper keinen Knopf mit dem wir ihm mitteilen können, dass wir uns in eine Diätphase begeben und er gefälligst den Hüftspeck vernichten, sowie die restlichen Problemzonen vom Fett befreien soll.</p> <p>Unser Körper nimmt nur wahr, dass er nicht mehr so viel Nahrung bekommt wie vorher und schaltet nach einer gewissen Zeit in den „Überlebensmodus“ um. Er schraubt den Grundumsatz runter und es wird schwerer abzunehmen, bzw. den Körperfettanteil zu reduzieren.</p> <p>Hier kommt der Cheatday in Spiel. Der Grundgedanke vom Cheaten ist es dem Körper vorzuspielen, es gäbe genügend Nahrung und er müsse nicht in den Überlebensmodus umschalten und anfangen Reserven (in Form von Fettdepots) anzulegen. Somit kann die Diät weiter ihren Weg gehen ohne vom Körper ausgebremst zu werden.</p> <p>Das einzige was leider immer falsch interpretiert wird, ist das man den ganzen Tag über, essen (vor allem ungesundes) in sich reinstopfen sollte. Im Grunde reicht es wenn ihr an diesem Tag 500-700 kcal mehr zu euch nimmt.</p> <p>Ich bin der Meinung, dass man sich an diesem Tag ruhig mit ein paar seiner Lieblingssünden belohnen kann, denn sein wir mal ehrlich, 95% von uns machen es ja nicht beruflich oder werden bezahlt dafür mit 3-4% Körperfett herum zu laufen (Was nebenbei gesagt auf Dauer auch nicht gesund ist).</p> <p><code><strong>Wichtig zu erwähnen!<br> Das Cheaten bringt nur in der Diätphase einen Vorteil. In der Aufbauphase ist man genug kcal und hat auch ganz andere Ziele.</strong></code></p> </html>

Nur wie?</p>\n<p>Weit verbreitet in der Fitness Community gibt es ein Wort – mit diesem Wort werden alle Sünden gerechtfertigt!</p>\n<blockquote><strong>Freundeskreis</strong> „Sag hast du nicht gesagt du bist auf Diät?“</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>Cheater</strong> (Während dem einrollen seiner Nutella Palatschinken und vollem Mund Kinder-Schoko-Bons) „CHEATDAY!!!“&nbsp;</blockquote><p>\n\n<h1>„Cheatday“ bzw. „Cheatmeal“</h1>\n\n<a href=\"http://www.directupload.net\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"http://fs1.directupload.net/images/180317/f935jtrg.jpg\" title=\"Kostenlos Bilder und Fotos hochladen\"></a><p>\n\n<p>Der Grundgedanke vom Cheaten ist es dem Körper zu vorzuspielen, es gäbe genügend Nahrung und er müsse nicht anfangen Reserven (in Form von Fettdepots) anzulegen.</p>\n<h3><strong>Ganz einfaches Beispiel</strong></h3>\n<p>Jeder Körper hat einen täglichen Grundumsatz an Kcal, den er benötig um sein Gewicht zu halten. Dieser berechnet sich nach verschiedenen Parametern und ist je nach Aktivität unterschiedlich. Nehmen wir nun an ich habe einen Grundumsatz von 2100 kcal. Wenn ich diesen nun unterschreite und heute nur 1800 kcal zu mir nehme, habe ich an diesem Tag abgenommen. Überschreite ich diesen, habe ich zugenommen.</p>\n<p>Gehen wir jetzt davon aus, ich wiege 140kg und möchte auf 90kg runter. Laut Theorie muss ich ja nur täglich unter meinen Grundumsatz kommen, damit ich mein Ziel irgendwann in der Zukunft erreiche.</p>\n<p>In der Praxis schaut das leider nicht ganz so einfach aus, denn der menschliche Körper ist ein wenig komplizierter. In den ersten Tagen und Wochen wird diese Taktik sicherlich gut funktionieren und die ersten Pfunde werden purzeln. Am Anfang sogar sehr schnell. Dann wird es schwerer und schwerer bis es zu stagnieren beginnt.</p>\n\n<a href=\"http://www.directupload.net\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"http://fs1.directupload.net/images/180317/rfllr3f5.png\" title=\"Kostenlos Bilder und Fotos hochladen\"></a>\n\n<h3>Warum passiert das?</h3>\n<p>Leider hat unser Körper keinen Knopf mit dem wir ihm mitteilen können, dass wir uns in eine Diätphase begeben und er gefälligst den Hüftspeck vernichten, sowie die restlichen Problemzonen vom Fett befreien soll. Unser Körper nimmt nur wahr, dass er nicht mehr so viel Nahrung bekommt wie vorher und schaltet nach einer gewissen Zeit in den „Überlebensmodus“ um. Er schraubt den Grundumsatz runter und es wird schwerer abzunehmen, bzw. den Körperfettanteil zu reduzieren.</p>\n<p>Hier kommt der Cheatday in Spiel. Der Grundgedanke vom Cheaten ist es dem Körper vorzuspielen, es gäbe genügend Nahrung und er müsse nicht in den Überlebensmodus umschalten und anfangen Reserven (in Form von Fettdepots) anzulegen. Somit kann die Diät weiter ihren Weg gehen ohne vom Körper ausgebremst zu werden.</p>\n<p>Das einzige was leider immer falsch interpretiert wird, ist das man den ganzen Tag über, essen (vor allem ungesundes) in sich reinstopfen sollte. Im Grunde reicht es wenn ihr an diesem Tag 500-700 kcal mehr zu euch nehmt.</p>\n<p>Ich bin der Meinung, dass man sich an diesem Tag ruhig mit ein paar seiner Lieblingssünden belohnen kann, denn sein wir mal ehrlich, 95% von uns machen es ja nicht beruflich oder werden bezahlt dafür mit 3-4% Körperfett herum zu laufen (Was nebenbei gesagt auf Dauer auch nicht gesund ist).</p>\n<h3>Wichtig zu erwähnen! Das Cheaten bringt nur in der Diätphase einen Vorteil.<br>\nIn der Aufbauphase ist man genug kcal und hat auch ganz andere Ziele!</h3>\n</html>",

In this \"booking system\" all bookings that have been confirmed are saved.</p>\n<blockquote><strong>Block</strong><br>\nEach block is independent of the block chain and thus manipulation is very difficult. Anyone trying to manipulate or delete only part of the entire chain is forced to change or delete the subsequent blocks as well.<br>\nTo maintain security, a new block is added every 10 minutes. Due to the enormous complexity of the block chains, it is an impossibility to manipulate the blockchain.</blockquote>\n<h1>Smart Contracts</h1>\n<p>Smart contracts are computer protocols in which algorithms determine which actions lead to which decisions.</p>\n<h1>Algorithms (some known)</h1>\n<blockquote><strong>Proof-of-Stake (PoS)<br>\n</strong>This algorithm states that a person can dismantle or validate block transactions based on the number of coins he / she owns. This means that the more coins the miner owns, the more blocks will be allocated to him.</blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>Proof-of-Work (PoW)<br>\n</strong>= a math problem that must be solved by miners in order to mine the respective crypto currency.</blockquote>\n<h1>Decentralized</h1>\n<p>The word \"decentralized\" is used very often in the crypto world and therefore a short explanation is needed:</p>\n<p>If we take the previously known currencies (FIAT currencies) for comparison, we know that e.g. the EURO is managed by the <strong>ECB</strong> (European Central Bank), or the dollar by the <strong>FED</strong> (Federal Reserve System). This can be minor (softfork), but also very big (hardfork) changes. As usual with changes, the whole community will never be in agreement, so the paths split / fork. One differentiates between the following two variants:</p>\n<blockquote><strong>Hardfork</strong><br>\nExample: Bitcoin/Bitcoin Cash<br>\nThe protocol (bitcoin) is changed and is not backwards compatible. This means that all users (miners) who want to follow the <strong>new protocol</strong> (Bitcoin Cash) are forced to use the <strong>latest</strong> version of the <strong>software</strong>, otherwise the blocks will not be recognized. The remaining users, who are convinced of the <strong>old blockchain</strong> (bitcoin), stick with the <strong>old software.</strong></blockquote>\n<blockquote><strong>Softfork</strong><br>\nIn this case, it's about changes where the majority of the community agrees. The changes will be made on the existing blockchain and no new coin will be created.</blockquote>\n<h1>ICO/ITO (Initial Coin Offering/Initial Token Offering)</h1>\n<p>This is called the first issue of a coin / token before it will eventually be listed on stock exchanges. This is mainly used as a form of raising capital, also called crowdfunding.</p>\n<p>ICO's are not a low-risk investment and should be treated with caution.</p>\n<p>Before investing, you should be well informed and research extensively. Trainieren ist da um ein vielfaches einfacher. Wenn ich im Trainingsmodus bin und plötzlich Heißhunger auf süßes habe, versuche ich bevor ich schwach werde mich selbst zu fragen, ob es das Wert ist und setze mir die Ziele nochmal deutlich vor die Augen. Because what works well with Megan, does not necessarily have to work well with Christian.</p> <p>The most important question that arises here is which macronutrients can my body process better / worse!? But to answer this question, you either have to do a blood or DNA test (which comes at a cost), or try out, document and analyze everything in your diet. This process is not easy and can take a long time.</p> <p>Of course, most do not want to do expensive testing, or try to swing back and forth for 1 year until they understand how their body is ticking. body<p>Hallo liebe Community,&nbsp;</p> <p>als nächstes möchte ich das Thema – Ernährung – besprechen.</p> <p>Da jeder Mensch ein Individuum ist, bringen sich hier Pauschalantworten genau so wenig wie ein offenes Fenster bei 45°C. Deswegen erzähle ich euch wie es mir persönlich am einfachsten fällt mit der Ernährungsanpassung umzugehen.</p> <p>Da ich leider perfektionistisch veranlagt bin, fällt es mir schwer ohne irgendeinen Plan mit dem Training, oder der Ernährungsumstellung zu beginnen.<p>Welche Fragen sollten wir uns diesbezüglich stellen?</p> <p><strong>Frage 1 – Wie viel Zeit kann/möchte ich investieren?</strong> <img src="http://www.bilder-upload.eu/thumb/0e29af-1520427785.png" alt="Bilder-Upload.eu - share DEINE Bilder"/></p> <p>Wer jeden Tag individuell gestalten möchte, benötigt viel Zeit. Ich bin da sehr einfach gestrickt und mache mir meist Wochen-, oder Monatspläne (siehe Bild). Das ist einfacher bei der Einkaufsplanung, und auch einfacher zu merken – kann aber für manche ziemlich schnell einseitig werden.</p> <a href="http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=daecf9-1520434645.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.bilder-upload.eu/thumb/daecf9-1520434645.jpg" border="1" alt="Bilder-Upload.eu - share DEINE Bilder" /></a> <p>Wenn man sich am Ende des Monats 30-60 Minuten Zeit nimmt, aufzuschreiben was man im kommenden Monat Essen möchte – erspart man sich täglich 5-10 Minuten Nachdenken. Vielleicht sind Leute unter euch die Kcal, Protein, Kohlenhydrate und Fett von unzähligen Lebensmitteln im Kopf haben, oder eine tolle App die euch das in Sekundenschnelle vor Augen führt. Ich denke, dass das in den wenigsten Fällen zutreffen wird, und der Großteil dieser Apps stellt die Makrowerte erst Übersichtlich zur Verfügung, wenn man die Premiumversion kauft bzw. abonniert.</p> <p>Im Vergleich zu 60 Minuten, nehmen sogar 5 Minuten täglich schon 150 Minuten im Monat in Anspruch. Auch wenn ihr lieber wöchentliche Pläne erstellen wollt wird sich das zeitlich sicher auszahlen.</p> <p>Bei eurer Einkaufstour würde ich euch raten, alle Lebensmittel die länger haltbar sind, wie z.B. Reis Kartoffeln etc. gleich als Monatsvorrat zu kaufen.</p> <p><strong>Frage 2 – Wie berechne ich meinen Grundumsatz richtig?</strong></p> <p>Um den Grundumsatz richtig berechnen zu können, benötigt man folgende Informationen.</p> <ul> <li>Größe, Gewicht, Alter und Geschlecht</li> <li>Leistungsumsatz (täglich, wenig, durchschnittlich oder viel körperliche Anstrengung)</li> <li>Ziel: abnehmen, Gewicht halten oder zunehmen</li> </ul> <p><strong>Frage 3 – Wie ist die ideale Aufteilung der Makronährstoffe?</strong></p> Protein - Kohlenhydrate - Fett<p> <p>Auch hier gibt es viele verschiedene Theorien wie die perfekte Aufteilung sein soll, jedoch ist eine Verallgemeinerung keine gute Lösung. Denn was bei Maria gut funktioniert, muss nicht zwingend bei Christian auch funktionieren.</p> <p>Die wichtigste Frage die sich hier eigentlich stellt ist, welche Makronährstoffe kann mein Körper besser/schlechter verarbeiten!? Doch um diese Frage beantworten zu können, muss man entweder einen Blut bzw. DNA Test machen (ist mit Kosten verbunden), oder alles Mögliche in der Ernährung ausprobieren, dokumentieren und analysieren. Deswegen erzähle ich euch wie es mir persönlich am einfachsten fällt mit der Ernährungsanpassung umzugehen.</p>\n<p>Da ich leider perfektionistisch veranlagt bin, fällt es mir schwer ohne irgendeinen Plan mit dem Training, oder der Ernährungsumstellung zu beginnen.<p>Welche Fragen sollten wir uns diesbezüglich stellen?</p>\n<p><strong>Frage 1 – Wie viel Zeit kann/möchte ich investieren?</strong> <img src=\"http://www.bilder-upload.eu/thumb/0e29af-1520427785.png\" alt=\"Bilder-Upload.eu - share DEINE Bilder\"/></p>\n<p>Wer jeden Tag individuell gestalten möchte, benötigt viel Zeit. Ich bin da sehr einfach gestrickt und mache mir meist Wochen-, oder Monatspläne (siehe Bild). Das ist einfacher bei der Einkaufsplanung, und auch einfacher zu merken – kann aber für manche ziemlich schnell einseitig werden.</p>\n<a href=\"http://www.bilder-upload.eu/show.php?file=daecf9-1520434645.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img src=\"http://www.bilder-upload.eu/thumb/daecf9-1520434645.jpg\" border=\"1\" alt=\"Bilder-Upload.eu - share DEINE Bilder\" /></a>\n<p>Wenn man sich am Ende des Monats 30-60 Minuten Zeit nimmt, aufzuschreiben was man im kommenden Monat Essen möchte – erspart man sich täglich 5-10 Minuten Nachdenken. Vielleicht sind Leute unter euch die Kcal, Protein, Kohlenhydrate und Fett von unzähligen Lebensmitteln im Kopf haben, oder eine tolle App die euch das in Sekundenschnelle vor Augen führt. Ich denke, dass das in den wenigsten Fällen zutreffen wird, und der Großteil dieser Apps stellt die Makrowerte erst Übersichtlich zur Verfügung, wenn man die Premiumversion kauft bzw. abonniert.</p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu 60 Minuten, nehmen sogar 5 Minuten täglich schon 150 Minuten im Monat in Anspruch. Auch wenn ihr lieber wöchentliche Pläne erstellen wollt wird sich das zeitlich sicher auszahlen.</p>\n<p>Bei eurer Einkaufstour würde ich euch raten, alle Lebensmittel die länger haltbar sind, wie z.B. Reis Kartoffeln etc. gleich als Monatsvorrat zu kaufen.</p>\n<p><strong>Frage 2 – Wie berechne ich meinen Grundumsatz richtig?</strong></p>\n<p>Um den Grundumsatz richtig berechnen zu können, benötigt man folgende Informationen.</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Größe, Gewicht, Alter und Geschlecht</li>\n  <li>Leistungsumsatz (täglich, wenig, durchschnittlich oder viel körperliche Anstrengung)</li>\n  <li>Ziel: abnehmen, Gewicht halten oder zunehmen</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Frage 3 – Wie ist die ideale Aufteilung der Makronährstoffe?</strong></p>\nProtein - Kohlenhydrate - Fett<p>\n<p>Auch hier gibt es viele verschiedene Theorien wie die perfekte Aufteilung sein soll, jedoch ist eine Verallgemeinerung keine gute Lösung. Denn was bei Maria gut funktioniert, muss nicht zwingend bei Christian auch funktionieren.</p>\n<p>Die wichtigste Frage die sich hier eigentlich stellt ist, welche Makronährstoffe kann mein Körper besser/schlechter verarbeiten!? Doch um diese Frage beantworten zu können, muss man entweder einen Blut bzw. DNA Test machen (ist mit Kosten verbunden), oder alles Mögliche in der Ernährung ausprobieren, dokumentieren und analysieren. Dieser Vorgang ist nicht einfach und kann sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen.</p>\n<p>Natürlich wollen die meisten keine teuren Tests machen, oder 1 Jahr lang hin und her probieren bis sie verstanden haben wie ihr Körper tickt. Deswegen gibt es natürlich ein paar Standardempfehlungen mit denen man einfach mal starten kann.</p>\n<p>Dazu würden folgende Parameter die Aufteilung erleichtern</p>\n<ul>\n  <li>Welchen Körperbau habe ich (Ectomorph, Mesomorph, Endomorph)</li>\n  <li>Welche Ernährungsform möchte ich versuchen (LowCarb, LowFat, CarbCycling, etc.)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><img src=\"http://www.bilder-upload.eu/thumb/5af660-1520426264.jpg\" alt=\"Bilder-Upload.eu - share DEINE Bilder\"/></p>\n<p><strong>Frage 4 – Auf was sollte ich noch achten?</strong></p>\n<p>Nicht nur Aufgrund des Trainings, sondern allgemein solltet ihr darauf achten viel Flüssigkeit zu trinken. Am besten Wasser, denn da könnt ihr euch einiges an kcal einsparen, die ihr sonst nebenbei mit einem zuckerartigen Getränk runterschluckt. Eine Mindestempfehlung ist hier 1,5L für eine erwachsene Person, jedoch schadet es nicht 2L zu trinken. An Trainingstagen, vor allem wenn ihr viel schwitzt, solltet ihr zumindest 2,5 bis 3L trinken.</p>\n<p><strong>Abschließend</strong></p>\n<p>Ich möchte euch nicht mit überlanger Theorie erschlagen und versuche deswegen einige Sachen zu erklären und dabei nicht allzu sehr ins Detail zu gehen.</p>\n<p>Wenn euch etwas unklar ist, oder ihr persönlich Hilfe bei euren Berechnungen braucht, nur raus damit!</p>\n<p><img src=\"http://www.bilder-upload.eu/thumb/313aac-1520428236.jpg\" alt=\"Bilder-Upload.eu - share DEINE Bilder\"/></p>\n<p>Scheut euch nicht mir Fragen zu stellen! &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>\n</html><p>",
