      "body": "Hubo un episodio en mi vida infantil que de vez en cuando recuerdo con mis hermanos y nos reímos mucho, pero a decir verdad: se cometió una injusticia conmigo. Dos de mis hermanos se comieron unas cosas que mi madre había guardado en la nevera o refrigerador. Lo hicieron con cautela, sin hacer ruidos mientras los demás estábamos dormidos. Para inculparme dejaron unos de mis zapatos cerca de la heladera de modo que cuando mi madre fuera por lo que ella había dejado allí, los viera y listo: yo era el culpable. El plan de mis hermanos funcionó. Ellos estaban cerca del lugar de los hechos cuando mi madre fue al refrigerador, alegaron que \"por la prisa con la que me comí las cosas, olvidé los zapatos y etc. \n\nPor más explicaciones que dí, nadie me creyó y mi madre me dio una paliza por no respetar sus cosas. Eran tres contra uno: ellos eran la fuerza. Y mis razones no valieron de nada. Pasado el tiempo ellos confesaron la verdad y no recibí de nadie un disculpa. Solo las risas que aún ilustran esa aventura de niños.",

      "body": "Por muchos años he valorado el esfuerzo que hacen muchas personas por llevar una palabra de aliento a los demás, sobre todo en esos momentos en los se cree que uno está solo, y de pronto aparece la palabra ideal para animar un poco, ayudar a levantar y seguir adelante. Me he topado en mi vida personal con mucha gente así. En ocasiones recuerdo a todas y todas que el episodios de mi vida, detuvieron su marcha, me miraron a los ojos y me dijeron que siguiera: que yo podía. \n\nNo sé donde están muchos de ellos y ellas: noto su ausencia, pero al recordar aquellas palabras siento que están ahí, cerca de mi, animando mis pasos.       "body": "De algo estoy convencido: el venezolano actual quiere vivir en libertad y le repugna profundamente la injusticia. Pero en los últimos años esta sociedad ha sufrido un creciente despojo de sus derechos ante la concentración del poder político en las maquinarias partidistas y del poder económico y de decisiones  en manos de un estado hipertrofiado. \n\nParte del problema nace con la tendencia a endiosar a los hombres a quienes les han confiado el cuidado de la comunidad. Como lo dijo Santo Tomás de Aquino en el siglo XIII: La glorificación y la constante adulación, y hasta el servilismo que constantemente rodean al alto funcionario termina irremediablemente por minar su sentido común y su ecuanimidad. \n\nEso genera una crisis de participación y se aprecia una tendencia a la desaparición del ciudadano de la escena política.  Se ha venido desarrollando un estilo político, basado en el método que algunos especialistas llaman \"conciliación de élites\", quienes tienen estas características:\n1.- temor a que se desborden las demandas populares y que se hagan incontrolables.\n2.- Tendencia a que esas demandas sean canalizadas a través de ciertas organizaciones bajo el control de determinadas élites confiables\n3.- Tendencia a desestimar o reprimir toda acción política no canalizada de ese modo.\n4.- Alineación en el interior de las organizaciones elitescas de la autoridad y libertad de decisión del líder , al lado de una actitud pasiva de quienes reciben beneficios en forma paternalistas y no con el resultado de su propio esfuerzo,\n\nEn palabras del Libertador Simón Bolívar: \" Se nos ha dominado más con la palabra que con la fuerza\"![ciudadanos.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWeMd69uJTUbzgaLQy7HFemFYHLkdAVnTGsX9UM7fPRGd/ciudadanos.jpg)",

      "body": "For those of us who are parents of children with disabilities, and merit group therapies that insert them into the path of personal relationships with their peers, without any discrimination; With a sense of responsibility, belonging and assessment, they should know that the Scout organization has that space available.\n\nI have a child with mild developmental disorder. That condition is indicated within the value parameters of the autistic spectrum. It is normal for this type of audience to opt for isolation since they focus their attention on learning many things but without contact with the external world. But human beings are not an island: they need to see each other, relate. Look in the face of others and recognize that the presence of other children. For this, friction and sharing are important.\n\nSpecialists in the field recommend integration therapies, gross motor, fine, in short those necessary to break the barriers of the infant with their environment. There are professionals who dedicate themselves to that and charge their fees for that work.\n\nIn the Scouts I discovered that my son can do a set of things that transcend him and relate to the time and space that he has to live. There are group dynamics where you must team up with other children: that subtracts to the point of doing things alone. You have to throw yourself to the floor, to the engramado or to work with sand or earth: the important thing of this is that it stimulates other senses and overcomes hypersensitivity. You must also talk, see others face: recognize them.       "body": "Para quienes somos padres de niños o niñas con alguna discapacidad, y ameritan terapias de grupo que los inserte en el camino de las relaciones personales con sus congéneres, sin discriminación alguna; con sentido de responsabilidad, pertenencia y valoración, deben saber que la organización Scout tiene ese espacio disponible. \n\nTengo un niño con Trastorno del desarrollo leve. Ese condición está señalada dentro de los parámetros de valor del espectro autista. Es normal que este tipo de público opte por el aislamiento ya que centran su atención en aprender muchas cosas pero sin contacto con el mundo externo. Pero los seres humanos no son una isla: necesitan verse en el otro, relacionarse. Mirar a la cara a los demás y reconocer que la presencia de otros niños, niñas. Para ello es importante el roce y el compartir. \n\nLos especialistas en la materia recomiendan terapias de integración, de motricidad gruesa, fina, en fin las necesarias para romper las barreras del infante con su medio. Existen profesionales que se dedican a eso y cobran sus honorarios por ese trabajo. \n\nEn los Scout descubrí que mi hijo puede hacer un conjunto de cosas que lo trascienden y ponen en relación con el tiempo y el espacio que le toca vivir. Allí existen dinámicas de grupos en donde debe hacer equipo con otros niños y niñas: eso resta al punto de hacer las cosas solo. Tiene que tirarse al piso, al engramado o trabajar con arena o tierra: lo importante de esto es que estimula otros sentidos y vence al hipersensibilidad. Además debe hablar, ver a los otros a la cara: reconocerlos.       "body": "...A propósito de la crisis que atraviesa Venezuela quiero agregar que la solución está adentro y con los de adentro: solo falta voluntad política. Alejar la política partidista de las acciones a ejecutar e incentivar a los pequeños y medianos empresarios y agricultores en sus iniciativas de producción. La constitución de la República en sus artículos 112, 118, 184 y 308 establecen las bases para un proceso de transformación de la realidad económica nacional. En esos artículos se otorga a la economía social un lugar prioritario y estratégico para el desarrollo y la convierte en un mecanismo para fortalecer el concepto de la democracia participativa y protagónica.   \n\nEl papel de estado en el plano de la economía social es el de incentivar y apoyar el desarrollo de la economía social, generando en las comunidades espacios de organización y participación.       "body": "En los sectores populares, en estos momentos de crisis aguda que atraviesa VENEZUELA, es habitual el aumento de la deserción escolar y de los bajos niveles nutricionales en los jóvenes y ancianos. Muchos hogares se han visto forzados sus precarios activos (propiedades) a precios por debajo del valor real ante la necesidad de obtener ingresos para la adquisición de alimentos o para comprar un pasaje para que algún miembro de la familia emigre y desde el exterior les ayude con remesas.  Esta situación es perjudicial a escala individual, familiar, social, y para el crecimiento económico en general. Médicos, ingenieros de todas las especialidades, maestros de escuela, profesores universitarios, en fin todo un capital humano, formado en las universidades del país, han optado por salir de Venezuela y prestar sus servicios en Colombia, Perú, Ecuador, Argentina o Chile. Esta pregunta me surge porque diariamente veo a la gente quejarse de la situación social y económica que se  vive en Venezuela y con mucha tolerancia sigue soportando las cosas que a diario vive: inflación, transporte público deficiente, falta de efectivo para adquirir las cosas; escasez de alimentos y pare de contar...  En lo personal busco drenar mi impotencia escribiendo y reflexionando de las cosas que vivo; también observando la actitud pasiva de los que me rodean. Son como un volcán que está quieto pero nunca se sabe cómo va a reaccionar cuando hace erupción. ¡Ojalá que no se llegue a la violencia social desproporcionada!       "body": "Es curioso escuchar a personas decir categóricamente que son los \"dueños de la verdad\". Como periodista reportero, me ha tocado asistir a infinidades de las llamadas \"ruedas de prensa\": un nombre para reseñar una reunión donde alguien dice cosas pero no permite ser interrumpido para responder preguntas. En esos eventos se escuchan montones de frases de políticos, líderes sociales, religiosos, etc... cada uno defendiendo su trinchera: cada quien portando un poquito de la verdad que nos rodea. \n\nUn periodista amigo me insistió mucho en no perder la capacidad de asombro, que era el último recurso literario en el que podíamos confiar.       "body": "La autoestima es un conjunto de percepciones, pensamientos, evaluaciones, sentimientos y tendencias de comportamiento dirigidas hacia nosotros mismos, hacia nuestra manera de ser, y hacia los rasgos de nuestro cuerpo y nuestro carácter. En resumen: es la percepción evaluativa de nosotros mismos. Si a esa percepciones les agregamos situaciones sociales complejas, estamos en presencia de dos cosas antagónicas.
