      "body": "When passing through trying times, you may find out one or two opportunities to improve yourself. You just need to be active with your abilities in dealing with it. Life gives us tough challenges. These unexpected turn of events sometimes worry us much more than they ought to.  Finding out about ourselves enhances growth. For my situation, it worked wonderfully.\nAnd afterward, something happens. It isn’t fair. You don’t deserve such. You didn't expect it neither did you plan for it.  Or what would you have done if you only knew before? Or what will people have done to help you? There are lots of opportunities to practice dealing well.\n\nMake acceptance your top priority. It's Remember this quote that says: \"Don't wait for your feelings to change to take action. Take action and your feelings will change.\" You'd feel we should have learned early on that life isn't fair, but instead, we hang on to how we think life should be. Hard work should be rewarded.  Benevolence should be reciprocal. When you start going on an unfair spiral, tell yourself, \"It is what it is.\" And then pick a reaction that supports the way you'd like the world to be.\nConcentrate on the life lesson.  Query whether it's as big as it appears. We frequently twist minor troubles into gigantic upheaval in our minds.  Most times, these solvable problems can be  a blessing in disguise. So much felt unfair about how everything worked out.\n\nAnytime I deal with any adverse conditions. I remind myself to stay positive. Keep in mind that you can carry on from this new place.  There is always more than one approach to deal with an issue. Think about how a person you respect would tackle this kind of situation.\nTrials always come in life, and it doesn't always come easy. Life Challenges will occur all through your life, at different times and stages. You didn’t choose this path. Most times difficult situations come as a result of our calling which can be either career, faith,  research, parenthood, or whatever.\n\nThis may appear hard. But you’ve got choice. Stay calm and composed. Take a break from the difficult situation. Always be in a happy mood this will help you cope. Look for the good aspects of your current situation. Difficult times like this can be both resourceful and inspiring. Nobody loves a bad situation, learn to live with it until it becomes your  \"new normal.\"\nIn melancholic times, support from friends and family is vital. Be that as it may, you need to begin it with yourself. Act now! Give yourself kudos for some activities you’ve done already. Don’t stop believing during adverse times. You shouldn’t  quit growing because the hard times the best out of people.",
