      "body": "혐오성 콘텐츠와 인방갤 리액션\n-\n2000년대 초부터 지금까지 인기를 누리고 있는 디씨인사이드에서는 인기 갤러리가 주기적으로 바뀐다. 막장갤러리, 코미디갤러리, 국내야구갤러리, 던파갤러리 등이 그 대상이었는데, 주로 갤러리의 인기는 갤러리에 상주하는 유저들이 생산해내는 글들의 콘텐츠성과 비례하기 마련이었다. 물론 그 콘텐츠성이란 퀄리티가 얼마나 좋냐일수도 있고, 얼마나 막장성을 띄고 있느냐일수도 있다. 막장갤러리나 코미디갤러리는 갤러리 사용자들이 쓰는 드립의 수위가 굉장히 높아 어그로를 잘 끌었기에 인기를 누렸었고, 합성필수갤러리와 같은 갤러리는 고퀄리티의 패러디 영상 콘텐츠로 인기를 누렸었다.\n\n![1.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmb8AArY6fwuyVjJxeTeuXUGxUgarXoyDAedUPuB1e6G2E/1.png)\n(인터넷 방송의 사건사고를 실시간으로 구경하고 싶다면 바로 이곳으로...!)\n\n2010년부터 그 핫함을 이어받은 갤러리가 있다. 바로 <인터넷방송갤러리>인데, 줄여서 인방갤이라고도 부르는 곳이다. 생산적인 글은 하나도 찾아볼 수 없는 인방갤이 새벽 두시에도 북적거리는 이유는 막장성 하나다.\n\n인방갤에서는 주로 아프리카TV에서 활동하는 BJ/스트리머들에 대한 가십거리들을 다루는데, 수백명의 인기 BJ들이 매일같이 라이브 방송을 진행하는터라 쉴틈없이 글들이 올라온다. 마치 그 광경을 제3자의 입장에서 바라보고 있자면 전쟁과 약탈이 끊이지 않는 춘추전국시대가 떠오르기도 한다. 자신이 좋아하는 BJ/스트리머에 반대되는 성향을 지닌 BJ/스트리머들을 비난하고, 콘텐츠의 컨셉 (우리 결혼했어요 등)을 가지고 근거없는 추측글을 던지기도 한다. 즉, 인방갤은 인터넷방송계의 증권가 찌라시라고도 할 수 있다.\n\n고정 닉네임을 달고 활동하는 유저들과 그때 그때 방송 트렌드에 맞추어 들어오는 눈팅족들 모두 실시간으로 인터넷 방송을 보고 분석하고 평가하고 다른 유저들과 의사소통하고 있다. 욕설을 배제하고 본다면 인방갤러들은 모두 콘텐츠에 대한 비판적인 사고를 가지고 나름대로 주관적인 평가를 하며 다른 인방갤러들과 유대감을 쌓는 행위를 하고 있는 것이라고도 볼 수 있을 것이다.\n\n![2.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmWimWEavkkyRZ6Dcp6pCqdHtm6X75ZTzzeuNbNidn3bog/2.png)\n(17년 11월 27일 새벽 1시 인방갤의 모습)\n\n인방갤을 바라보면서...과연 디지털 세대라고 불리우는 지금 10대와 20대가 인터넷방송을 포함한 뉴미디어 콘텐츠를 올바르게 바라보고 있을까라는 의문이 들기 시작했다. 디지털 세대는 이제 하루종일 스마트폰과 연결되어있고, 하루 60분 가량을 아프리카TV나 YouTube 등지에서 필터링이 거의 되지 않은 날것 그대로의 콘텐츠 섭취하는데 시간을 사용한다. 그 어느 세대보다도 모바일 친화적이고, 콘텐츠를 소비하는데 적극적이다. 이제는 별풍선이나 구독을 해야만 BJ/스트리머들이 채팅내역을 읽어주는데도 \"ㅋㅋㅋ\"와 같은 자음을 치고, 게임플레이에 대한 훈수를 둔다. 그리고 그 중 일부는 유료 아이템을 선물하고, 매니저가 되어 채팅 내역을 모니터링하며, 때로는 팬심에 영상편집까지 재능기부를 해주기도 한다. 그리고 또 다른 부류의 시청자들은 BJ/스트리머들의 영상을 다른 커뮤니티에 퍼다 나르고, 그 커뮤니티의 유저들과 소통한다. 콘텐츠 제작자 입장에서는 굉장히 충성도가 높고 인게이지먼트가 높은 유저들이다.\n\n (일부를 보고 오판할 수도 있는 것이지만, 보통 이런 공유되는 영상 콘텐츠들은 <영국남자>나 <풍월량>과 같이 모범적인 콘텐츠가 대부분이다. 자극적인 콘텐츠나 수익창출만을 목적으로한 콘텐츠가 커뮤니티에 공유되면 비난을 받는 것은 물론 신고를 당해 글이 사라지기 마련이다.)\n\n문제는 인방갤러들의 소통에는 사회적인 책임감 혹은 윤리성이 배제되어있으며, 타인과 인터넷방송에 대한 지식을 공유하거나 문제해결을 위한 행위가 없다는 것이다. 오로지 자극적인 매체를 보고, 비판만 하는 것이다. (요즘 세대의 말을 빌리자면 <어그로를 끈다>라는 표현이 적합하다) 콘텐츠 생산자인 BJ/스트리머가 더 나은 방송을 하도록 유도하는 조언성 글보다는 콘텐츠가 망삘이라는 비난이 오가고, 인터넷방송이라는 공동체의 문화를 위한 발전적인 토론보다는 편가르기를 통한 친목질이 핵심이 되어버렸다.\n\n![5.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcXcbpmK6iZFRPrH7pUV2Tzpyuq9qywVxYEWukFVdQR6W/5.jpg)\n(2017년 국내 YouTube의 핫이슈 2인)\n\n여기에 콘텐츠 크리에이터들의 자극적인 영상 콘텐츠들이 필터링 없이 플랫폼에 노출되는 것도 한 몫을 하고 있다고 본다. 남의 집 앞에서 똥을 싸는 등의 도를 넘은 행위, 살인 협박, 혐오 발언 등 사회적으로 물의를 일으키는 행동들을 통해 크리에이터들은 광고 수익을 창출했고, 10대 청소녀들은 이런 콘텐츠에 무방비로 노출되어왔다. 애초에 기존 미디어처럼 <편성> 이라는 개념이 적용될 수 없는 YouTube와 트위치, 아프리카TV에서 아무리 모니터링을 강화하고, 광고수익을 금지시킨다고 하더라도 모든 영상들을 하나하나 제재할 수는 없을 것이라고 본다. \n\n최근 국정감사를 포함하여 인터넷 방송에 대한 규제의 목소리가 높아지고는 있지만, 플랫폼 자체를 폐쇠하지 않는 이상 실질적인 해결책은 없어보인다. 아프리카TV에서 김길태 퍼포먼스를 하고 영구정치 처분을 받았던 철구 역시 보다 높은 수위로 방송을 할 수 있는 팝콘TV로 적을 옮겨 방송을 이어갔었다. 한 플랫폼에서 체재를 받게 되면 다른 플랫폼으로 이동해서 방송을 이어가면 되는 것이다. <편성>의 개념이 적용된 플랫폼이 아닌 이상, 인터넷 방송 자체를 규제하기란 어렵지 않을까 싶다. 게다가 해외 플랫폼인 YouTube와 Twitch는 더 어렵지 않을까 싶다.\n\n![7.png](https://steemitimages.com/DQmepFxrBwY7npneXrB86q5kcQZn462hSBbZHvZqkKW9ZCc/7.png)\n(아프리카TV에서 영구정지처분을 받고 팝콘TV로 적을 옮겼던 BJ철구)\n\n그리고 1인 미디어인 인터넷 방송에선 한 개인이 잘못을 해서 처벌을 받는다 하더라도, 제2의 누군가가 나타나기 마련이다. 이미 YouTube에는 초등학생, 중학생들이 신태일과 갓건배의 언행을 따라하며 영상 콘텐츠를 제작하고 있다.
