Like,  helping them with their work,  helping them stroll around,  and then listening to their plights and providing solutions where you can. \nThat's was today for me.  It started with helping Bummi fix up her notes of lesson for her HND 2 class.  After a lot of copying and pasting,  reading and editing,  the job was done.  And she was off to go print it out. \nIt was not yet over.  Lucky came in she need company so many things she needed to talk about.  I gave her listening ears but could not give her advice because I didn't have anything to say at the moment. \nI had planned of taking some tour since the school I teach is on their midterm break,  I asked her to join me. \nI help my landlady fetch water. And finally I was on my way to somewhere very far to help my lecturer. \n It was a kindness Monday.  What a good way to start a week - with a little kindness here and there.  What a nice start!",

      "body": "I had just decided to stay indoors today. It was not easy to start indoors for the whole day, hough it gave me time for mysel,  but there were many temptation for me to have moved out. But I just had to stick to my plans of staying indoor at least for once.\nDespite that I had a lot of things to do. I was just there.  After so many hours of sleep and a couple of hours marking my students scripts, I finally went to fetch water in the evening. And then,  look for what to eat.\nI came home late. My landlady asked me not to return home later again. I told her never to worry that I am not a troublemaker so nothing. \nI delved into a couple of chats with friends mostly my students. I had one annoying but relieving chat. One of my clients had just got pissed up with him. I immediately gave up the work. Truth be told I really wanted to help her as much as I wanted to get the work off me. \nIt is annoying working for people and for money. I just wish today as I did yesterday and will always do until it comes true,  that money work for me. \nSo the day started boring but ended with much fun.",

      "body": "Spiritual food and physical food have nothing in common. I learnt this today from experience. Church was powerful and impactful but truth be told it never touched my hungry belly although it fed my hungry soul. As soon as I left the church the Hunger became intensified. I have use up all my energy and it became done on me that I was physically hungry, weak and tired. \nBack home, with no hope for food,  I laid on my bed hoping to have food sent from heaven but none came. The only thing that my mind kept saying was this is a lesson so that you will know how to treat hungry people when you grow to have plenty. \nI had expected my PPA to pay me for the past one week but it was not forth coming.  So for this one week I had barely had good food and today no hope for anything. \nI had to call mom, sister,  friends but I could not have courage to tell them to help my situation. As a matter of fact,  I turned down an offer of money which to me may cost my integrity. As much as Hunger needs food, integrity needs to be preserved.  But why should such an offer come in today of all days. \nAnyways, better days are coming where food will abound in excess. As I made up my mind to sleep. A real miracle happened. A follow Corp member walked in with her stove. Great!  I had rice and beans of which I didn't want to mention because I have no stove and that would be funny. But here you go I had hope of eating no not hope I eat.",
