      "body": "<center>https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0173/8204/7844/articles/Tesla-Giga-Berlin-Foundation-Permit_1000x.jpeg?v=1590577764</center>\n\n[Image Credit](https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0173/8204/7844/articles/Tesla-Giga-Berlin-Foundation-Permit_1000x.jpeg?v=1590577764)\n\nTesla recently got permission from the state office for the environment in Brandenburg for the foundation of their Giga-Berlin work which is at Gr&nheide close to Berlin.\n\nIt was deduced that Tesla made the move to begin construction work on the 14th of May without supervision but was stopped based on not having approval.\n\nThe permission has now been granted.\n\nThis early approval, however, has some basic instructions that must be followed: the working hour is from 6 am and 10 pm.\n\nFurther work cannot be done outside this time.\n\nThere are also some important value guidelines that have been put in place for noise.\n\nTherefore, measurements will be used to monitor compliance.\n\nThe refuelling of the construction vehicles should be done outside the protected area of drinking water.\n\nBased on the news, accommodation won't be a problem as Tesla intends to house the workers in the place known as Gasometer.\n\nThe building was previously used as a gas storehouse, now it is a known residence to a number of research institutes, organizations and companies.\n\nThe Gasometer is being expanded to accommodate Tesla as they have an employee capacity of about 2,000.\n\nAccording to the expansion, the congress centre will be on the ground floor.\n\nSince approval has been given, Tesla can proceed on the Gr&nheide foundation.\n\nWorkers can now expect and create room for construction materials and begin to deal with excavation pit and piping. \n\nHowever, Tesla is proceeding with the work at their own risk.
