I saw no way OUT.\n\nHowever... if I could... here are 3 things I would tell that poor soul today:\n\n➡️ Breathe... Go for a walk/run... Snuggle with a pet... and then... Hug a loved one\n\n➡️ Realize that it is... in fact... NOT the end of the world (Turn on the news or visit a homeless shelter to see what a hard life looks like.)\n\n➡️ LEARN TO WORK SMARTER (Not Harder!) in your business\n\nWhilst that experience was terrible (and terrifying) to live through...\n\nIt was the \"kick in the pants\" I needed to figure out HOW to work \"smarter\" versus \"harder\".\n\n(I also started earning more, because I created processes which allowed me to take on more clients without sacrificing more of my time.)\n\nGetting OVERWHELMED & feeling OVERWORKED in a graphic design business...\n\n...happens more often than one would think.\n\n(And that should absolutely not be the case!)\n\nOnce I put systems in place...\n\nLearned what tasks & what numbers I should be focused on...\n\nAnd how to properly hire & train a team...\n\nIt was a pleasure doing business again!\n\n(Plus...       "body": "اشرف ملکھم نامی صحافی نے ایک نیوز بریک کی کہ دبئی لینڈ ڈیپارٹمنٹ نے ایف آئی اے اور ایف بی آر کو 35 ہزار پاکستانیوں کی ایک لسٹ فراہم کی   ہے جن کے پاس دبئی میں 700 ارب روپے سے زائد کی پراپرٹی ہے۔\n\nاس لسٹ میں سیاستدانوں، ریٹائرڈ جرنیلوں، بیوروکریٹس اور صحافیوں سے لے کر تمام طبقات کے لوگوں کے نام شامل تھے۔ عمران خان کی بہن علیمہ خان کا نام بھی اسی لسٹ میں موجود تھا۔\n\nاس خبر کی بنیاد پر تحریک انصاف نے قومی اسمبلی میں بہت شور مچایا۔ معاملہ فنانس کی سٹینڈنگ کمیٹی تک پہنچ گیا جس میں تحریک انصاف کا اسد عمر بھی شامل تھا۔\n\nاسد عمر نے معاملے کو زندہ رکھا اور ہر دفعہ سٹینڈنگ کمیٹی کے ایجنڈے پر اس ایشو کو ڈالتا گیا۔ اسد عمر کا مطالبہ تھا کہ یہ نیوزبریک کرنے والے صحافی اشرف ملکھم کو کمیٹی کے سامنے بلا کر تصدیق کی جائے جس پر ن لیگ کے اراکین اسمبلی نے مخالفت کی لیکن اسد عمر کی مسلسل کوششوں سے ایک صحافی کی پہلی دفعہ کمیٹی کے روبرو حاضری ہوگئی۔\n\nاس صحافی نے دبئی لینڈ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی طرف سے بھیجی گئی مکمل لسٹ کمیٹی ممبران کے ساتھ شئیر کردی جس سے اس کمیٹی میں موجود ایف آئی اے اور ایف بی آر کے نمائیندگان کے چہروں پر کبھی ایک رنگ آتا اور ایک رنگ جاتا۔ چنانچہ اسد عمر نے مطالبہ کیا کہ یہ معاملہ نیب کے سپرد کرکے تحقیقات شروع کروائی جائیں۔ کمیٹی کے دوسرے اراکین بھی مان گئے لیکن ن لیگ کے فنانس کے وزیرمملکت رانا افضل نے یہ شرط عائد کردی کہ صحافی پہلے اپنا سورس بتائے، پھر بات آگے بڑھے گی۔\n\nن لیگ کا منسٹر چاہتا تھا کہ اس \" کالی بھیڑ \" کو پکڑا جائے جس کی وجہ سے یہ حساس معاملہ باہر نکلا تاکہ مستقبل کی پیش بندی کی جاسکے۔ صحافی نے اپنا سورس نہیں بتایا اور ن لیگ نے یہ معاملے نیب کو نہیں بھجوایا۔\n\nاس لسٹ میں اسحاق ڈار سے لے کر نوازشریف کے بیٹوں تک، میرشکیل الرحمان سے لے کر جنگ اور جیو گروپ کے 15 کے قریب سینئر صحافی و اینکرز کے نام بھی تھے اور یہی وجہ تھی کہ ن لیگ اس معاملے کو دبانا چاہتی تھی، ورنہ اگر بات علیمہ خان کی ہوتی تو وہ ایک کی بجائے دس مقدمات قائم کرچکے ہوتے۔\n\nاب آجائیں علیمہ خان کی پراپرٹی پر۔\n\nدبئی لینڈ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی لسٹ کے مطابق علیمہ خان نے 2008 میں دی لافٹس کمپلیکس میں دو بیڈروم کا ایک اپارٹمنٹ خریدا تھا جو علیمہ خان کے بیان کے مطابق 2016 میں بیچ بھی دیا گیا۔\n\nاگر آپ کو یاد ہو تو 2008 میں حالیہ تاریخ کا سب سے بڑا معاشی بحران آیا تھا جس کی وجہ سے دبئی کی پراپرٹی کی قیمتوں میں 70 سے لے کر 200 فیصد تک کمی دیکھنے میں آئی تھی۔ آپ انٹرنیٹ پر جا کر دی لافٹس میں 2 بیڈروم کے فلیٹ کی 2008 میں قیمت چیک کریں، یہ تقریباً 7 لاکھ درہم پر گر چکی تھی۔ درہم اس وقت 22 روپے کا ہوا کرتا تھا، اس حساب سے یہ ڈیڑھ کروڑ روپے سے تھوڑا زیادہ بنتا ہے۔\n\nیہ بھی خیال رہے کہ 2008 میں لاہور ڈیفنس فیز 5 میں ایک کنال کا پلاٹ دو کروڑ کی رینج میں ہوا کرتا تھا، یعنی دبئی کا یہ فلیٹ لاہور کے ایک کنال سے بھی سستا دستیاب تھا۔\n\nاب سوال یہ اٹھتا ہے کہ علیمہ خان کے پاس یہ ڈیڑھ کروڑ روپے کہاں سے آئے؟\n\nجواب جاننے کیلئے زیادہ دور مت جائیں، آپ چاہیں عمران خان کی ویلتھ سٹیٹمنٹ اٹھا کر دیکھ لیں یا ایف بی آر سے علیمہ خان کی ویلتھ سٹیٹمنٹ کی کاپی نکلوا لیں۔ ان کے پاس آبائی زرعی زمینیں بھی ہیں اور اس کے علاوہ رہائشی و کمرشل پراپرٹی بھی۔ علیمہ خان کیلئے ڈیڑھ کروڑ روپے کا انتظام کرنا کوئی حیران کن بات نہیں، اگر وہ اپنی زرعی زمین کے پٹے سے حاصل ہونے والی انکم ایک سال کیلئے جمع کرلے تو وہ شاید ڈیڑھ کروڑ سے زیادہ بنے۔\n\nیہ بات ذہن میں رکھیں کہ ن لیگ عمران خان اور اس کی بہن کو بدنام کرنے کیلئے چھوٹے سے چھوٹا موقع بھی ضائع نہیں کرنے والی۔ اگر وہ 2015 سے دبئی لینڈ ڈیپارٹمنٹ کی رپورٹ دبائے بیٹھی ہے اور کوئی کاروائی نہیں کی تو اس کی اہم وجہ یہ تھی کہ علیمہ خان کے خلاف کاروائی کرنے کا کوئی جواز موجود نہیں تھا۔\n\nاس کے علاوہ علیمہ خان کوئی عوامی عہدہ بھی نہیں رکھتی کہ اس پر اپنے اثاثے ظاہر کرنا لازم ہوتا۔\n\nیہ ہیں وہ حقائق کہ جن کی بنا پر آج تک علیمہ خان کے نام پر پٹواریوں نے صرف پراپیگنڈہ ہی کیا، کبھی کوئی کاروائی کرنے کی جرات نہیں کرسکے۔ جس نوازشریف نے 1997 میں بے ضرر عمران خان کی بیوی جمائمہ پر ٹائل سمگلنگ کا بھونڈا مقدمہ بنوا دیا، وہ نوازشریف 2015 میں اپنے خطرناک ترین حریف عمران خان کی بہن کے خلاف کاروائی نہیں کرتا تو اس کی وجہ یہی ہے کہ ان کے پاس علیمہ خان کے خلاف کاروائی کا کوئی جواز موجود نہیں۔\n\nیہ ہے اصل حقیقت کہ جس کی وضاحت کرنے کی عمران خان نے کبھی زحمت گوارا نہ کی، کیونکہ وہ جانتا ہے کہ اس کا دامن صاف ہے، لیکن چونکہ پٹواری، جموعتی اور ڈیزلی بے غیرت ترین لوگ ہیں، اس لئے ان کی تسلی کیلئے ضروری تھا کہ وضاحت کردی جاتی ۔ ۔ ۔ ۔ جو کہ میں نے کردی!!!",
