      "title": "Venezolano ¿Qué llevas en tu maleta?",
      "body": "Estimado lector, una vez más le invito a meditar profundamente en lo que a continuación se compartirá, esto es sencillamente un vistazo a una parte de lo que sucede en Venezuela y en los venezolanos, las siguientes líneas surgen producto de conversaciones sostenidas con la Dra. Yumak Aponte, donde en inicio pensábamos en todos los venezolanos que se han ido, pero mas allá en ¿Qué se llevaban en sus maletas?, esta pregunta nace porque hemos detallado diversos casos que se expondrán a continuación…\n\nNuestra nación vive momentos críticos, un aparato productivo contraído, unos partidos políticos que no representan los intereses de sus simpatizantes, y los tantos colapsos que vive la nación, pero mientras conversaba con Yumak comenzamos  no solo a ver lo anterior expuesto sino a notar las características en las cuales algunos venezolanos emigraban de la nación, pero en medio de ello surgió la siguiente interrogante ¿Qué llevas en tu maleta?, en ¿Cuáles condiciones se van del país?\n\nSe van: ¿Con dolor, tristeza, odio, rencor, rechazo al país o a sus habitantes, rechazo a la dirigencia política, envidia, rabia, frustración y/o apatía? Algunos de los casos que pudimos resaltan notamos como expresaban un odio profundo hacia el país por no haberle dado las condiciones para avanzar y estabilizarse, otros señalaban que la culpa es del gobierno por las políticas económicas anunciadas, otros decían que es por culpa de los habitantes por elegir sin prudencia y mente fría ante las opciones. Y otros señalaban el profundo dolor de lo que es irse del país amándolo algunos expresaban lo siguiente: ‘’Es como separarse de la pareja estando enamorado´´, sin ganas de irse, pero envuelto en la necesidad de emigrar por diversos motivos…\n\nPero entonces surge otra pregunta ¿Por qué algunos elijen irse con una maleta llena de piedras? Entiéndase piedra como cargas emocionales o sentimentales que impiden su potencial desarrollo como ser humano. No es fácil irse del país alegres, pero  no elijas irte con la mentalidad de fracasado, frustración, o lleno de sentimientos negativos, más bien elige ser libre, perdonar y avanzar, no podemos estar anclados al sentimiento de pobreza o carencia; es decir, anclados al ‘pobre de mí’ ,una muy buena amiga hace años me enseñó: ‘Esta es la vida que te tocó vivir’ ella señalaba lo siguiente: ¡Vívela al máximo! \n\nEs completamente entendible lo que cada venezolano vive, pero está en nuestra actitud el cómo lo vamos a vivir, estamos en tiempos oportunos para meditar en lo que profundamente queremos como jóvenes y como adultos, en ocasiones no se puede avanzar porque se tiene viejas cargas y percepciones que deben ser modificadas lo antes posible. Si bien es cierto, muchos han tenido diversas experiencias negativas y positivas en Venezuela todas ellas te deben servir para madurar, para ser diferente y no para detenerte o derrotarte, constantemente debemos reinventarnos para seguir adelante, el reinventarse implica jerarquizar nuestras necesidades y modificar lo que debamos modificar para seguir.\n\nPor otra parte, según estudios realizados por la la psicóloga Dizdarevic (2015) indican que: \n\nCada enfermedad se va somatizando y tiene su origen en una causa emocional en conflicto, cuando no se puede tolerar una situación que se está viviendo y se transforma en una afección física. Un dolor de estómago se presenta cuando se vive un gran problema lleno de tensión, frustración, coraje que no logra salir tan fácilmente y empieza afectar el organismo produciendo desarreglos estomacales.\n\nEl stress por el miedo al futuro, la economía, la competencia y compromisos muy contrastantes que se tienen que cumplir se transforma en insomnio, manchas en la piel, alteraciones nerviosas, llegando en muchos casos a desarrollar la hipertensión arterial y ataques cardiacos. Por su parte la diabetes es la gran tristeza en el alma de lo que pudo haber sido y no fue, la falta de darse el tiempo de vivir y ser feliz, de soñar y sentir la dulzura de la vida. Y al mismo tiempo son personas con una gran necesidad de controlar.\n\nLas emociones afectan a la vida entera por lo cual muchas personas que caen en la depresión no pueden salir adelante por ellos mismos y en muchos casos ese malestar los ha llevado hasta la muerte. El dolor de rodillas aparece cuando las personas no se quieren doblegar, no quieren ceder y prefieren mantener un orgullo que no los lleva a nada bueno solo a seguir padeciendo un gran dolor extremo. El cáncer surge cuando se guardan muchos rencores por situaciones vividas. Personas que van cargando por mucho tiempo odio y resentimiento por alguna humillación que recibieron en el pasado y les sigue afectando tanto el alma.\n\nPor lo anterior citado entonces te pregunto: ¿Estás dispuesto a irte con la maleta llena de piedras, sabiendo las consecuencias que esa decisión puede traer en ti? Algunos se van y llegan a esos países lleno de motivaciones incorrectas y al paso del tiempo suelen encontrarse con frustración o con rebelión por lo bueno por todo lo vivido en temporadas atrás por eso, te invito a reflexionar, pero mas que reflexionar a conocerte mas a ti mismo, solamente conociéndonos a nosotros mismos descubrimos áreas que deben cambiar, hay quienes por su parte han meditado en eso y se han ido con la actitud correcta y libres de diversos problemas almaticos y eso les ha permitido avanzar y crecer.\n \nNecesitamos preguntarnos urgentemente, que llevamos en nuestra maleta, qué es lo que está sucediendo en nuestra torre de control; la mente, porque recordemos que de la abundancia de nuestro corazón habla la boca, nada de lo que decimos es casualidad todo viene producto de patrones de pensamientos desarrollados en nuestra mente, necesitamos renovar nuestra mente y revisar las intenciones de nuestro corazón, recuerda que en tu boca está el poder de la vida y de la muerte.\n\n¡Ábrete a la libertad!       "body": "Saludo querimos amigos Steemit, les compartiré una experiencia buenisimo que considero aportará a ustedes así como lo hizo en mi vida.\n\nNuestra vida puede cambiar en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, y aun lo que nos parece imposible, cada día vemos que puede ser posible y más con la ayuda de Dios, inicio este artículo de esta manera porque compartiré con ustedes una experiencia que confirmó lo que ya sabía, pero sin embargo no lo tenía claro y es la faceta de facilitador/maestro, estando claro que todo con la ayuda y dirección de Dios puede ser posible…\n\nDesde el 2014, decidí exponerme y experimentar esto de la docencia, los primeros procesos evidentemente fue la observación y nació en la Unidad Educativa Estatal “Lucas Guillermo Castillo”, lugar donde cursé la primaria, allí comencé a observar e interactuar con los niños de 1er hasta 6to grado durante ese proceso aprendí lo básico para crear una conexión o empatía con niños,  posteriormente, quizás lo más importante crear la confianza necesaria para comenzar a comunicarnos y enseñar, constantemente veía a las docentes dar sus clases y eso me motivaba muchísimo hasta que me animé a compartir con los niños historias que aportaron crecimiento a su vida tales como: Las historias de David y Goliat, Abraham, Jesús, Moisés, y también la impartición de los valores éticos y morales necesarios para vivir en sociedad.\n\nPasaron los años y muchos niños conocí y pude ver transformación y/o resultados en lo que compartía con los niños, el gruñón, la llorona, la celosa, la envidiosa, el que peleaba, quien no prestaba, todos y cada uno de ellos cambiaron de actitud y aptitud y a su vez esos resultados sumaban crecimiento y aprendizaje a mi vida, en una de mis tantas conversaciones con Dios decidí preguntarle: ¿Tendré yo el ADN de un docente? Luego de esa conversación con Dios muchas personas comenzaron a notar esa vocación o llamado a la docencia y me lo fueron confirmando amigos, familiares, desconocidos y principalmente Dios.\n\nLuego de eso pude concretar que en efecto, me apasiona enseñar pero mi fuerte son los adultos, no obstante pude notar que lo mío es el ámbito universitario, cuando instruía en los pasillos de la universidad  a cerca de economía, política, historia, entre otras áreas que realmente me gustan, lo que para algunos compañeros parecía complejo, yo tenía la habilidad de poder explicarlo a tal punto que ellos pudieran comprenderlo, esa habilidad todos los días la pongo en manos de Dios quien es el Digno de recibir toda Gloria pues todo viene de Él.\n\n Pero fue este año 2018 en el que catalogue de promoción, llegó la graduación del Instituto Capacitación Académica y Ministerial, donde cursé estudios teológicos y canto, y mi sorpresa  cuando recibí un mensaje del Coordinador Académico del Instituto Canzion Maracay donde me invitaba a una entrevista de trabajo, a la cual accedí gustosamente y con muchas expectativas, cumplí con todos los requisitos que solicitaba el instituto y gracias a Dios pasé a ser parte del cuerpo docente del mismo, allí comenzó formalmente una faceta de facilitador o docente en la cual me llevó años aprender de manera andragógica y autodidacta, pero recibí orientaciones con una muy buena amiga la Dra. Yumak Aponte con quien he aprendido muchísimo sobre metodología y temas académicos, también eche mano tuve a literatura sobre la docencia universitaria, aunado esto a  las diversas experiencias con mis profesores en la universidad, que me permitieron aprender herramientas y/o técnicas de enseñanzas…\n\nDichas técnicas se vieron plasmadas en el aula de clase, durante mi desenvolvimiento en el área pude ver que cuando enseñaba y aprendía temas que me apasionaban como el liderazgo transformacional, las diferentes formas de adorar a Dios entre otros,   sentían una satisfacción muy grata y más aún cuando los estudiantes razonaban permitiendo esto desarrollar una dinámica  amena en el aula de clase. \n\nLes manifiesto, que nunca pensé que ejercería este rol a tan temprana edad 21 años, uno de los anhelos de mi corazón es ser profesor universitario, pero no de dedicación exclusiva sino, a tiempo parcial y ver esto hecho realidad me dejó sin palabras, claro está el temor invadió mi mente, pero me armé de amor y me dije: Todo lo que quiera hacer lo puedo hacer porque tengo el amor y la fortaleza de Dios en mi vida. Al finalizar el semestre mi asesor académico me sugirió realizar una evaluación diagnostica para saber ¿Qué tanto ha sido el impacto de las enseñanzas y que tal ha sido el comportamiento del facilitador? Y alguna de las respuestas me dejaron aún más sorprendido, entre ellas le comparto las siguientes:\n\n\t“He podido aplicar lo aprendido en mi vida, en el área familiar, eclesiástico y de trabajo”.\n\t“La materia pasó mis expectativas cada estudio o unidad no pensé que serían tan profundas vimos mucho forma y fondo en la materia”\n\t“Siendo sincera me ha ayudado mucho en la toma de decisiones en cuanto a mejorar…”\n\t“Sus consejos y clases me ayudaron a mejorar mi manera de liderar a mi equipo de trabajo también pude trasmitirles a ellos información”\n\t“Esta materia me ayudado mucho pues me ha hecho evaluarme constantemente y poner en práctica cada principio y me ha ayudado a mejorar en mi liderazgo y darle la importante al trabajo en equipo”\n\t“Ha aportado crecimiento y una manera distinta de ver las cosas tanto espiritualmente como a nivel social, ha sido de bendición” (Quien desee corroborar dicha información le puedo pasar las evaluaciones vía web).\n\nEstos son algunos de los tantos testimonios que pude recabar de la evaluación diagnostica, es significativo destacar que dicha evaluación fue realizada de manera anónima, es decir, no hay nombre, para no parcializar la evaluación o el criterio. Por otra parte, estoy profundamente agradecido con Dios pues, es Él  quien hace todas estas cosas posibles y más cuando nos disponemos ser su instrumento y bendecir familias, ministerios, trabajos.\n\n Finalmente, quiero dar las gracias a Canzion, por la oportunidad brindada, que me permite  crecer y aprender muchas cosas, sin embargo, sé que hay muchos caminos por recorrer, a manera de reflexión pude apreciar lo siguiente:\n\tPara Dios nada es imposible.\n\tSí operamos desde el amor y la dedicación podemos ver frutos maravillosos.\n\tLa docencia no es para cualquier persona.\n\tEs necesario enseñar con un aprendizaje significativo y un enfoque constructivista para reafirmar  el ser y hacer en los estudiantes y no todo se quede en letras.\n\tCuando ponemos a Dios de primero podemos tener grandes resultados.\n\nHay mucho más para dar y recibir y sé que con Dios de la mano y de primero todo es posible, el título de este artículo le cayó como anillo al dedo pues así comenzó todo, incursionando en la docencia…\n\n\n![36664494_10216497006996499_1359937931841634304_o.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVmbXg743hGFX7xGWjNKJBRuzGCrxBE11ncxuitJym2GP/36664494_10216497006996499_1359937931841634304_o.jpg)",

      "body": "Saludos Marijo, muchisimas gracias, ese post nace de un proceso que me tocó vivir, no fue fácil pero estoy agradecido a Dios porque me ha permitido conocerme y conocer más lo que sucede tanto en Venezuela o en los venezolanos, que bueno que te haya encantado mucho esa es la idea brindar herramientas y compartir experiencias, no obstante quiero resaltar que tienes razón, hay un grave problema de aplicación en cuanto al reinventarse pues muchos han optado por las riquezas ilicitas o mal habidas usura aprovecharse del venezolano per se, y espero eso pueda ser quebrantado porque hay muchos por reformar...\n\nUn abrazo.",
