Its a trip of 3 hours by car, so i went out soon. I make this travel from time to time, so its common to see the sunrise in the road.\n\nBut this one was specialy beautifull, with the fog dissipating between the pines that gives this mistery mood. Firstly I will be describe what a Blockchain is, IoT and how a Blockchain interact with the internet. Thank you.\n\nBLOCKCHAIN\nA Blockchain is composed with multiple interrelated blocks orderly. It can also be said that a Blockchain is formed by multiple chains of interrelated blocks that are orderly interconnected together. The Blockchain uses a decentralized distributed transaction ledger to share data among on the node on the network. In the blockchain, that is activities on the Blockchain are not control by administrator, developer or a centralized node, but are controlled by all active account, nodes or user on the Blockchain, these attributes help to make the Blockchain secured.\n\nThese Blocks can be said to work like pages or ledger, record book, documents or files that keeps record and detail of transactions that have or will occur, when a block enters a Blockchain it is said to be permanent, because it can't be modified, deleted, changed.\n\nThis is why a Blockchain can also be described as a decentralized distributed transaction ledger, that uses smart contract to automate transaction agreement that can never be modified, alter, or manipulated after entering into the blockchain.\n\nINTERNET OF THINGS(IOT)\nInternet of Things IoT refers to the interrelated and interconnected devices that are able to receive and send data or information over a wireless network connection without interruption.\n\nInternet of Things can also be describe as the interconnectivity between devices that are connected through the internet together, These devices must have the ability to transmit and receive signal, information and data. Examples is the usage of ear pud that are connected using Bluetooth as medium of connection. When this connection are successfully one can send, share or receive information, data or messages the wireless connection. It is not only simply blogging but we are working hard and invest our free time for posting, curation, supporting other users and keeping our WOX community active.\n\nThere is much work behind the scene, continuous chats about what we are doing, new projects and new ideas to give the users stimulus to keep Steem active but also to find new way to encourage people to invest and Power Up.\n\nTo tell the truth 5 days ago when the Price for Hive went over $1.00 and the Steem Price was $0.79 that made us really sad and at the same time it was the moment when you think:\n\nWas all the time that we invested in Steem blogging simply wasting time?\nThis is a bad thought, because that means we spent hours and hours of time that we could use differently and perhaps would benefit in real life. That is why the picture of that boat reflects exactly my mood- Good hope.\n\nIs that our dream about strong Steem? And here we are today far behind the Hive\nThe concepts of those two blockchains are different, over there people want their platform to be better, grow, they invest into system and also those users have support of other large account.\n\n*Here on Steem, we can see the users who are posting and keeping their Steem Power, blogging, investing their Steem into system but they are often receive no support, because they are not i n Community Support Program.\n\nWhile in real life working with a big group of people I know that no matter who the employee is, we all like to be noticed, to receive compliments and to be rewarded. Especially the good employees needs to be supported otherwise they just leave.\n\nI have a feeling that @steemcurator01  and the Steemit Team need to think about that and not only support the communities who are from small, developing countries but also for example the Germany \"Deutsch Unplugged\"\n@deutschunplugged that we are supporting too.\n\n@deutschunplugged is a community account and it is an European Community, therefore, it is just fair to include them to be able to curate their users using @steemcurator06 as it was set for European countries curator account and currently used by Italy, Turkey, BRU communities, then perhaps the German Community could be integrated into it. After intermediate i started BS (agriculture economics from Pir Mher Ali Shah Arid Agriculture University Rawalpindi in 2012. then one year work as internship in PARCR( Pakistan Agriculture Research center Rawalpindi).
