They're often found in processed foods.\n\nHere are some of the adverse effects of eating too much sugar;\n\n- It increases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease and fatty liver diseases\n- It increases the risk of infections as bacteria strives on sugar\n- It promotes tooth decay and gum diseases.\n- Skin aging\n- Excess sugar consumption can cause the glucose level to spike. The result of this is mood swings, headache, fatigue etc.\n- It increases blood pressure\n- It promotes acne and can destroy the texture of the skin.\n- It affects cognition especially in the children.\n- Too much sugar can cause inflammation, oxidative stress, and obesity which influences the risk of developing cancer.\n- It increases stress\n\nCONCLUSION\nSugar is only good if it is consumed in moderate amounts.\n\nTake care of your health.\nUntil next time.\nBye.",

Actually, it is difficult to drink water but the moment you start, it becomes easy peasy. I had a piece of unused towel which I turned into rags to wipe the foot at home. But I became tired of it and even the colour so I used it to produce this Footmat you are seeing here. In my case, this is the design I opted for.\nI used the pen to make drawing of what I want to design. I drew lines joining them to form about 16squares.\n\nI put on the hot glue gun by plugging it to an electric source of light. Once it's heated up, I untangle the wool and wrap it around the ruler in a spiral form. I repeat this process until every square box is filled up. Make sure each placement is close to the next.\nI actually lined the edges of the material first with black wool.       "body": "So today's father's day and it seems everyone has a different stand about it. Some people are happy that they have loving fathers in their corner, some people are sad because they've lost their dads to death, and some people are indifferent about it because they either haven't met their dads or were abandoned by their fathers.\n\nIt doesn't really matter what category you fall into but there's a Father who loves you here. He is the one we call father of the fatherless and guess what? His own love is sooo genuine and so authentic. He never leaves his own nor does he forsake them.
