This article is intended to answer the most common questions for now and help you understand how the process works and how you can swap to the Polis Chain and the Olympus network when the time comes.\n\nQ) What is the Olympus Network?\nA) Olympus is a Smart Chain, a blockchain capable of running smart contracts, that is the new home of the Polis project. Olympus represents the project going back and sticking to its original vision, and a whole ecosystem of dapps and platforms has been designed so that\n\nQ) I missed the auto migration. Did I loose my coins?\nA) No, your coins are safe. You just need to wait for the bridge to move your coins freely between Olympus and Binance Smart Chain. The BSC ecosystem will continue to be supported, and coexist with the Olympus ecosystem.\n\nQ) How can I migrate mi coins into the chain?\nA) The teams is currently creating and testing a bridge that will allow you to move your coins between chains. At any point in time and in any direction you want (Polis Chain to Binance Smart Chain and vice versa). The bridge is expected in the second half of September 2021.\n\nQ) Is staking working?\nA) Staking on BSC has been disabled, in order to prepare for the new distribution of block rewards between both chains. Only Liquidity Pool providers on Binance Smart Chain are being rewarded at the moment, until the bridge is ready. When the bridge is ready, delegated staking on Olympus will start, so that everyone has equal opportunity to get started with staking.\n\nQ) Where can I buy Polis?\nA) You can purchase them right now in Pancakeswap and all of the current exchanges, just keep in mind none of them are native to the Olympus network, and if you want to stake on Olympus you will have to migrate them later when the bridge is available. You can also wait until Hadeswap, Olympus’ first Decentralized Exchange (DEX), is released by the end of September to exchange tokens in there.\n\nQ) I want to be a validator on the Olympus Chain, can I start now?\nA) Currently, it is not yet possible to set up or operate a validator on the Olympus network, since not everyone has migrated to the Polis Chain yet and no one should benefit from this. It should remain fair for all, therefore we wait for the completion of the bridges, in order to guarantee then all the same chance for the participation in the network.\n\nWe hope that we could answer all important questions for the time being. Said expansion brought vast enlightenment to our team, giving our community a broader spectrum of possibilities which now become the milestones helping us reintegrate our original vision: “Creating an easy to use network for faster cryptocurrency payment transactions on goods and services”.\n\nBeing part of the BSC has paved way into the expansion we are about to pursue.\n\n\n![Polis_NewEnvironment.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaEgFbewet8QSvNaWTm4bESV2mv3amNN438FKCmQphfvs/Polis_NewEnvironment.png)\n\n\n## Upcoming Changes.\n\nPolis is currently a Binance Smart Chain BEP20 token that supports staking through a contract providing new coins to liquidity users in PancakeSwap. Remaining faithful to our original vision of becoming the best electronic payment method available, we believe it is time for our project to evolve into an all-new Polis environment which will be created on a Blockchain called Polis Chain, this new Blockchain will have two networks: Olympus (mainnet) and Sparta (testnet).\n\nThe current Polis BSC ecosystem will continue to exist with some minor changes.\n\n* Polis will still be supported on this network, alongside the new protocol. Users will be able to freely transfer coins in and out of BSC and Olympus chains at any point in time by using a bridge.\n\n* Our token will keep supplying new coins to PancakeSwap liquidity providers on Binance Smart Chain, now in a simpler process as vaults, staking and treasury will be removed.\n\n* The project’s, maximum supply will be maintained at 25,000,000 Polis.\n\nThis expansion of our ecosystem is planned to be released on September the first will be achieved through the harmonic integration of the following new elements in the Polis environment.\n\n## Polis Environment Elements.\n\n### Polis Chain.\n\nThis Blockchain will use a consensus system called POSDAO, where its users can create validators (100,000 POLIS as a minimum requirement) to produce blocks within the network to receive emission rewards from new coins plus transaction fees of every block.\n\nAnd for users that do not meet the minimum requirements, there is an option to delegate coins to the validator of their choosing to receive a proportional part of that validator’s rewards.\n\n![6.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmfPLrcygFeunYxnBtYAj91BWR473uZoTphWtqN74WGim2/6.jpg)\n\n## Cross-Chain Bridges.\n\nIn order for Polis Chain Environment to work, it is important to attract liquidity from other networks, this is why there will be two main bridges:\n\n* BSC — Olympus: To bridge Polis from BSC to Olympus and back.\n\n* DAI (Ethereum, Polygon, BSC) — Olympus: To bring liquidity in the shape of stablecoins, this bridge will connect Olympus with Ethereum, Polygon, and BSC, making it possible to move DAI between them.\n\nBridges will be created through a series of pre-audited contracts, currently being used in other networks.\n\nThe exchange is possible thanks to a network of bridge validators that approve transaction execution through a multi-signature process performed in both chains of the tokens of interest.\n\n## In conclusion.\n\nThe new Polis Ecosystem will allow Polis to become an asset best used to facilitate electronic payments on a scale that would not be attainable in BSC, with HadeSwap being a key element of this strategy, incentivizing crypto users to provide liquidity and stake their assets inside the DEX. Although advantages and improvements are aplenty, this new ecosystem will remain compatible with the tools our holders have grown accustomed to, without losing its all new fresh flexibility we want to accomplish so Polis holders in BSC can continue using DeFi protocols.\n\nPolis Ecosystem keeps expanding as we remain faithful to our statement given when migrating to BSC about the future being cross-chain.
