      "title": "EVERYONE IS CALLED INTO MINISTRY",
      "body": "Ministry is what the Lord wants you to do; it is what He wants you to spend your life doing. Everybody must be diligent to find out their ministry; once you do that, you are in ministry.\n\nEveryone involved in ministry must first and foremost see what he is doing as a direct assignment from the Lord. The reason many people don't serve God effectively and excellently is that they do not see what they are doing as a direct assignment from the Lord. \n\nActs 9:6, “And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do”, take note that the end of that verse reads, “What thou must do” and not “What thou may do”. MINISTRY IS A MUST-DO. MINISTRY IS A MUST-DO-WORK FROM GOD. You cannot play with Ministry. \n\nThe problem we have in the body of Christ today is as a result of separating between ministers and members. In the Bible, there was no separation between ministers and members. Every member in the Bible was a minister. The separation came when the church went into the dark ages and the period of the ignorance of the truth of God's word came and men began to separate between clergy and laity. Two Important truths you must know are: \n\n1. Every one of us is primarily called to be a saint (Rom. 1:7, I Cor. 1:2)\n\n2. As a saint, every one of us has a ministry. That ministry is what the Lord will have every one of us do.\n\n\nPRAYER: Lord, I receive grace to do all you have ordained and created me for in Jesus’ name.       "body": "After salvation, the next most important question you should ask is “Lord, what will you have me to do?” That is your assignment. \n\nTake note of this, “You don't know what you need until you know your assignment.” It is the discovery of God's purpose for your life that helps you know the kind of spouse, job, and friends you need. It also helps you to know where you will be located and the church you should attend. Your assignment shows you what you need in life!\n\nFailure to align all areas of your life with God's purpose will result in a life of pain. If you have been married, have friends, have got a career, etc. before discovering your assignment, you need to align those things with God's purpose for you, not vice versa or else you'll be kicking against pricks. If you keep doing your own things contrary to or in defiance of God's will for you, you'll remove yourself from God's covering and control, and guess what? The devil will take over! HAVE NO OPINION OF YOUR MINISTRY until God connects you to it.\n\nPaul didn't want to be an apostle; he only wanted to do God's will! Ministry is finding out what God wants you to do and doing it faithfully. If God asked you to do it, it implies three things:\n\n* He has created you to do it;\n\n* He has equipped you to do it;\n\n* You can do it.\n\nMany people don't serve God acceptably because they don't see what they are doing as a direct assignment from God. Ministry is a must-do work.\n\n\nPRAYER: Lord, show me what I must do and I will give my all to it in Jesus’ name.       "title": "LEADERS THINK OF DIRECTION",
      "body": "It is important that you understand that there is a difference between the man who knows how to drive the car and the man who knows the direction to the desired destination. A leader first and foremost is supposed to know the intended destination.\n\nOne day I was listening to an interview that was conducted with the former president of Nigeria. During that interview the former president said something that convinced me that he had an understanding of leadership. The interviewer had asked him about the role his special advisers play in his government. He said well, if I want to go somewhere, I must first of all know where I want to go before I ask for your advice on how to get there. It is only after I have determined my destination that I can consider whether it is best to go by air, road or sea.\n\nLeaders understand the importance of direction. In every good definition of leadership, there are a few key elements; the leader, the led, the destination and the process. The ultimate end of leadership is the destination. Whatever level of life you find yourself, you must think in terms of direction.\n\nThe leader lives in the tomorrow that others are dreaming about. He lives in tomorrow while others live in today; he sees tomorrow how it is likely to be. Many of the world’s greatest inventors invented things that were not considered possible before they did them. When you stop seeing tomorrow as possible, your leadership becomes stunted.       "body": "Moral Authority is the power behind the life and ministry of an effective leader. You cannot say you are the leader of a group that you have not paid the price to lead- people are watching you closer than you think and you must be ready to ask your people the same question Prophet Samuel asked.\n\nCan your direct followers bear testimony to your personal integrity? Don’t ever let your gifting take you to a level or place that your life and character cannot keep you! Leaders do not qualify to lead their people if their personal integrity is questionable. Apostle Paul was laying a foundational principle in leadership when he said, “Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.” When a leader stops following Christ and his integrity is suspect, his team should be careful lest they be led astray.\n\nA leader must make good decisions: Saul called for a fast on a day of battle. This was wrong. To make consistently good decisions is the hallmark of powerful spiritual leadership, not occasional good decision. In fact, a clock that has stopped working would still be correct twice a day. \n\nMake sure you are distinguishing yourself with good decision-making skills. A leader must not judge or make decisions based on appearances, but on righteousness. Nothing is as it first appears good or bad. Patience will reveal both hidden deception and hidden gifts in people.
