      "body": "What you see here is a typical plate from one of my favorite towns: Maracaibo.  A beautiful city from Venezuela... my beautiful and brave country.  This plate is called \"Yoyo\", made with Platain, meat, chicken, pork or just cheesse and jam; with some sauces and cole slaw in the top.  Its just really delicious.\nThe preparation is like this: cut the plantain (which is ripe) into slices, fry it and then put it to rest. On the other hand, prepare a mixture of egg with flour, a little salt and pepper ... with this we make a tempura. You heat oil in a pan. Submerge about 2 or 4 slices of banana in the mixture and then fry in the hot oil. When you take out the yoyo, you proceed to open it with a knife as if it were a hot dog bread and fill it with whatever you prefer (beef, chicken, pork or whatever you want), add cheese, sauces, cole slaw and eat it... Never taste it something like this... spectacular!\n\nLo que ves aquí es un plato típico de una de mis ciudades favoritas: Maracaibo.  Una bella ciudad de Venezuela... mi hermoso y valiente país.  Este plato is llamado \"Yoyo\", hecho con plátano, carne, pollo, cerdo o sólo queso y jamón; con algunas salsas y repollo en el tope.  Es simplemente delicioso\nLa preparación es de esta manera: Cortas el plátano (que se maduro) en tajadas, lo fries y luego lo pones a reposar. Por otro lado, preparas una mezcla de huevo con harina, un poco sal y pimienta... con esto hacemos una tempura.  Calientas aceite en un sartén.  Sumerges unas 2 o 4 tajadas de platano en la mezcla y a continuación fries en el aceite caliente. Al sacar el yoyo, procedes a abrirlo con un cuchillo como si fuese un pan de perro caliente y lo rellenas con lo que sea de tu preferencia (carne de res, pollo, cerdo o lo que desees), le agregas queso, salsas, repollo y a comer...
