Because most of us never think about it and the sad thing is that we don't even care that we are wasting the most valuable thing in life, TIME.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>Just imagine for a while the you that are struggling to wake up in the morning, and daily <strong>turn the alarm off</strong> only to wake up at the very last minute. You then unknowingly put everything in your bag, get ready for office, school or college in the quickest way possible without even knowing <strong>which room you should go there</strong>.</p>\n<p>Now imagine yourself waking up hours earlier than usual, getting ready, taking some time to think about yourself, having an excellent breakfast, and then taking a look at your schedule and making sure you are completely ready and have everything you need for the day. <strong>You are motivated, determined, and living with intention.</strong></p>\n<p>I am damn sure you can imagine the<strong> difference between the above two conditions.</strong> The second you is definitely more sharper, more prepared, and possibly happier. But if you continue this habit, you will see many bad effects on your health, especially eyes. So, it's <strong>better to sleep early at night</strong>. It's not that much difficult as you are thinking. Just try going to bed earlier, if you think you won't sleep, then read while in bed. If you’re tired, you might fall asleep much sooner than you think. <strong>That Simple !!!</strong></p>\n<h3>2 - Always place your alarm clock far from your bed:</h3>\n<p>Because, If it’s right next to your bed, you’ll shut it off comfortably. While, If it’s placed far from your bed, then you have to get up out of bed to shut it off. By then, you’re up. Now you just have to wash your face.</p>\n<h3>3 - Start Off Small:</h3>\n<p>Always start slowly, by waking up just<strong> 20-30 minutes</strong> earlier than the previous day. Get used to it for a few days. Repeat this every day until you get to your goal time.</p>\n<h3>4 - Make a good breakfast:</h3>\n<p>Perhaps I’m a simple guy, but I always find it’s easier to get out of bed when I'm looking forward to eating some <strong>delicious breakfast.</strong></p>\n<h3>5 - Enjoy the beautiful break of dawn!&nbsp;</h3>\n<p>Get outside and enjoy the <strong>scenic beauty of the dawn</strong> and watch the sky turn light. It’s beautiful. And it’s quiet and peaceful.
