Deloads can also prevent injuries or give your body that extra bit of time it needs to get over a nagging injury. \n\nWith that being said, the next time you go multiple days feeling like you are not 100% then maybe it is time for you to take a deload.",

I was excited and jumped the gun to talk about other topics. Anyways I'm going to be a sophomore in college in the fall and  I am doing ROTC. About a year ago I had a friend tell me I should make a steemit, and I was hesitant to (I don't really know why) but here I am now a  year later finally posting on steemit. I'm still trying to get the hang of this whole thing so if anyone has any tips please share them with me. My interests include cars, traveling, working out, mma, and music. I am a fan of almost any Will Ferrel movie as well as Mark Wahlberg. Thanks for taking the time to read this if you have!",

Now I am 19- almost 20. I am obsessed with seeing the progress and improvement. right now my numbers are a 405lb x3 squat 290lb bench press and 475lb deadlift at 175lbs bodyweight. It has been a fun journey so far grinding through heavy weight sets but also realizing the lighter weight is important too so the body stays healthy. Powerlifting is a great way to be able to track your progress and analyze what you need to do to fix weakpoints. If you smoke a weight that was hard before you know you made progress. If your deadlift is slow off the floor then you know you need to do more deficit deadlifts. If your squat is weak out of the hole then do pause squats. If your lockout is slow on bench then do more close grip / tricep work. Powerlifting is easy to track because you receive feedback from YOUR body and no one knows it better than yourself.",

Many people have seen the trend of manufacturers switching to all automatics such as Mercedes, Lamborghini, and Ferrari. While some cars are still only made in manual like the Shelby GT350, Porsche 911 GT3, and the Camaro ZL1 1LE. I am a manual enthusiast I believe that it is much more enjoyable to push the clutch in with your left foot and shift gears on your own. Super fights make sense for generating money and getting people hyped up to watch the fights. Some of the recent super fights were Conor McGregor and Nate Diaz (2 fights that made more money than any other events in the UFC's history). My question is to all of you do you think that this is a good direction for the UFC to be taking? It could upset a lot of fighters but it will make the UFC more money and the fighters who are competing in those fights.",
