      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;It is with great pleasure and joy that I write this review, 8 weeks ago I took the decision to join the <a href=\"https://londonreal.tv/m/biz-enroll/\">London Real Business Accelerator </a>and although I was hesitant, on the fence and little unsure I pulled the trigger, took action and took the risk. I am so thankful and glad I did take action as I not only made the financial return on my investment but I learned the whole end to end process and blueprint used by Brian Rose and London Real to create and scale an online business that makes money. I picked up new skills along the way which I have already started applying to other ventures. The London Real Business Accelerator experience of being held to account, pushed through the challenges and meeting other like minded entrepreneurs who were on the same journey was priceless.</p>\n<p>For those of you that are not aware of the <a href=\"https://londonreal.tv/m/biz-enroll/\">business accelerator</a>, <a href=\"https://londonreal.tv/\">London Real</a>or <a href=\"https://londonreal.tv/e/brian-rose-the-evolution-of-london-real/\">Brian Rose</a> I would highly recommend checking them out at <a href=\"https://londonreal.tv/\">https://londonreal.tv</a></p>\n<p>I have been following Brian Rose’s interviews on London Real for the past 5 or so years. I have watched Brian build his business over the years and watched him scale and grow London Real into what it is today.</p>\n<p>For me his interviews with <a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GXs_p-kzU0\">The 50 Billion Dollar Man</a> ~ <a href=\"https://www.danpena.co.uk/\">Dan Pena </a>really resonated with me, they inspired me to do more and take more action in life. I was impressed by <a href=\"https://www.danpena.co.uk/\">Pena’s </a>straight talking and no nonsense attitude, his <a href=\"https://www.danpena.co.uk/50-billion-dollar-ebook/\">QLA</a>method and high performance mindset. His famous saying “pull the trigger” meaning take action is firmly ingrained in my mind as I have this blown up on my innovation lab wall which has now been rebranded thanks to Brian Rose and the London Real Business Accelerator as the war room.</p>\n<p>If Brian learned from Dan Pena and many others, if I could learn from Brian the blueprint that was successful for him then I could take the ideas in my head for a business and bring it to market, get customers and add tremendous value to others then it was worth the risk of signing up for the 8 weeks business accelerator and it was worth the risk of investing close to $3k. I say investing rather than spending 3k as I believe that this was an investment in myself. I was accelerating the time needed to learn what I needed to learn from people that have been there and done it already and created successful online businesses. If these people were willing to share what they did and I can absorb that and apply it to my own passions and interests then it would be worth every penny of it.</p>\n<p>The business accelerator runs for 8 weeks. Each week you have live group video calls, a keynote introducing the weeks module on a tuesday and workshop call on a sunday night with team leaders.</p>\n<p>All your progress is tracked in an accountability spreadsheet and throughout the business accelerator your progress is visible to the whole group.</p>\n<p>Each module gives several videos from Brian Rose himself and then some learning material to work through. More importantly clear actions you have to take to move your idea forward from whats in your head to money in the bank.When you look at the Business Accelerator its not cheap. When I committed I did not have the money to pay the full course but I was able to find enough to pay for the course monthly which secured my spot.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1200/1*jFRbtSUTrEesYIWi4Yjthw.png\" width=\"1200\" height=\"399\"/></p>\n<p>I am so grateful for the monthly option and I am so glad I followed my gut instinct and pulled the trigger as I had two customers before the end of the 8 weeks. I had more than doubled my investment in the business accelerator, I made the money back that I invested. I believe you get out of it what you put in and I went in fully committed completing the modules as soon as I could so I had lots of opportunity for feedback on which I could improve and iterate.</p>\n<p>Looking back now if I had the funds available for the top package I would have taken it. As I took the normal package and made the most revenue in the whole business accelerator, had I taken the top package I believe I could have 10x’ed my success.</p>\n<p>Some modules like week 3 building a high performance website at the start I felt did not add a lot of value. Coming from many years of web development experience what I learned was to refine and focus my existing skills in web development to optimise landing pages, create compelling copy and optimise for lead generation. This element of the module was worth it. I started the module thinking I can already do this but pushing through the actions I learned some new techniques and how to apply them. If only I had known about them years ago. Now I can apply that learning to all my websites now and in the future. If you think you know how to build a website or create a sales funnel or even perform webinars there will be golden nuggets of experience and tips here from people that have been before you and learned what works. It is these golden nuggets I feel that really make the business accelerator and really add the extra value. Anyone can go to youtube and find people teaching you different aspects of online businesses. Brian Rose and the London Real team do not hold back, they give you the real insight into how to apply it for success.</p>\n<p>Two things I really took away from this business accelerator was the ideas of extreme <strong>ownership</strong> and <strong>resistance</strong>. Being introduced to them and being able to recognize them in myself and others around me has been extremely valuable. Many times over the 8 weeks I felt resistance, times when my life time of experience was saying this is not the way to do it. The perfectionist in me to expect better was up against the process and blueprint that Brian Rose and the London Real team had put together. Coming from many years in large enterprises where a lot of time, money and energy is invested before products, solutions and services release to customers was in my core yet the chorus of voices kept saying just “<em><strong>trust the process</strong></em>”. Take action, one take, go live, use your phone were often heard and resisted but I pushed through the resistance and decided for the 8 weeks I will try it the London Real way and see what happens.</p>\n<p>Well what happened was the process I followed worked<strong>!</strong></p>\n<p>I now have a business that went from idea to paying customers in less than 8 weeks. I made the money back I paid for joining the business accelerator and still have profit. The next 6 months I intend to scale and grow from where I am to at least 10x in revenues. A year from now I aim to have exceeded my business goals, personal goals and maybe even return to London Real to inspire other potential entrepreneurs.</p>\n<p>If you are passionate about something and you have skills which you believe can add a lot of value to people then you could turn those interests, passions and skills into a profitable business in less than 8 weeks through the London Real Business Accelerator. Follow the blueprint, trust in the process and most importantly take the action.</p>\n<p>I would recommend the London Real Business Accelerator if your committed and focused because this business accelerator will push you every week to take action which will move you forward to that goal of having your own online digital money making business. If you don’t do the work and take action you will fall behind and the rest of the group will continue moving forward.       "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;The ICO officially ended on the 15th of March and the ATLAS team would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our community for the continued support and funding that we received over the past month. It has been an incredible journey and we will continue providing you with consistent updates as we work to co-create the final version of the platform.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1200/1*5iGiuucJyrInIi_GJlhuTg.png\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\"/></p>\n<p>Following the end of our month long ICO period, in which 5 million WORK coins were available to the public to buy and given that we did not reach our minimum ICO target that the team set internally. In addition to the current blockchain/ICO market conditions, the ATLAS team has come to realize the limitations in the growth of our community. The Atlas project has been developed and brought to market with no prior funding, no ICO pre-sale, no seed funding and no venture capital funding and this has limited the team’s ability to generate enough awareness during the recent ICO period. The experience of going through an ICO has educated the whole team and the learning we have gained from it will positively benefit us all in the future.In addition to the limit in growth and awareness, the current regulatory environment facing blockchain/cryptocurrency projects has become increasingly challenging. The SEC recently announced that all cryptocurrency exchanges now have to be registered as national securities exchanges and all assets trading on these exchanges will be classified as securities. Within the same announcement the SEC outlined its future plans in continuing to “focus on platforms that offer trading of digital assets and their compliance with the federal securities laws”. This statement is in line with an earlier post by the Wall Street Journal outlining the “dozens of subpoenas and information requests” issued by the SEC to “technology companies and advisers involved in the red-hot market for cryptocurrencies”. Within Asia, Singapore has followed suit in issuing its own statement with the MAS outlining that it will assess each ICO on a case by case basis. Needless to say the regulatory environment facing ICOs has not yet normalized, and it has become increasingly difficult to launch a platform that efficiently conforms to the volatile legal framework for blockchain projects as the cost barrier to entry in terms of legal fees / SEC registration and basic consulting around this dynamically changing and fast moving industry is high and it goes back to what we stated earlier about the importance of pre-ICO funding either with seed funding, accelerators or incubators or with some venture capital to have a successful ICO.</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://cdn-images-1.medium.com/max/1500/1*knVeDpRZzUdjc7hP6DhwfA.png\" width=\"1500\" height=\"843\"/></p>\n<p>The Atlas team have reflected on recent experiences, the team have discussed the current challenges and upcoming challenges around regulations. Our belief in ATLAS and it’s long term vision as laid out in our Whitepaper has encouraged us to find a solution to grow the community, awareness and excitement around what we are doing without capital. The Atlas team has grown by 6 new team members some of which have extensive digital marketing and blockchain experience, one with a well known blockchain /cryptocurrency project from Asia. These new team members will be leading our IBO campaign.Not meeting our ICO minimum target has in a way forced us to approach the project in a continued lean, agile, open source and collaborative way. It has now given us more time to work on addressing the security and quality issues identified during testing. It has also given us the freedom to pursue traditional funding sources with a bigger, more skilled and experienced team. Approaching new funding opportunities with an operational live blockchain, a growing mining community, our <a href=\"https://www.atlaswallet.work/\">Atlas Wallet</a> and a more well developed feature rich beta platform, which assures future potential investors of a secure and high quality blockchain solution.The Atlas team continue to build on our core pillars of ATLAS that have continuously guided our strategy from the platform’s conception. ATLAS has always aimed to be an ecosystem for freelancers to shape the future of work and it has always been our intention that this ecosystem is supported by the foundation of a strong engaged community that improves upon and grows the platform. Not a community filled with non-engaged fake profiles and bot generated followers on social media. The process of building such a community is not something that is achieved overnight, or even within the time frame of an ICO. The Atlas team realize that an ICO in the current market has not proved a suitable alternative way to raise capital through selling crypto assets such as the Atlas WORK coin as a means to scale our community and execute on our Whitepaper more quickly. It by no way means an end, we have delivered on what we set out in our whitepaper so far and we have grown the Atlas team. We continue to execute of the Atlas whitepaper and we will continue build the Atlas project.It has become necessary to grow our community in a different manner, and especially one that can exist within the continuously changing regulatory environment. And as such, the ATLAS team believes that the best course of action is to refund the current WORK Coin purchases from our ICO in order to initiate the distribution of the WORK coin crypto asset via an Initial Bounty Offering (IBO) and mining. To those unfamiliar with the system, an IBO, as CNN describes, is a “limited-time process, by which a new cryptocurrency is made public and distributed to people who invest their skills and time to earn rewards in the new cryptocurrency.” This will enable ATLAS to grow its community more organically, while generating value via both creative work and through atlas development such as Atlas coin integration into existing wallets, exchanges and platforms to help increase the distribution and usage of the WORK coin. To help facilitate development and growth, Atlas is restructuring the bounty program and learning from other successful projects. Instead of a bounty program our new marketing team members are engaged in launching our IBO to officially be part of the distribution system for WORK coin and beta user growth as mentioned in our previous newsletter. From Marketing to Development, different tasks will be dispatched to our community through our Atlas.Work beta helping to ensure it is flawless and is of high quality when we let the mass public access it. This gives the opportunity for people to acquire WORK at an early stage via online engagement if they do not want to mine WORK coins.Regardless of the challenges outlined already we learned and we continue to execute on our Whitepaper vision and road map, the ATLAS team still strongly believes in the platform’s capabilities and the increased teams strength and experience to continue delivering. In addition to establishing a dedicated team to manage the IBO, the developers are still hard at work in developing the platform and giving the community a working product to support our growth. As some of you may be aware, the Atlas live production blockchain was launched on the 15th Feb 2018 and has had a steady growth of mining nodes joining. The Atlas team committed to bring a new blockchain project to the community. We launched the Atlas Blockchain, the code can be found on our <a href=\"https://www.github.com/atlaswork\">github repo</a>, we launched the <a href=\"https://www.atlaswallet.work/\">Atlas Wallet</a> which allows users to fully transact with WORK coins. The team decided after closed beta testing not to publicly release the beta during the ICO period as our development team had concerns around quality and security. Moreover, we are also releasing the first episode of our Developer Dairies shortly after this article. The new series will give the community closer insight on the platform’s development, currently in its alpha stage, and how they can contribute by testing the security, providing suggestions, and even directly helping development via the upcoming IBO.       "body": "My team and I recently pursued an ICO after months of development, launched a new blockchain and built a beta.  We did not do a pre-sale, we did not open to early investors although some did express interest and in the end just tried to delay our plan rather than add value.\n\nso we launched the ICO / blockchain and beta on 15th feb and the response was extremely poor.  We did not meet are modest target and we decided to refund anyone that participated in the ICO.  \n\nUnlike other ICO's that use an ERC20 token on top of Ethereum we launched a new blockchain and new coin forked of the Ethereum codebase.  We inherited all the great features of Ethereum so we could launch and start with a great platform to build upon.\n\nWe watched as others moved in to space, rushing everything from their website to their crowdsale while we decided to focus and build a better quality offering and it was strange because other projects with much weaker teams, much weaker value proposition seem to raise a lot of ETH.  Yet our team, with much stronger proposition, a blockchain, mineable coin & working beta got little interest compare to much weaker projects.  \n\nRegardless of the ICO target not being met, we as a team delivered on what we set out to deliver with zero funding,  Just the collaborative efforts of 5-6 people.  \n\nThe whole experience for us has been great, we have all learned new things and the experience of building a blockchain project bringing it to market and going through an ICO.  We have not give up or walked away, we shared the experience with the community, refunded the ICO contributions and now increase the team size by another 6.\n\nWe now are pursing traditional funding while our increased team members that are skilled and experienced in Digital Marketing & Blockchain, one coming from a well known successful project have started our Initial Bounty Offering campaign (IBO) where we aim to distribute the coins that were originanlly up for sale at our ICO.\n\nWe had many approaches on the run up to our ICO and during our ICO from people and companies offering to market our ICO.  they were making statements like guarenting x number of discussion pages on bitcoin talk.  X number of followers on telegram/social media etc.\n\nAlso there was discussions with potential advisers but they all stopped when they requested bitcoin/eth upfront from the team that was made from volunteers.  If we had the funds we would  have loved to work with some of them but we had no pre-funding.\n\nMy view on ICOs today while they initially were seen as a great way for the masses to get involved and to side step traditional funding your analysis is correct. \n\nWith the influx of VC funds, high net worth individuals and institutional buyers/pools they are getting in prior to ICOs in private pre-sales or pre-ICO funding rounds initially seeding the team with capital needed to run a great awareness campaign which will attract a lot more people at the ICO stage.  \n\nAs we had no pre-funding of any kind when we launched our ICO we only had our team, friends and family to get the word out.   We grew our social channels and reached out to potential strategic partners but this was not enough to generate an engaged and active community.
