| title | Austrian Bitcoin Scam: 10,000 Victims Lose 12,000 BTC ($115 Million) |
| body | n alleged scam involving investments in bitcoin in Austria has reportedly affected over ten thousand investors in the country and around Europe. Details are emerging about an Austrian investment scheme, dubbed “Optioment”, where its operators have reportedly stolen some 12,000 bitcoins (approx. $116 million in current prices) from over 10,000 victims invested in the scheme. The scheme ran a website, now offline, claiming to be a ‘premier global Bitcoin investment product’ stemming from a ‘private Costa Rica-based bitcoin fund’. The scheme also claimed to have its ‘investment’ platform backed by assets over 35,000 BTC. A Die Presse report reveals investors were lured by the promise of soaring returns of 1.5%-4% per week on their deposited bitcoins. Investors were also rewarded for bringing new users into the fold. “OPTIOMENT pays you Bitcoins when you share it with your friends and business colleagues,” an excerpt from the now-defunct website, available on the Internet Archive. ‘Our unlevel compensation plan’s first level pays you 7%, second level 4%, third level 3% and way more. And it pays you everytime a member in your downline makes a deposit, not only for the first time but for every time. Active and Passive!’ The largest investor event organized by Optioment occurred in the weeks before its collapse, where 700 participants turned up at a hotel in Vienna. The investment scheme also saw its network expand to investors in Poland, Romania and former Yugoslavia. While payouts were made for several months, the multi-level marketing scheme ultimately collapsed in November 2017. Toward the end of January, Austria’s Financial Markets Authority began collaborating with the prosecutors’ office in Vienna to carry out an investigation on the suspicion of fraud and/or pyramid play, the Die Presse report added. Two of the three operators behind Optioment, a Danish national and a Latvian national, have been reportedly identified. As such, no arrests have been made, an FMA spokeswoman told Bloomberg. Still, the prosecutors’ office is going through “hundreds of complaints” from Austrian investors, leading to authorities pushing Interpol to help track down the operators of the alleged scam. |

| title | Official Statement from NANO Regarding BitGrail Insolvency |
| body | On February 8th, 2018, the Nano Core team was informed by Francesco “The Bomber” Firano — owner and operator of the BitGrail exchange — of a loss from the BitGrail wallet. Our team promptly contacted law enforcement and we are fully cooperating with law enforcement on this matter. From our own preliminary investigation, no double spending was detected on the ledger and we have no reason to believe the loss was due to an issue in the Nano protocol. The problems appear to be related to BitGrail’s software. We had no knowledge of BitGrail’s insolvency prior to February 8th. In our conversation yesterday (which you can find attached here, this link has been edited to redact a private email.), Firano informed us of missing funds from BitGrail’s wallet. An option suggested by Firano was to modify the ledger in order to cover his losses — which is not possible, nor is it a direction we would ever pursue. BitGrail is an independent business and Nano is not responsible for the way Firano or BitGrail conduct their business. We have no visibility into the BitGrail organization, nor do we have control over how they operate. We now have sufficient reason to believe that Firano has been misleading the Nano Core Team and the community regarding the solvency of the BitGrail exchange for a significant period of time. We will not be responding to individual posts or accusations by Firano regarding this situation. We are preparing all information we have on the matter such as blockchain entries, screenshots, and chat logs and presenting them to law enforcement. Please refer to our Twitter account @nanocurrency for future links to official statements. Thank you, The Nano Core Team |

| title | HUGE Litecoin announcement – ‘gamechanger’ LitePay to launch in days |
| body | LITECOIN, one of the world’s leading crypto-currencies, is poised for massive gains this week on the back of a ‘game-changing’ announcement. The peer-to-peer crypto has been in the doldrums for weeks and was today trading at around $145 – down from a high of more than $325 in December. However fans of Litecoin – essentially a faster spin-off of Bitcoin – are convinced that a new payment processor called LitePay will send the price soaring. The Litecoin Foundation announced LitePay just before Christmas – but the actual launch of the product is expected this week. LitePay takes Litecoin out of the cyber realm and places it squarely in real life by allowing businesses to accept payment in Litecoin from anywhere on earth. Transactions will be super-fast and allow UK-based customers to pay for products and services in dollars with no transaction charges. A Litecoin wallet will also be available for all major mobile and desktop browsers and instant withdrawals from VISA compatible ATMs and spend with any VISA merchant will be possible. Litecoin say LitePay will revolutionise payments and the use of cryptocurrencies worldwide Palwasha Saaim, a Research Analyst at Lombardi Financial, called LitePay a ‘game-changer for Litecoin’. She added: “It would allow businesses to accept Litecoin without worrying about price volatility. “Payments would be processed by LitePay instantaneously and settled directly with their banks. “Take note that BitPay is currently charging about $5.00 transaction fees for processing Bitcoin transactions that take ages to confirm. “The best part is that Litecoin users will be able to convert litecoins to dollars and vice versa through their Visa-compatible LitePay cards, which will be usable at all ATMs or businesses that support Visa payments.” |

| title | South Korea Has NO INTENTION to Ban Cryptocurrency Exchanges, Confirms Finance Minister |
| body | South Korea’s finance minister has confirmed the government has no plans to shut down cryptocurrency trading or exchange platforms. After weeks of confusion and panic among Korean investors, traders and adopters of cryptocurrencies fearing a sweeping government ban akin to China, the country’s finance minister has today stressed that the government has no plans to introduce crippling curbs on the cryptocurrency market. Instead, the government’s immediate focus will delve into regulating cryptocurrency exchanges, according to the official. In a clear statement reported by Reuters, South Korea’s finance minister Kim Dong-yeon said: There is no intention to ban or suppress cryptocurrency (market). Besides bringing respite, the comment also brings clarity to a barrage of contradicting statements from government officials from multiple ministries who have backed or opposed the ban on cryptocurrency exchanges, originally proposed by Korea’s Justice Ministry. The societal backlash against the proposed ban even saw the Executive Office of the President weigh in on the matter, cooling fears of a blanket ban. Korea has notably followed China’s example in introducing bans for the cryptocurrency sector, specifically initial coin offerings (ICOs). On the same day of proposing it, Korea’s justice ministry was forced to soften its stance on the ban proposal, which was unlikely to succeed from the beginning. The justice ministry found little support from other governmental ministries including the ministry of finance which refused to endorse a ban on cryptocurrency trading and exchanges. In a public radio interview this month, the chairman of Korea’s economic competition regulator disputed the very notion of a ban, effectively stating it would be illegal for the government to enforce such measures. Korea’s Fair Trade Commission chairman Kim Sang-Joo stated: “[Shutting down cryptocurrency exchanges] is not realistically possible. Based on electronic commerce law, the government does not have the authority to close down cryptocurrency trading platforms.” Follow me on Twitter:https://twitter.com/PatrickHocking |

| title | Falcon Coin HUGE 24hr OFFER for Lending, Staking & future goals!!! |
| body | For you guys who know about the concept of lending and staking platforms, you know just as me that it is a huge risk or a short term jackpot. Thing is, you could never know if the trading bots and arbitrage trading even exist. It could purely be a ponzi which means the users profit off of new users and as soon as the market crashes and new users slow down, everybody looses. AKA Bitconnect style. Now that the warning is aside, lets looks at the benifits. Falcon coin can be seriously benificial and if you want to take advantage of it, the best time is right on the begining when the companies wants to build up money too. At the moment Falcon Coin can make you money via different pathways. As off now (2018.01.28) FCC is worth 1,10 Dollars per coin and over the course of time when everything goes steadily, it should increase to Davor Coins worth which is a ridiculous 35$ as of now. 2nd way is ofcourse lending. You initially loan the company money so they can trade between assets and exchanges. Buying low and selling high. They profit off of most and you get a cut calculated from the amount you lent. As of now with no referal benifits is an average of 1% per day, which is one of the or highest returns of any lending platform. 3rd way is staking. For the coin to increase in worth people need to buy and everybody has to hold so by just holding FCC you profit of of that per month. 3 stages are offered. Bronze: Hold FCC for 3 months to receive 5% per month. Silver: Hold FCC for 6 months to receive 10% per month. Gold: Hold FCC for 12 months to receive 15% per month. __HUGE OFFER__ Starting bonus for Lending for 24hrs starting from the 27th January is 10$ per FCC. That means an investment of 500 dollars at a worth of 1,10$, you invest a whopping 4545 Dollars in lending. To start Stacking with a bang, they will too double the benifits. Making you earn an insane 30% for Gold, 20% and 10% respectively. This sound like one of the biggest scammers ever or one hell of an offer. Never forget only invest with money you can afford to loose an if the company is legit, you WILL become very rich very fast. I too am experimenting with them aswell and will let every know here and via Twitter about the benifits and if any, dangers of Falcon Coin. So far I am very impressed with communication. They have a Telegram, Twiiter and Facebook page and are very responsive with information and updates. If you guys do happen to find interest, I would be very happy if you use my referal link to sign up. ► https://dashboard.falconcoin.co/referral/patrickhocking Also be sure to give this an upvote and leave a comment if you would like to know anything. Updates on Chrysos, Thorn, Davor and Lendconnect Coin coming soon too. Thank you. |

| title | Bitcoin or Real Estate: Which is the Better Investment? |
| body | Are you jealous that you’ve missed out on bitcoin so far? Thinking about jumping in? There’s some investment advice going around in circles of people half my age. And I admit that some of them are crushing it right now. That’s an understatement, actually. “You’ve gotta buy bitcoin!” I’ve had quite a few friends go down this path in the past year, and I’ve tried to ignore it. But when two of my friends decided to sink all of their time, talents, and treasures into cryptocurrencies, I had to take a look. For the few of you who are not familiar with bitcoin and hundreds of other cryptocurrencies, here is a brief summary courtesy of Coindesk. What is Bitcoin? Bitcoin is a form of digital currency, created and held electronically. No one controls it. Bitcoins aren’t printed, like dollars or euros. They’re produced by people – and increasingly businesses – running computers all around the world, using software that solves mathematical problems. It’s the first example of a growing category of money known as cryptocurrency. What Makes it Different From Traditional Currencies? Bitcoin can be used to buy things electronically. In that sense, they’re like conventional dollars, euros, or yen, which are also traded digitally. However, bitcoin’s most important characteristic, and the thing that makes it different to conventional money, is that it is decentralized. No single institution controls the bitcoin network. This puts some people at ease, because it means that a large bank can’t control their money. Who Created It? A software developer called Satoshi Nakamoto proposed bitcoin, which was an electronic payment system based on mathematical proof. The idea was to produce a currency independent of any central authority, transferable electronically, more or less instantly, with very low transaction fees. bad-reputation-press Who Prints It? No one. This currency isn’t physically printed in the shadows by a central bank unaccountable to the population and making its own rules. Those banks can simply produce more money to cover the national debt, thus devaluing their currency. Instead, bitcoin is created digitally, by a community of people that anyone can join. Bitcoins are mined using computing power in a distributed network. This network also processes transactions made with the virtual currency, effectively making bitcoin its own payment network. Note: There is much more I could say about cryptocurrencies, but that is not the purpose of this post. One of my friends first heard about bitcoin in 2010. “If I would have invested just $500 in it then, it would be worth well over a billion dollars today!” This is certainly compelling. Check out this chart: It’s honestly hard to not be jealous of those who caught this trend early on. And it is tempting to jump into this investment class. But wait. Is this really an investment class? Or a speculative swing for the fences? Related: Is This a Bitcoin Bubble? An In-Depth Look at the Bitcoin Phenomenon Sound Investment? Or Vegas Crap Shoot? As someone who has been a serial entrepreneur and investor for decades, I’ve come to delineate investing and speculating a bit differently than some. Here’s my loose definition for the purpose of this discussion: Investing: If you’ve done a thorough evaluation, and you’re reasonably sure your principal is safe… and you have a chance to make a profit… you are investing. Speculating: If you are “investing” in an asset that has uncertain protection of principal… and you have a chance to make a profit… you are speculating. This concept was clarified by Benjamin Graham and David Dodd in their 1934 book Security Analysis. I’ve discussed this in a previous article. Though they were focused on stocks, their theories applied to all types of assets. Graham and Dodd said, “An investment operation is one which, upon thorough analysis promises safety of principal and an adequate return. Operations not meeting these requirements are speculative.” Paul Samuelson, first American winner of Nobel Prize in economic sciences, said: “Investing should be more like watching paint dry or watching grass grow. If you want excitement, take $800 and go to Las Vegas.” It sounds like I’m being pretty hard on speculators. That’s actually not my intent. It’s fine to speculate. As long as you’re clear that that is what you are doing. I interact with a lot of successful investors, however, and most of them avoid speculation like the plague. It’s one of their key criteria. How Do I Know if this Investment is Investing or Speculating? I’m glad you asked. It really comes down to analyzing the risk versus the return. Thankfully, someone has quantified that for us. Nobel Prize winner William F. Sharpe came up with a formula to quantify the return versus the risk of an asset class in 1966. It was later called The Sharpe Ratio. The Sharpe Ratio is the average return per unit of volatility: A numeric representation of the return divided by the risk. An investor who can accurately foretell the future can ignore this ratio. He or she would be better off picking the next Snapchat or cryptocurrency, finishing off a few years in corporate America, then retiring to Maui. Assuming you are not in this class of prophetic investors, you’d best be cognizant of both the risk and return of your investment. So what does the Sharpe Ratio tell us about the various major asset classes? Take a look: Sharpe Ratio Source: Calculated using property and private equity returns obtained from NCREIF property index. Stock returns obtained from Yahoo.com. Average one-year T-Bill obtained from FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) I’m particularly passionate about multifamily real estate. So when I saw these figures, I wanted to know exactly how multifamily stacks up against the other asset classes in this chart. The numbers say that multifamily and retail are: 3x better than the S&P 500 1x better than the Dow Jones 0x better than Office real estate 9x better than NASDAQ 4x better than private equity 3x better than Industrial real estate I also located the following graph to show how all commercial real estate compares with other asset classes. In keeping with our theme of low risk and high return, your goal here would be to be as high and far to the left as possible. Check this out: This chart shows that core commercial real estate has by far the best risk-adjusted returns of the major asset classes. This analysis applies to all commercial core real estate (office, retail, industrial, and multifamily). For those of you who invest in gold, silver, and other precious metals, check out the miserable showing by commodities. I recall years ago, when I was “investing” in metals, I heard Dave Ramsey say that metals are not an investment. They are just insurance (or something to that effect). This made me mad, and I chose to ignore him. (I later saw the error of my ways.) Maybe you’re investing in bitcoin now, and choosing to ignore me… I understand. I hope you’ll take a moment to yell at me in the comments section if so. So where would bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies fall on this chart? If we charted bitcoin, it would be off the chart on the return side. And off the chart on the risk side as well. Related: Cryptocurrency – A Good Investment or a Fad? If You Could Plot the Return on the Lottery, it Would Probably Be Similar. And if that’s what you want to invest in, go for it. Like I said, if you would have invested your pocket change back in 2010, you could be independently wealthy now. I, for one, don’t like investing speculating that way. Been there, done that. (I have a podcast called How to Lose Money, after all.) I just noticed that the bitcoin price dropped over 21% from Wednesday November 8th to Sunday November 12th. I checked the news to see what could cause such a precipitous drop. It turns out that some anticipated plans to alter its underlying technology were scrapped. That’s all. Wait… that caused a 21% drop in value? Then the value, errr I mean the price, went up 40% the following week. If you want to invest in an asset that is that volatile, be my guest. I am personally content to ride this one out. (I’ve missed out on lots of lottery winnings as well.) Jordan Belfort, immortalized as The Wolf of Wall Street had some strong comments about cryptocurrency launches. He told The Financial Times, “It’s the biggest scam ever, such a huge, gigantic scam that’s going to blow up in so many people’s faces. It’s far worse than anything I was ever doing.” JP Morgan Chief Executive Jaimie Dimon said, “If we had a trader who traded bitcoin, I’d fire him in a second for two reasons,” he said. “One, it’s against our rules. Two, it’s stupid.” He added that it was “a fraud” and “worse than tulip bulbs,” referring to the famous market bubble from the 1600s. “It won’t end well. Someone is going to get killed.” Dimon’s comments came within a day after Britain’s city watchdog warned investors to only take part in cryptocurrency fundraisings if they were prepared to lose all of their invested capital. Dimon’s remarks sparked a 23% drop in bitcoin price in the next 48 hours. Money Myths and the Biggest Mistakes I’ve Made Raising Capital Can you imagine any comment… by any person… causing your real estate portfolio to drop 23% in 48 hours? I could blather on and on about this. And let’s be honest. I could find negative comments about investing in real estate as well. And Dimon and many others may have a dog in this fight – something to lose if bitcoin prospers. But the question still goes back to risk versus return. The numbers don’t lie. And there’s another important distinction between real estate and commoditized investments like bitcoin, stocks, bonds, metals, etc: You can often influence or even control many of the factors that will lead to the success of your real estate portfolio. You’ve heard of forced appreciation, right? It’s a way to make strategic changes to your commercial real estate to drive increased income and value. It’s real and it’s powerful. It’s a cornerstone of my firm’s commercial multifamily investing strategy. Could you do this investing in bitcoin or other investments? Not a chance. I was $2.5 million in debt when the real estate market turned against me in 2008. Not a happy place to be. But after a lot of prayer and hard work, I was debt-free thirteen months later. I would not have had the opportunity to pull out of this hole if I had invested in most asset classes. Because my debt was tied to real estate, I was able to sell off my assets and my family survived financially. So I guess you have to ask yourself… what is your investment strategy? Are you rolling the dice and hoping for that once-in-a-lifetime grand slam? Or are you building your wealth with the advice of two of the greatest investors in world history? Warren Buffett: “Only buy something you would be happy to own if the market shut down for 10 years.” And, “Our favorite holding period is forever.” King Solomon: “Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it.” I would argue that investing in real estate provides an ideal opportunity to fulfill the advice of these great sages. And I’m not alone. Multitudes of real estate investors feel the same. |

| title | Binance just burnt $40,000,000 in BNB |
| body | Binance has just burned 1,821,586 BNB. If you don’t understand why we did this or think we are just plain crazy, please read our whitepaper. As I have been less vocal in our public groups recently, I would like to take this opportunity to share some random thoughts again. Fees Our trading fee is not the 0.1% as advertised. Realistically, it is far lower. If you pay fees with BNB, you get a 50% discount. If you were referred by a friend, your friend gets another 20% (previously 50%) of the remaining fee. Thus, our effective trading fee is around 0.03%, whereas the industry standard looks to be around 0.25%. Calculations Price fluctuations complicate the calculations. BNB price was lower at the beginning of the quarter. If you were to convert our revenue to fiat using those rates, it would have been lower. When we do calculations, we just count how many coins we have and convert to the target currency using current price, and we reach a simple answer. The point is though, if we do the same calculation again an hour later, using new current prices, we will get a different result. Expenses Our expenses are also increasing at a rapid pace and incurred at different times. Looking at the beginning of the quarter when we had to sell some BNB/BTC to pay for things, those are very high costs by today’s prices. But you can’t look at things that way, it was what the price was at the time. Growth In a nutshell, last quarter was all about growth. Just phenomenal growth in every aspect, from the number of traders, volume traded, servers and bandwidth usage (expenses), support requests and issues. Some interesting stats: Over 10B USD worth of cryptos changed hands on Binance in one day at the peak, averaging $110,000 USD / second. Binance’s matching engine handled 3.5 billion requests that day, or roughly 40,000 requests per second. Binance receives more than 25,000 support requests (tickets) every day, with a 20 agent support team, that means each agent can only spend 20 seconds or less on each ticket. Unfortunately, as a result, we have a backlog. Chinese account for only 3.3% of our total user base, according to Alexa. BNB token increased 220x from its initial value 6 months ago, outperforming even BTC by about 30x, during the highest growth period of BTC in history. What’s the Secret to Our Growth? This is the 2nd most frequently asked question I get. Sorry to disappoint you, but the secret sauce is: “there is no secret sauce”. It’s a combination of hard work and luck. We have a severely sleep-deprived team that works day and night to improve products, run creative marketing campaigns, and solve the increasing number of support tickets. I believe hard work creates luck. We also have a large number of dedicated Binance Angels watching over us and taking care of our communities. They don’t get paid, they volunteer their time and effort, just to contribute to something they believe in. I am happy to announce two of our angels became full-time employees this quarter. This is something we will continue to do. Welcome to the (sleep-deprived) team, guys! Issues With this tremendous growth, we are facing many issues. While our matching engine is keeping up pretty well, other parts of the platform are under severe stress. Popular blockchains are often congested, causing unexpected issues with deposits and withdraws. Most wallets can’t handle the number of addresses or transactions we are dealing with. Our support team can’t grow at the exponential pace as our users do, resulting in a slower response to users and a temporary increase in dissatisfaction. Rest assured, we are working hard to address all of the above issues. Security Externally, we have seen an increase in hacking, phishing and fraud attempts. We worked closely with US Department of Homeland Security on the EtherDelta hacking case, and locked a large part of the stolen funds that were sent to Binance addresses. We also worked with other law enforcement agencies on other cases. We will lock stolen funds that are sent to Binance on first notice. We wish hackers would stop sending stolen funds to Binance addresses. It will save them a lot of money, and us a lot of work. We also worked closely with NetCraft to shut down a large number of phishing sites. We have written many articles educating people about security. We will continue to increase our efforts in this area. Competition At the beginning of the quarter, I received many questions about competition, “hey CZ, this other group said they will do an exchange, just like yours, are you worried?” I get it less often nowadays, for whatever reason. Here is my view on it. We are at the beginning of a new industry, new landscape, new era. There are far more unexplored territories than anyone of us can cover. Many countries don’t have a crypto exchange at all. In fact, most countries don’t have one. There is more to collaborate between exchanges than there is to compete. We need to work together to develop the industry further, improve infrastructure, security, compliance, and service. Binance welcomes other exchanges, DEX, etc. We listed no less than 5 DEX projects on our exchange, we want them to grow, and to help grow the industry. Many new exchanges have copied our model. We love it. Nothing is more reassuring than someone else copying our business model, our coin model, or even down to the last details of our product interfaces. No need to worry, there are some things they can’t copy, our backend architecture, our team and our culture! These copycats help us in many ways. Some of their coins often reach or surpass BNB market cap at times, even with 100x less trading volume on their exchange. What does that do to the BNB price? Up! Thanks guys. Expanding BNB Utility In the last quarter, we have added more uses for BNB. You can now use BNB to buy virtual gifts on Gifto (GTO), a live video streaming platform with more than 20,000,000 users. BNB will also be an accepted payment token in the Monaco (MCO) ecosystem. We will be adding more of these type of uses in the future. In fact, if you wish to list your coin on Binance, proposing a well thought out integration of BNB into your app/ecosystem will significantly increase your chances of being reviewed first. Listing on Binance Now to the question I get asked most often: “How do I list a coin on Binance.com?”. The process is simple. The Founder or CEO of the coin project team should submit the Binance Listing Form (google it). Our review team will review it. IF the application passes the review, someone from Binance will be in touch. It’s that simple. A couple of points. After filtering, more than 1000 coins are waiting for listing at the moment, and the queue is growing longer by the minute. We want direct contact with the CEO or Founder - a decision maker. We don’t want to waste time. Also, if there ever was a fork in your blockchain, a bug in your wallet, we want a direct communication route to the top. If your CEO is too busy to talk to Binance, then we have plenty of other coins to list. Lastly, I wish this question to become the least asked question going forward. Please don’t approach me and say “hey CZ, can I talk to you about listing my project?” I only look at projects after our team reviews them. I don’t have the time to listen to 1000 project pitches, which will take three years full time, doing nothing else. Service Where do I want to spend my time? Service. Next quarter will be all about service. I may not necessarily be responding to your message “hey, can you look at ticket 123456 for me?”. I can’t do that for 5 million users. It won’t scale. But I will be spending a significant portion of my time building up our service, team, process, and quality. Please bear with us during the recent temporary delay in response time. It will improve. Once again, thank you for all your support in Binance, and Happy New Year! Changpeng Zhao Binance CEO |

| title | I Just bought a crap ton of NEO. European Events might change everything. |
| body | NEOs marketing is great, but we still havn't heard about a killer app, AAA developer or world breaking news. That might change sooner than you think. NEO hasn't got such a great grip on Europe or the US as much as the Asian market, but European events have now been listed and NEOs developer competition will start voting around that time aswell. NEO is going to have events in London, Amsterdam, Hamburg and what I am especially excited for Vienna Austria. So what did I do. I bought a crap ton of NEO in advance incase of a spike. A lot of news will be presented so I am very excited and will moste definitely attend the NEO Vienna event on the 20th of January. Here is the Event calender and Event details. Find my Blockchain Bodybuilder Twitter acount here: https://twitter.com/PatrickHocking NEO VIENNA AUSTRIA EVENT Details The focus of this Meetup are the technical and developer aspects of NEO, and it will be especially interesting if you have a technical/engineering/software-dev background! In this meetup we will have talks and participants from City of Zion, Red Pulse and perhaps also the Neon Exchange. More details will be announced soon! Introductions to: * NEO smart economy vision and the NEO blockchain * City of Zion developer community (see also https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EgvYjW3sd00) * Red Pulse * Neon Exchange * dBFT consensus algorithm * NEP-5 and other standards * Overview of existing dApps and contest winners * Smart contract and dApp programming * Current dApp competitions See also: * https://neo.org * http://docs.neo.org/en-us * https://cityofzion.io |
