      "body": "What a day this has been! To get ready for our brass band performance in Sirigu, the nearby village, I had to wake up at the awful hour of 4 a.m. Because of the harsh light that descends on us during the day, we had to get up early. The excitement of the day kept me awake despite my struggles to open my eyes.\n\nThe programme had begun by the time we arrived in Sirigu. It took longer than I had anticipated to get there, and I was concerned that we would have lost our time to perform. Our brass band, on the other hand, started playing some amazing music as we rapidly collected ourselves. There were many various games, including sack races and tag of peace. I couldn't help but join in on the competition and laughter that were going on. When we finally came to an end, I was worn out but not without a sense of accomplishment. Following that, we relished some much-needed refreshments that lifted our spirits.\n\nIt took a while and was exhausting to travel back to Navrongo. We arrived extremely late, and I was more than ready to pass out in bed. I soon had a cooling shower, ate my dinner, and then indulged in a 40-minute television show, a very interesting documentary, to release some stress and give the food sometime to digest before I go to bed.       "body": "Today's start time was unusually early for me. At 5:00 AM, the alarm clock forcefully woke me up. I rubbed my eyes and stumbled out of bed to start my day.\n\nI started off by doing my regular housework, including a little laundry and tiding up my room. Even though it's always a bit of a rush, I find having a clean home in the early morning hours to be strangely gratifying.\n\nI departed for the farm following the chores. I quickly stopped at the neighbourhood market on the way there to get some some food for breakfast before I start my activity.       "body": "Greetings my fellow Steemians,\n\nI really wish that everyone is still alive and healthy thanks to the kindness of the All-Powerful God. He blessed us with life and wonderful health, and we are grateful for that. Since I enjoy reading your thoughtful and well-written comments, I'm happy to make this essay available to all of you. It's an overview of what I did on Friday.\n\nJust as usual I  always do and due to the activities I had, I woke up as early as 5:00AM and made sure all my usual responsibilities were fulfilled before I proceeded to any other. After I had finished carrying out my regular morning duties, my next schedule was to prepare liquid soap to be used in the house.\nLiquid soap preparation is also one of the domestic chores that requires a lot of strength and energy. The ingredients used include, liquid base, thickener, colour, flavor, table salt, ordinary water, and amongst others. Firstly, I poured the liquid base into a basin and added two sachets of table salt then I stirred for about 15 minutes then I added a cup full of water to it and stirred for another 10 minutes. I added the next supplements and continued with the stirring (in one direction), for which after every five minutes I added and certain volume of water. My part of the presentation was done for that day so I went inside and ironed my clothes, too my bath, and set off for work. When I was done with that, I started drying media plates to be used for subculturing of a specific microorganism to be used the following for DNA quantification. The next activity i performed there was to assist in the extraction of DNA of the previous day’s subcultures.       "body": "Greetings my fellow Steemians,\n\nI really wish that everyone is still alive and healthy thanks to the kindness of the All-Powerful God. He blessed us with life and wonderful health, and we are grateful for that. Since I enjoy reading your thoughtful and well-written comments, I'm happy to make this essay available to all of you. It's an overview of what I did on Friday.\n\nJust as usual I  always do and due to the activities I had, I woke up as early as 5:00AM and made sure all my usual responsibilities were fulfilled before I proceeded to any other. After I had finished carrying out my regular morning duties, my next schedule was to prepare liquid soap to be used in the house.\nLiquid soap preparation is also one of the domestic chores that requires a lot of strength and energy. The ingredients used include, liquid base, thickener, colour, flavor, table salt, ordinary water, and amongst others. Firstly, I poured the liquid base into a basin and added two sachets of table salt then I stirred for about 15 minutes then I added a cup full of water to it and stirred for another 10 minutes. I added the next supplements and continued with the stirring (in one direction), for which after every five minutes I added and certain volume of water. My part of the presentation was done for that day so I went inside and ironed my clothes, too my bath, and set off for work. When I was done with that, I started drying media plates to be used for subculturing of a specific microorganism to be used the following for DNA quantification.       "body": "Hello fellow Steemians,\n\nwould be very happy to share with you what I do on a daily basis. I'm adamant that taking part in my daily activities makes you joyful and a lot of fun. The fact that you are reading this entry right now makes me happy. My day was so occupied that I had no little time to rest, but I still praise God because everything went well as planned.\n\nHow it began and ended was the same as usual. I awoke at 5:30 AM and gave God praise and thanks for the gift of life and good health. I then went outside and brushed my teeth. I swept my animals' room next because I hadn't cleaned it in roughly three days. In order to disseminate the droppings in my backyard garden, I swept them into a bag. When I was done, I realized my dad’s bike was dirty so washed it to make it clean and appealing whiles I was waiting for time to get to 7:30. When everything was well done as scheduled, I left for work. I got to the work place at 8:21AM, so I signed my name and quickly carried out all my morning duties which included, disinfection of work surfaces and machines, drying and labeling of media, vortexing of samples and finally ensuring everything was in the right order before we began the day’s activities. When my bosses came in, they first began with primary plating which were about 100 samples. The plates were then plated and given to me for storage in containers after which I then went and incubated them in an incubator for further studies and examination. When this was done, I joined my friends so that we prepare some media to be used the following day. My key role in the activity was reading and recording of results (the concentration of the DNA of each organism in each sample). They were 15 different samples and they were all  successfully extracted and stored. I then disinfected all the work benches and discarded any unwanted objects or materials that were suspected to be infectious into autoclave bags for disinfection before I finally l disposed them off as waste.\n \nMy activities for that day ended very early compared to any other day, though it was not time for closing. I needed to go into the town and buy some stuffs before shops closed, so I took person from my supervisor permission, which she granted me, bringing my activities to an end.
