He is a very interesting fellow, my husband and I have met and talked with him.  We often admire his work and respectfully call him, \"The Balancer.\"  Inspired by things that washed up on shore, he started balancing after a large storm hit about 4 years ago.  My children are fascinated by his work and have to add to the balancing each trip we take to the beach. My chickens are constantly escaping and digging up everything, especially recently planted things.  This is my most recent painting, acrylic ink on watercolour painting.  It recently sold, and as it is always nice to sell a painting, it is also a little sad in some way, too.  A painting becomes a part of you. \n\nDo you see those bright pink flowers?  They were not in the original drawing.  I was almost ready to begin painting when my cat, Lyra stepped in some random puddle of magenta printing ink that had leaked from a used ink cartridge that had not found it's way to the recycling.  Before I could stop her she made two magenta foot prints right across my paper.
