      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>El egoísmo es muy antiguo, quizás tenga tanta historia como un millón de años, los de nuestra especie en desarrollo. Ha habido muchas maneras de intentar dominarlo, al menos desde hace cinco o seis mil años. Cuando hay muchos remedios para una misma enfermedad o es que ninguno funciona definitivamente o significa que a unos les funciona éste y a otros aquél.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Cuando hay muchas palabras como en estos libros, no se encuentra verdad alguna sino quizás una foto de ella.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Los libros, las palabras, son cuentos para niños, como los prospectos de las medicinas, aproximaciones prudentes, amistosas, para familiarizarnos, cercas quitamiedos.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Afortunadamente permite que cada cual se aproxime por sí mismo a los comentarios que lee pero sin poder jamás substituirlos por la experiencia propia.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>En cualquier caso, la mayoría, no podría captarlo porque sigue un camino parcial y racionalista. No puede haber soluciones pensadas para todo. Sería mágico. Ambicionarlo todo es irreal. Solo seguir el Camino de Buda consigue ir más allá de lo pensable. Es el ciruelo florecido en la roca.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Los primeros años de Práctica queríamos darlo todo, hacerlo todo, hacer partícipes a los demás que se aproximaban, como se hace con los hijos pequeños. Era idealista y frustrante. Nadie quiere lo que no ha pedido aunque lo necesite. Es como ese billete tirado en la acera que nadie se agacha a recoger por desconfianza. Pero también es iluminador porque vemos nuestra propia pasión de dar, extremada, puesto que espera resultados... egoísmo al fin y al cabo.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Predicar el Darma, es una variedad de la propia Práctica del Darma que trasciende a los demás y a uno mismo uniéndolo todo.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Si eres nuevo te diré algo que no sospechabas que existiera. Si has iniciado el Camino puede que te sea útil que te cuente que es algo interminable. Además lo haré todo lo despacio que pueda para que me sigas, si quieres sin mapa alguno, solo con tu generosidad y sin miedo.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>La sociedad civilizada es una estructura útil que ordena el caos del egoísmo sin medida. En medio de ella se desarrolla un cuerpo de parásitos específicos porque se nutren de las debilidades. Pero el egoísmo con barreras y el egoísmo sin ellas son sofisticaciones que evolucionan, se adaptan, modifican, según las circunstancias cada vez más difíciles de conjurar con fórmulas mágicas y rituales. Ante los abusos, explotaciones, perversiones, el sujeto sensible se nota inadaptado y sin saber qué hacer, si colaborar, aceptar, justificar, revolucionar, apartarse o cambiar.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Muchos se integran en las instituciones y se auto justifican pero otros acaban hartos de cantos de sirena o de paraísos artificiales, se desesperan y deprimen, las esperanzas se acaban, el consumo se acaba, la vía de la adrenalina se acaba y llega el tedio, la rutina y la acedía de los antiguos, malhumor y úlceras de estómago.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Basados en la mente de las creencias, podemos sublimar y esperar descubrir algo que transcienda la muerte sin transcender la vida pero para eso la mente también tiene arreglos, volver a la infancia, a la ingenuidad perdida o a la perfidia, el disimulo, las dos caras.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>La Existencia es, al parecer, una oportunidad para el desarrollo de toda clase de recurso de la consciencia imaginar, desde lo limitado y modesto a lo fantástico y sofisticado. Ambos extremos egoístas y limitados a las formas, acaban en la&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Gran Consciencia que propicia la muerte: Nada.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>¿Por qué no usar ahora mismo esa Nada y observar el mundo desde ella? Este es un asunto más allá del morbo, el ritual, el exotismo. Quizá la vida de verdad empieza así, sin ideas preconcebidas, sin creer nada previamente, sin hacernos los listos, sin que funcionen los aleccionamientos y las categorías. La libertad de la mente puede que no sea una persecución sino un acontecimiento natural, obvio, aún no vivido.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pero la mente condicionada se va a defender y a identificar la libertad de la consciencia con alguna etiqueta. Como todo cachorrito teme a lo desconocido.</strong></p>\n</html>",

      "body": "<html>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>En segundo lugar caracteriza a Dogen que la consecuencia del rechazo le conduzca a fundar su propio Templo, a enseñar lo practicado, actualizando así a los Budas y Patriarcas del pasado, revitalizándoles momento a momento, sin miedo.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>En tercer lugar, haber observado el estado de cosas en su país y como los&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Templos y Monasterios “se enfrentaban en discusiones sobre el ceremonial”. Es sabido que cuando la esencia se disipa se pierde la virtud, y aparece el ceremonial que todo lo substituye; la apariencia, los gestos, las palabras. (Sentencia china).&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>En cuarto lugar, aprende a no depender de las personas por motivos de rango y poder material, a huir de las ciudades, centros de gestión de ese poder, cuya influencia, difícil de evitar, limitaría sus enseñanzas porque sería utilizado según los intereses de los poderosos, corrompiéndose por falta de libertad.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>En este punto, bien pronto, pediré ayuda al lector:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sensibilizar a las personas en la consciencia de lo que padecen, reconocer el propio sufrimiento y que gran parte de éste depende solo de la propia ignorancia, desencadena reacciones de oposición y resistencia porque llevan mucho tiempo atribuyéndole a la mala suerte o a la maldad de los demás. Pero transmitir la Enseñanza de Buda por cuya Práctica desaparece el sufrimiento, eso es el colmo, increíble.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>La gente,”sí que quiere conocer a los sabios pero no quiere serlo”, dice Dogen. Sin embargo, sabemos que muchas veces desaparece un efecto indeseable si conocemos la causa. Podríamos también aprender a ver la causa de los sufrimientos. Si la suprimimos, dejamos de sufrir. Para ello no intervienen los milagros, ni la magia, ni la sugestión. Es solo que, primero, hay que comprender alguna cosa fácil y luego practicar. Es tan sencillo como freír un huevo para quien ya sabe y tan difícil como para el que aún no sabe.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Un ejemplo razonable es que si nos ilusionamos sobre algo y no lo conseguimos, el resultado es sufrimiento. Ilusiones pequeñas, desilusiones pequeñas, pequeños sufrimientos. Ilusiones y deseos grandes, grandes desilusiones, grandes sufrimientos.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Pero si aprendemos a ser disciplinados, en lugar de caprichosos, es decir, comprender algo más que el “me gusta y él no me gusta” como guía de los deseos, el “quiero hacer lo que me dé la gana” en lugar de lo que hay que hacer, como guía de la conducta, así como “yo y lo mío por delante”, nos ahorraremos muchos sufrimientos y desilusiones.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Aún más, está en nuestras manos aprender practicando el Óctuple Sendero y los Seis Paramitas. El Óctuple Sendero o de la justeza o ajustamiento o corrección, de la confianza en la propia Budeidad del pensamiento, la voluntad, la acción, la atención, la meditación, los medios de existencia y el esfuerzo. Los Seis Paramitas son la Práctica del desapego por la donación, la disciplina, la paciencia, la disponibilidad, la continuidad y la libertad. Si aprendemos siguiendo estas Instrucciones, el sufrimiento se irá diluyendo con nuestro egoísmo.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Así es la enseñanza de los Budas que hace el bien y evita el mal. ¿Pero qué es el bien y qué es el mal? Tampoco distinguimos esto dominados por el egoísmo. Llamamos bien a lo que nos gusta y mal a lo que nos disgusta. Esta es la “gran” orientación del placer. Algunas mentes más evolucionadas piensan que más allá de eso, el bien es lo que conviene a la mayoría y el mal lo contrario. Otros opinan que el bien es lo que quisieras que hicieran contigo y no contra ti. Otros en fin, buscan información en escrituras, revelaciones y otros sistemas normativos, legales, morales, tradicionales, políticos, más allá, eso sí, de sus sentimientos e inclinaciones pero no saben buscar dentro de sí mismos creyendo que la verdad está fuera de ellos. En todo caso, todos buscamos el&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Camino, tanteando primero, sin saber cuál es.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>¿Qué es lo bueno y cómo saberlo?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>¿Qué es el egoísmo?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>¿Qué son las palabras?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>¿Qué son por fin, las no palabras?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Por la Práctica realización llega la comprensión, por la comprensión se llega a la Práctica hasta que ambas se funden sin distinciones.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Mientras tanto, la contaminación está fuera como está dentro. La contaminación es mental, psíquica, física, ambiental, individual y colectiva, está en el mar, en el aire, en la tierra, en la grasa de los pingüinos, en las palabras del escritor, el periodista, el hombre de la calle y la buena mujer, en niños y ancianos. Todo contamina y está contaminado de la misma contaminación porque teoría, deseo, ilusión, proyectos, metas, se llevan a la Práctica de manera egocéntrica y cerrada, creyéndonos el centro del Universo solo porque nuestro Ego es lo primero y estamos en la ignorancia como bueyes en el barro, paralizados, parciales, aislados sin contar con nada, siempre auto justificados, auto defendidos, auto glorificados: ¡yo me lo guiso, yo me lo como!&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>La investigación de la propia mente más allá de lo que es comúnmente entendido por la cultura occidental, es un campo ilimitado que en todo caso proporciona al sujeto bienestar. Cada persona marca la exigencia de profundización Práctica y Realización, según su disponibilidad y esta, según su abandono del mundo Ego. Es asunto de dedicación.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Insisto en este fenómeno que unifica los opuestos conceptos mentales de lo absoluto y lo relativo según el lenguaje occidental, en la individualidad del sujeto. Practicar siempre satisface, ensancha, enseña, agiliza, reverdece, integra, permite el auto reconocimiento de las ataduras del propio egoísmo, las mecánicas, defensas, dependencias... etc. No hay</strong> <strong>motivo para prescindir de algo tan básico. Por tratarse de la experiencia de uno mismo, las palabras son insuficientes. ¿Cómo explicar una nueva manera de percibir?&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Es lastimoso que una información obcecada, prejuiciada o partidista, prive a la gente buscadora o a algunos de ellos, de evolucionar desde una consciencia parvularia o juvenil, a la madurez de una mente adulta.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sin embargo, esto también pertenece al funcionamiento de la sabiduría cósmica que no me atreveré a traducir porque la suplantaría, convirtiéndome en místico o poeta, papeles demasiado juveniles aún.&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Recuerdo mi estancia durante el año 84 en el Monasterio de Koshoji, el primero que fue fundado por Doguen y muy apreciado por Narita Rosshi. Alguien preguntó en una reunión relajada y simpática por la gran disminución de budistas en el Japón.
