Jose Ignacio y la publicas en tu blog como propia, con lo cual y al obtener recompensas estas abusando de la plataforma al caer en la segunda figura, debes saber que aquí se \"paga\" por la publicación de contenido original y de calidad y son estas condiciones las que diferencian a Steemit de otras plataformas. También  hay otros detalles que debes considerar como el uso de la etiqueta **introduceyourself** (la cual solo la usamos cuando hacemos nuestra presentación en la red), así como también el usar **imágenes sin fuente** (debemos incluir la fuente cuando no son de nuestra autoría). Sugiere técnicas para aprender a usar el poder de la mente para controlar y eliminar el miedo y los problemas emocionales relacionados.\n\nSe explora el significado que le damos al temor. No es lo que pensamos solamente, sino cómo nos sentimos acerca del estímulo por el que se desarrolla el miedo.\n\nEl miedo es subjetivo y podemos tener la capacidad de controlarlo. Por ejemplo, algunas personas pueden tener miedo de las ratas, mientras que otras no. Digamos que has desarrollado esta fobia a las ratas debido a una experiencia desagradable pasada. Cada vez que piensas en una rata, lo que viene a la mente es una criatura peluda y sucia que te mordió cuando eras un niño.\n\nEsta experiencia ha quedado “atascada” en tu mente y se ha convertido en algo traumático.  A través de sus técnicas, la PNL cambia la interpretación que tu mente tiene de esa experiencia.\n\nNuestras mentes adquieren la información a través de los sentidos, pero el impacto emocional de esa información depende de si nos asociamos mentalmente o nos distanciamos de ella. Nos asociamos al relacionar un evento a través de nuestros propios ojos y otras facultades sensoriales. Nos distanciamos cuando estamos en un nivel diferente, en calidad de observador, fuera de nosotros pasando por este tipo de experiencia. Es la distinción entre imaginarse a sí mismo saltando de un avión con un paracaídas o la visualización de una imagen de ti mismo desde lejos saltando desde el mismo avión con un paracaídas.\n\nEntender la diferencia de asociar y disociar un evento puede ser esencial para ayudar a superar miedos o experiencias traumáticas pasadas. Estas técnicas de PNL ayudan a combatir el miedo o trauma simplemente disociando y reformulando nuestras experiencias dolorosas del pasado y alterando, de esta manera,  cómo nos sentimos.\n\nNunca te sientas culpable o avergonzado por tener miedo.\n\nAcéptalo y trata con él.\n\nSólo se puede saber si la técnica se ha realizado correctamente una vez que te enfrentas a tu miedo.\n\nY recuerda…\n\nSi no logras superar tus miedos, no creces.\n\nY si no creces, te quedas atascado en la vida.\n\n\n![123.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmectPRtki2DAX6Zkk4sdXkeCSxWz97dse8nt2KzBs3tdT/123.jpg)\n\n\n\nLa siguiente técnica de PNL está redactada de manera tal, que entendemos que quien la aplique ya tenga algunos conocimientos mínimos de PNL. De cualquier manera, esta técnica de PNL es bastante sencilla y podría ser practicada por cualquier persona con otra, o con ella misma, si tiene buena capacidad de visualización.\n\nLas técnicas de la PNL no son mágicas como muchos dicen. Funcionan, pero deben ser bien aplicadas. El cliente trae un síntoma, y muchas veces, por desconocimiento, se aplica una técnica de PNL inadecuada para ese síntoma.\n\nPor ejemplo, cuando una persona realiza una conducta cuya ganancia secundaria o intención positiva es muy importante, debemos centrarnos primeramente a analizar dicha ganancia, y verificar con el cliente si realmente está dispuesto a cambiar algo.\n\nPara ello se necesita calibrar sus respuestas, obtener apertura a través del rapport, y usar patrones lingüísticos adecuados, además del buen uso del metalenguaje.\n\nCOMO HACERLO?\n\n\n\n\n\nSentado en la Sala de Cine\n\nAhora toma esta imagen en blanco y negro (esta sera tu fobia), y en tu mente colócala en una pantalla de cine y mírala desde tu propio punto de vista, como si fueras un miembro de la audiencia en una sala de cine vacía.\n\nEn ese momento, flota fuera de tu cuerpo hasta que te veas a ti mismo sentado en la sala de cine vacía. Ahora que estás observando observar el cuadro final de la película. (Seras tu superando tu fobia)\nAhora deberas comenzar a retroceder la '' pelicula ''\n\nAhora lo más rápidamente posible, corre la película hacia atrás desde el último cuadro hasta el inicio, pero viendo el evento entero yendo hacia atrás, como cuando rebobinas una película. (desde cuando superas tu miedo, retrocediendo hasta donde comienza tu miedo)\n\n''Por ejemplo, en el caso de algun animal ej  '' araña '' verías cómo camina hacia atrás alejándose de ti''\n\nUna vez hecho esto, la pantalla volverá a la imagen final (sin correr la película hacia adelante), y vuelve a correr la película de nuevo rápidamente hacia atrás.\n\nHaz esto varias veces. Debería ser más fácil y más rápido con cada intento.
