      "body": "Most times we do not listen to our selves when we are talking but time we bring insult to our self not mining what we said.\nThe main problem is that within our mind, we accept those negative things as the truth. People sometimes focus on their problems so they tend to talk a lot of negative things. \n\nBut the truth is, it does not really require us an extra effort to speak positively when we focus on those positive things in life. In order for you to develop the right mindset, you have to provide emphasis on those positive aspects of your life and of yourself. \n\nKnow your strengths and discover those things that you have accomplished. Be confident about the fact that change can help you grow and believe that things will become better. Speak positive things about others and to yourself. This will help you attract positive energies. \n\nIf you really want to become successful in your life, and want to keep you life back on a positive track, as being said, you always have a choice. You just have to develop the right mindset and habits that will always keep you on track. \n\nThink and speak positively. No matter how difficult life is and no matter how hard situations may appear, you have to stay positive. The way you are thinking and speaking about yourself and to the world can make changes in your life. \n\nWords can actually impact your mindset. Words is greatly powerful and you can in fact use this power by consciously selecting the right words that can keep your mindset positive and enables you to have an access to the right energy level for the activity that you have designed. \n\nBelieve and say that you can handle all your problems easily. Never allow those negative thoughts to have power over you. Bear in mind that no one or nothing can have power over you unless you give consent. Have positive expectations about your daily life. \n\nWords of hope and optimism are more powerful than just a positive push. You can speak positive words so they can empower your dreams and the things that you want in life. Make a strong belief in what you want and to yourself. Your words is your life when one dwell in the past he will remain in the past no growth ,because  with Borden so let go Negative talk, attitude to leave a fullfilled life on earth.\n   It is true that creating a new behavior is not easy, it takes time and effort ,but you need to try .       "body": "COOKING:\n\nOne of my favorite hobbies is cooking. On average, I cook about 5 days per week, often making extra that I can freeze for convenience. Cooking has taught me so much about patience and focus because those 2 are essential ingredients to make delicious food. The more I cook, the better I get at it. Of course, I have also cooked food that did not turn out so well, but I learned from my mistakes and improved each time. I cook food that is healthy that I enjoy eating. Best of all, it is generally cheaper and better tasting than eating out at most restaurants.\n\nHOW DO YOU LIKE HOBBY:\n\nIt makes me more interesting. People who have hobbies have experiences and stories that they can share with others. They also have specialized knowledge that they can teach to anyone who also has an interest in the same topics as they do.\n\nIt helps me to relieve stress by keeping me engaged in something l enjoy doing. Hobbies give me a way to take my mind off the stresses of everyday life. By leting me relax and seek pleasure in activities that aren’t associated with work, chores or other responsibilities.\n\nHobbies help me become more patient. In order to develop a new hobby, you have to learn how to do something that is brand new to you. The odds are there will be a learning curve, and you will need to be patient in order to build your skills.\n hobby help my social life and create a bond with others. A hobby is something that you can frequently enjoy with other people. Whether you join a club, play in a league, or just gift others with the fruits of your labor, a hobby is a great way to meet and get closer to people who have the same interests as you do.\n\nIt increases my confidence and self-esteem. The odds are that if you really enjoy an activity, you are usually pretty good at it. Any activity that you can excel in is an opportunity for you to build your confidence and develop pride in your accomplishments.\n\nTHE IMPERATIVE ASPECT OF MY HOBBY:\nHaving a hobby brings me joy and enriches my life. It gives me some fun to do during my leisure time and affords me the opportunity to learn new skills. I am fortunate to have so many different options out there today. In fact, there are entire websites devoted to hobbies and interests today in the world.\n\nThe best way to cultivate a new hobby is to try something new. The world is full of wonderful, exciting activities that is what l am  exploreing and adopt as my own. Of course, l am unique and, therefore, my interests and hobbies is multiple But once l find a hobby that l truly enjoy with passionate , l become hooked. It becomes part of my lives captivates me in a very personal way.\n    I am passionate about my own hobby, because of the CREATIVITY AND PROFESSIONALISM l discovered in hobbies.\n\nHOW DO YOU PLAN TO CREATE A LANDMARK USING MY HOBBY:\n      By creating a contest for talent hunt for youth from the age of 12 -40 ,sort them out in different class the bring in professionalism to perfect the hobbies in each of them , then introduce them to state youth development council and those in the Area of Good cooking introduce them to event management in the state and more, this will form an enterpreneurship and self employment for the the already existing youth and the up coming youth in Future.",

Is the historical Nature of my country, most country has no history as rich and patriotic as my country Nigeria.without much wasting of time let me give you a little History of my beloved Country,\nI love my country Nigeria, for the fact that l am a proud citizen of Nigeria, a country full of opportunities, Naturial Resources, endown with good Cultures ethic group and tradition and  good people ,My country Nigeria is expose due to his early colonization by the white race ( british) , is the country different from other Africans country because of his Historical background and exposure to early missionaries starting from the era of slave trade to it independency in 1960, let me brief you a little about my belove Country Nigeria.\nThe History of Nigeria can be traced to settlers trading across the middle East and Africa as early as 1100 BC. Numerous ancient African civilisations settled in the region that is known today as Nigeria, such as the Kingdom of Nri, the Benin Empire, and the Oyo Empire. Islam reached Nigeria through the Borno Empire between (1068 AD) and Hausa States around (1385 AD) during the 11th century while Christianity came to Nigeria in the 15th century through Augustinian and Capuchin monks from Portugal. The Songhai Empire also occupied part of the region.\nThe history of Nigeria has been crucially affected by the transatlantic slave trade,  which started in Nigeria in the late 15th century. The first slave-trading post used by the British and Portuguese was Badagry, a coastal harbour.\nLocal brokers provided them with slaves, escalating conflicts among the ethnic groups in the region and disrupting older trade patterns through the Trans-Saharan route  lagos was invaded by British forces in 1851 and formally annexed in 1865,Nigeria became a British protectorate in 1901. The period of colonisation lasted until 1960, when an independence movement succeeded, Nigeria first became a republic in 1963, but succumbed to military rule three years later, after a bloody coup d'état.       "body": "COOKING:\n\nOne of my favorite hobbies is cooking. On average, I cook about 5 days per week, often making extra that I can freeze for convenience. Cooking has taught me so much about patience and focus because those 2 are essential ingredients to make delicious food. The more I cook, the better I get at it. Of course, I have also cooked food that did not turn out so well, but I learned from my mistakes and improved each time. I cook food that is healthy that I enjoy eating. Best of all, it is generally cheaper and better tasting than eating out at most restaurants.\n\nHOW DO YOU LIKE HOBBY:\n\nIt makes me more interesting. People who have hobbies have experiences and stories that they can share with others. People sometimes focus on their problems so they tend to talk a lot of negative things. \n\nBut the truth is, it does not really require us an extra effort to speak positively when we focus on those positive things in life. In order for you to develop the right mindset, you have to provide emphasis on those positive aspects of your life and of yourself. \n\nKnow your strengths and discover those things that you have accomplished. Be confident about the fact that change can help you grow and believe that things will become better. Speak positive things about others and to yourself. This will help you attract positive energies. \n\nIf you really want to become successful in your life, and want to keep you life back on a positive track, as being said, you always have a choice. You just have to develop the right mindset and habits that will always keep you on track. \n\nThink and speak positively. No matter how difficult life is and no matter how hard situations may appear, you have to stay positive. The way you are thinking and speaking about yourself and to the world can make changes in your life. \n\nWords can actually impact your mindset. Words is greatly powerful and you can in fact use this power by consciously selecting the right words that can keep your mindset positive and enables you to have an access to the right energy level for the activity that you have designed. \n\nBelieve and say that you can handle all your problems easily. Never allow those negative thoughts to have power over you. Bear in mind that no one or nothing can have power over you unless you give consent. Have positive expectations about your daily life. \n\nWords of hope and optimism are more powerful than just a positive push. You can speak positive words so they can empower your dreams and the things that you want in life. Make a strong belief in what you want and to yourself.
