      "body": "Instagram has been the talk of the town and all for the right reasons. It's one of the best mediums for Affiliate Marketing. If you're new to CPA, then Instagram is really the best place to start with it. Keep in mind that no matter how much I spoonfeed information to you here, you are gonna have to put some effort into it to see results. Why? - There's thousands of people already doing but there's money for everyone.\n\nA little history - I got back into Internet Marketing 7 months ago and decided to try out Instagram as everyone was doing it. And my first choice was OGads obviously. In the past 7 months I've made over $11,000 using Instagram so it's safe to say I know what am talking about. :)\n\nWhat you need to get started - \n\n1. Account on OGads - These guys are currently the best Mobile CPA network and you're gonna want to be a part of them. Very good offers and very helpful staff.\n\nSignup to OGads - http://ogads.com/ \n\n\n2. Bot to run Instagram accounts - I personally suggest using Massplanner. Some would say I'm biased but it's really personal experience. I've been using Massplanner for 7 months now. I have Followliker too but I prefer Massplanner over it.\nThe Instagram Edition of Massplanner costs $17/month.\n\nInstagram Edition of Massplanner - http://www.massplanner.com/instagram-poster/\n\n(or)\n\nIf you don't have Funds for a bot yet, use Instagress. It's a free bot and you can add multiple accounts to it. It's got a ton of features for a free bot.\n\n\n3. Instagram accounts - Only buy Aged Non-PVA Instagram accounts. There's multiple sellers and I've used most of them but the best accounts.\n\nIf you don't have funds to buy accounts, don't worry. I've written a guide to creating your own Instagram accounts safely. You can read it here.\n\nIf you do make your own accounts, make sure to age them for at least a week before using them. Else you're gonna get banned very quick.\n\n4. Phone Numbers to Phone Verify accounts - I only use free sources for numbers like Textnow or Textplus. They're both free services. Textnow is web based but Textplus is an app. So you can either install it on your Phone or Bluestacks.\n\n5. Proxies to run accounts - You will definitely need proxies to run your accounts once you start scaling up and again, I've tested various providers and I've found Buyproxies to be the best. They're a little expensive but totally worth it.\n\nVisit - https://buyproxies.org/ \n\nThat's about it, moving on ..\n\nThe Method \n\n1. Once you're signed up with OGads, you can use their pre-hosted landing pages. These are mobile optimized and convert really well.\n\nVisit - http://members.ogads.com/landingpagerequest.php\n\nYou can request multiple landing pages. There's loads of niches to choose from and you can pick any, really. I would suggest using General Niches ( free followers/giveaways) . The landing pages are automatically approved.\n\n2. Add accounts to the Bots. Adding accounts to Instagress or Massplanner is pretty straightforward, your grandma could do it. You can import multiple accounts to Massplanner at once and you're also given the import format so you shouldn't have trouble with it.\n\n3. Grow your Instagram accounts.After you've decided on the niche you want to promote, you need to grow your Instagram accounts. When I started out I was blindly spamming with my accounts and the ban rate was really high. I quickly realized that growing accounts is the key here so I started doing that. Here's an example account if you're gonna use the Free Followers niche.\n\n\nGrow your accounts this way so they last longer.\n\nDay 1 - 50 likes max\nDay2 - Rest\nDay 3 - 50 follows\nDay 4 - Profile the account and add links\nDay 5 - 300-350 follows\nDay 6 - 400-450\nDay 7 - 450-500\n\n\nI do not post images on any of my accounts. Images can increase ban rates.\nAlso, if you notice, I have over 6000 followers on this particular account. They're not fake followers I've boosted the account but actual people who've followed the account over the past 4 months.\n\nI use Bitly or Goo.gl to shorten my links.\n\nThat's basically it. Find some large Instagram accounts and just start following their Followers and you'll soon start seeing clicks and conversions in your OGads account. It's really that simple.\n\nIf you do it all right, you won't get banned fast.\n\nYou might encounter a few hiccups in the form of Phone Verification requests or Temporary Follow blocks. For Phone Verification requests, use Textplus or Textnow to verify the accounts.\n\nTemporary Follow blocks happen if you're following too many at a time. If you get hit by Temporary Follow blocks, stop the follow process on the account and start unfollowing on it or just leave it be for a few days.\n\nIf you have any questions regarding Instagram or Massplanner settings, leave a reply here and I'll get back to you.       "body": "Of the thousands of people who initially returned to their homes illegally after the nuclear catastrophe of 1986, less than 200 remain alive. Many families have young children. On April 26, 1986, a meltdown at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant in what is now Ukraine released a massive amount of radiation thousands of feet into the air. As a result, the area around Chernobyl was evacuated, forcing the displacement of anyone living within a 30 kilometers of the power plant. That abandoned area is called the Exclusion Zone.\n\nEven though the Exclusion Zone is still guarded by the Ukrainian military and still very radioactive, thousands of people have returned to their homes illegally, undettered by the sever health risk that their surroundings impose. Less than 200 of these people are still alive.\n\n\nPhotographer Jake Baggaley visited Obihodi, the only village in the exclusion zone where children still live, to document the remaining residents' lifestyle.\n\n![oi1.png](https://images.vice.com/vice/images/galleries/meta/2012/11/15/81229-1413284003090.png)\n\nJake Baggaley: My brother told me about Chernobyl and what had happened there about a year before I went. I did a lot of research into it, thought it looked awesome and decided that I’d really love to go there. I was doing research for a photography project the following year and I thought Fuck it, I might as well go to Chernobyl. I got in contact with 10 or 20 different charities and one of them—Chernobyl Children's Life Line—got back to me, so I went out with them as a contact.\n\nCool. Did you originally intend to go and take photos, or just to help out?\nI originally went to take photos. Chernobyl is such a heavily documented subject, and I wanted to find a different angle. My project focuses on Obihodi, the only village in the Chernobyl exclusion zone that still has children and families living in it.\n\nWhat did you want to get across with the pictures?\nI wanted to raise awareness of the fact that people were choosing to live like this. The outcome of the project was a book with 60 photos in it. The photos show the contrast between the people who had been evacuated from the area—who now live in big cities and blame all their problems on radiation—with the people who live in the radioactive area and are oblivious to the radiation as a factor towards their lives.\n\n\n\nA doctor at a health centre 37 miles away from the Exclusion Zone.\n\n\nWhat's the standard of living like in the Exclusion Zone?\nIt's really bad. There are no schools or healthcare because it’s illegal to live there. All of the kids were really, really ill and had cancer and weak immune systems. But their parents were completely oblivious to it and ignorant of the fact that radiation was causing those problems.\n\nGod, that's so dark. That's bad parenting, don't you think?\nYeah, that’s what I thought. I don’t care if old people want to move back to their old houses and die from the radiation, because it's their decision, but these kids don’t have a choice, and they’re just going to die and have a shit life.\n\nAre there any kind of amenities there?\nNo, everything is self-sustained. They grow their own food and get their water from wells. It’s really bad, though, because the radiation from the fire rose up in an ash cloud and fell to the ground, so all the vegetables are really bad for them.\n\n\n\nA view across deserted Pripyat, the largest city in the exclusion zone. It is now deserted.\n\nThey're going to get radiation poisoning from the vegetables?\nYeah, and from the animals that eat the grass. They’re just making it worse for themselves, really.\n\nIf the kids don’t go to school, what do they do with their time?\nI don’t really know what they did with their time. Most of them were pretty ill. I went to this village and met one family who had three kids. Two of them were completely bed-ridden and, as far as I could get across from my translator, they literally spent all their time in bed because they were so unwell. One of them had cancer, and the other had a really bad immune system. She was also mentally and physically disabled. She only had one finger. It's sad to think what these kids are going to do when they grow up.\n\nDo any of the parents try to take their kids out of the exclusion zone to a hospital?\nNo. There’s a priest who lives near the exclusion zone who sneaks past the guards. The parents get him to do services for their kids. To go in you need a military escort and a driver. Basically, anything illegal in the ex-Soviet Union is really easy to get past if you have enough money.\n\nWere the military escorts bothered about people living there illegally?\nNo, there seems to be an understanding between the guards and the people who live there. Some of the older people said that the guards bring them things from towns outside the exclusion zone.\n\nDo you reckon that’s a sign of corruption or were the guards just being nice?\nI think it was just them being nice. In the village I went to, they didn’t mention anything about the guards.\n\nWas everyone in the town ill? Or were some people doing OK?\nNo, a lot of the old people seemed fine. Or as good as old people could be. I met 80 year olds who were fine, but the majority of kids I met were ill. The parents were happy to tell me how their kids had something wrong with them but wouldn't admit that where they lived was the problem.\n\nThis woman lived within the zone.
