Hoy me puedo sentir un poco triste por la muerte de mi madre, de esta mujer que entregó su vida para cuidarme y darme lo mejor, pero me siento segura que Dios es quien la llamó y él es quien decide hasta cuando quedarnos en este mundo. No le reprocho nada a mi Cristo, le pedía que no la dejara sufrir y así lo hizo, y qué más le iba a pedir? Ella le pertenece y él fue quien la adopto como hija; yo sólo era parte de su plan perfecto y cumplir con varios capítulos de un hermoso libro que está y seguirá vivo en mis recuerdos y en mi ser. Soy hija de Mary Mery Torres la mejor costurera del mundo, de la mejor abuela y de la mujer que aun estando enferma luchó por su país y los que la conocieron reconocerán esta gran verdad, una gran amiga, una tía que adoraba a sus sobrinos. Me quedo con este recuerdo de ella, una mujer elegante, de buen gusto y que siempre prefería coser con un buen café. Te amo y te amaré siempre madre.
