      "body": "![taj mahal.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmb6kSfXq6A1KUXGT24hLdx9GeRA3EAeiNBYVMtpajRr84/taj%20mahal.jpg)\n\n\nتقوم حكومتان محليتان في ولاية البنغال الغربية بالهند بإدراج طلب الحصول على شهادات الميلاد على نظام بلوكشين تم تطويره بواسطة Lynked.world، وهي شركة تطبيقات بلوكشين مقرها هولندا.\n\nكما وسوف تستخدم كل من بلدية بانكورة ودورغابور تقنية البلوكشين للتعامل مع العمليات الإدارية مثل طلبات التحقق من الهويات والتصديق، لجعل عمليات يومية مثل طلب وثائق قانونية وشهادات ميلاد أكثر بساطةً.\n\nحاجة ملحة لإصلاح شامل\nأشار مؤسس ورئيس مجلس إدارة شركة Lynked World، آرون كومار، إلى وجود حاجة ملحة الحاجة لإجراء إصلاح شامل للأنظمة “البالية” المستخدمة حالياً في هذه العمليات. فأفاد أن إجراءات الدوائر الحكومية البدائية لا تزال تتطلب من المواطنين احضار هوياتهم لإثبات شخصيتهم للحصول على الخدمات الأساسية. وقال كومار لشبكة CCN، أن المنصة جاهزة للإطلاق وأن كل بلديات غرب البنغال ستتمكن من إصدار أوراق الميلاد وغيرها من الوثائق القانونية والشهادات في وقت مبكر من شهر أيلول/سبتمبر من العام الجاري. وأنه يتوقع أن يتم وضع 1 مليون شهادة ميلاد على البلوكشين بحلول نهاية من السنة. وأوضح:\n\n“سيتم تصديق شهادات الميلاد هذه وغيرها رقمياً من قبل السلطات المصدرة لها (البلديات). وسيتم تخزينها على البلوكشين، مما يسهل عملية التحقق من هذه الوثائق من قبل أي طرف ثالث يسمح له مالك الوثيقة بالوصول إليها. كما سيتم كتابة معدل تجزئة الشهادة ومن أصدرها لغايات المصادقة والتحقق على البلوكشين”\n\nنبذة عن عمل منصة التحقق والتصديق\nستكون عملة LYNK العملة الرقمية الأصلية للمنصة، وستمكّن هذه العملة المواطنين من تقديم الطلبات. كما وتتخصص الشركة بعمليات التحقق من الهوية عبر تطبيقها، والذي يتضمن محفظة رقمية لتخزين المعلومات الشخصية الموجودة في الوثائق الحكومية، مثل : جوازات السفر والسجلات الطبية والشهادات الأكاديمية ورخص القيادة. وسيتم التحقق منها  بشكل آمن على البلوكشين. ويتم استخدام رمز الاستجابة السريعة لربط المستخدمين بسرعة بسجلاتهم القانونية المخزنة على شبكة البلوكشين، مما يقلل كثيراً من الوقت والمال الذي يينفق عادةً على اجراءات التحقق من الهوية.\n\nالهند تواكب تكنولوجيا البلوكشين\nاحتضنت الهند تكنولوجيا البلوكشين من خلال إنشائها منطقة خاصة بهذه التكنولوجيا في البلد البالغ عدد سكانها 1.3 مليار نسمة، وتعهدت بتقديم الدعم التنظيمي للشركات الناشئة. كما أعلنت الحكومة عزمها على استخدام تكنولوجيا البلوكشين لزيادة الشفافية وتقليل الفساد الحكومي. وفي الوقت نفسه، قامت دول أخرى بتنفيذ برامج تجريبية للتحقق من الهوية من خلال تقنية البلوكشين، مثل : التصويت من الخارج في الولايات المتحدة، والتحقق من الدرجات الأكاديمية في أستراليا، والتدقيق الحكومي في الصين.\n\nإن مبادرة تبسيط طلبات شهادات الميلاد ووضع سجلات ميلاد المواطن على البلوكشين في الهند هي الأحدث في سلسلة من الخطوات الهامة نحو التبني الشامل، والذي يظهر فائدة هذه التكنولوجيا الجديدة. وفي حين أنه من المبكر جداً القول ما إذا كانت الأنظمة ستنجح في نهاية المطاف، فإن التبني العالمي هو تصويت قوي على الثقة في التكنولوجيا الموزعة “DLT” حيث أن الابتكار الرائد لا يزال يعطل الأنظمة الحكومية رفيعة المستوى ويمهد الطريق للنمو في هذا القطاع.",
