| title | The Benefits of Chlorophyll |
| body | Medically Reviewed by Beth Holloway, RN, MEd and Debra Rose Wilson, PhD, MSN, RN, IBCLC, AHN-BC, CHT on January 9, 2017 — Written by Joe Bowman and Rachel Nall **What is chlorophyll?** Chlorophyll is pigment in green plants that helps transfer light into energy. Like green vegetables, it’s a good source of vitamins A, C, E, and K. Research on whether chlorophyll offers health benefits is ongoing. You can make your own liquid chlorophyll or buy supplements. Chlorophyll plays an important role in making plants green and healthy. It also has vitamins, antioxidants, and therapeutic properties that may benefit your body. You can get chlorophyll from plants or supplements. Supplements may be more effective, as chlorophyll doesn’t survive digestion long enough for absorption. Chlorophyll supplements are actually chlorophyllin, which contains copper instead of magnesium. Luckily, chlorophyllin has similar properties to chlorophyll. The marketed benefits are: stimulating the immune system eliminating fungus in the body detoxifying your blood cleaning your intestines getting rid of bad odors energizing the body preventing cancer But studies are mixed about whether chlorophyll actually boosts health in these ways. Always talk to your doctor before you take chlorophyll, or any herbs or supplements. They can cause unintended side effects, especially if you are already taking medication or have existing health concerns. **BENEFITS** What are the benefits of chlorophyll? chlorophyll1. Skin healing Chlorophyllin has been shown to reduce inflammation and bacterial growth in skin wounds. A review of wound care studies found that commercial ointments with papain-urea-chlorophyllin are more effective than other treatments. The ointment also reduced pain and healing time by half. Your doctor can prescribe this ointment. Chlorophyllin may also be effective for mild to moderate acne. In a 2015 study, people with acne and large pores saw skin improvement when they used topical chlorophyllin gel for three weeks. **Blood builder** Some people suggest that liquid chlorophyll can build your blood by improving the quality of red blood cells. A 2004 pilot study found that wheatgrass, which contains about 70 percent chlorophyll, reduced the number of blood transfusions needed in people with thalassemia, a blood disorder. But the study authors didn’t conclude that chlorophyll was the reason for the decreased need for transfusions. Dr. Chris Reynolds, a clinical expert in wheatgrass, believes that the benefits come from wheatgrass itself rather than from the chlorophyll. It’s unclear how wheatgrass affects red blood cells. But it is believed that chlorophyll is destroyed during the production of wheatgrass extract. **Detoxification and cancer** Researchers have looked into the effect of chlorophyll and chlorophyllin on cancer. One animal study found that chlorophyll reduced the incidence of liver tumors by 29 to 64 percent and stomach tumors by 24 to 45 percent. There have only recently been human trials. A small study of four volunteers found that chlorophyll may limit ingested aflatoxin, a compound known to cause cancer. According to International Business Times, there’s currently a clinical trial in China on the effects of chlorophyllin on liver cancer. This trial is based on the findings from an old study where chlorophyllin consumption led to a 55 percent decrease in aflatoxin biomarkers. **Weight loss** One of the most popular claims associated with liquid chlorophyll is weight loss support. A study found that people who took a green plant membrane supplement including chlorophyll on a daily basis had greater weight loss than a group that didn’t take the supplement. The researchers also found that the supplement reduced harmful cholesterol levels. **A natural deodorant** While chlorophyllin has been used since the 1940s to neutralize certain odors, studies are outdated and show mixed results. The most recent study of people with trimethylaminuria, a condition that causes fishy odors, found that chlorophyllin significantly decreased the amount of trimethylamines. As for claims about chlorophyllin reducing bad breath, there’s little evidence to support it. Read more: Is chlorophyll the cure for bad doggie breath? » **RISKS** *What are the risks?* Natural chlorophyll and chlorophyllin are not known to be toxic. But there are some possible side effects, including: digestive problems diarrhea green, yellow, or black stool, which can be mistaken for gastrointestinal bleeding itching or burning, when applied topically Researchers haven’t studied the effects of taking chlorophyll in pregnant or breast-feeding women. Check with your doctor before taking it. It’s also possible that chlorophyll could negatively interact with medications you are taking. **DOSAGE** *How to take chlorophyll supplements* You can buy chlorophyll supplements at most health food stores, drug stores, and natural food shops. As a supplement, chlorophyll comes in a few different forms, including tablets, ointments, sprays, and liquid. According to Oregon State University, the average dosage of chlorophyll supplements is between 100 and 300 milligrams per day over three divided doses. Chlorophyll supplements aren’t regulated, and their doses vary. Consult with your doctor to decide whether or not you need them, and what dosage is right for you. Some people incorporate chlorophyll into their diets by adding a liquid form to recipes. You can also add the powder form into water, juice, or sauces. *Natural chlorophyll* The blog Cook almost Anything shows how you can make your own liquid chlorophyll supplement by using parsley and water. Three ounces of parsley makes about 2 tablespoons of chlorophyll. Get the recipe here. You can then use your homemade chlorophyll for a tasty smoothie recipe, like from the blog The Green Lean Bean. Plants that are fresh and green are probably a good source of chlorophyll. This means vegetables and herbs such as: wheatgrass green beans spinach parsley arugula peas leeks One cup of raw spinach contains about 24 milligrams of chlorophyll. Parsley has about 19 milligrams per cup. You can blend parsley with water to create a “liquid chlorophyll” drink. Other greens will average 4 to 15 milligrams per cup. Your best source of chlorophyll will come from veggies and herbs that are green, inside and out. Veggies like broccoli and asparagus may be green on the outside but their whitish interior indicates a smaller amount of chlorophyll. |

| body | C&P from Luc https://bitcoin-millionaire.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/12/BItcoin-Gambling-Investment-Money-Tree-1-900x550.jpg If you want to make huge gains on your money you need to be trading in markets that give big "percentage" swings. There are plenty of markets that make great swings, but start thinking in percentages. If you find a crypto currency that is swinging 50-100% in a few days, and has enough volume to support some decent size buy and sells, that's where you want to trade. That's where the money can be made easy..I cannot stress this enough: there is sooo much potential for huge gains in new cryptocurrencies, but you have to cherry pick the right ones, the ones that have good volume and big swings. Personally I love panics. That's where some big news comes out and the stock/cryptocurrrency dives huge for a few hours, or days, then usually makes a 50% rebound. The best trading enviroment is where there is a lot of disagreement and surprise news. A trader can make much much more than a typical buy and hold investor. Even if the investor is right on with his prediction, the trader will always win. |

| body | **LIST OF TUTORIALS** ** USING TRADINGVIEW** *Tools on the left side *Tools in the upper area *Screener *Tools on the right side *Alerts **Tools on the left side** The left side is for drawing cartoons. Most interesting stuff here for me are: *Lines and arrows to draw the trends and project further price moves. *Fib retracement and Fib Speed resistance fan. Both of them to predict targets based on supports and resistances of the *Fibonacci index. *XABCD pattern and the different Elliot Waves patterns so you can have a more accurate picture of the long term moves (or to study past ones), applying them over the chart. *Long/short position will provide you the risk reward of the move you are planning to trade. *Date range and price range will help you to measure the moves in terms of bars/days and % of price move. If you flag your favorite tools with a star you can add them to an easy access toolbar so you don’t have to look for them when charting fast. **Tools in the upper area** This zone is to adjust the different parameters we are using, choose the markets, timeframes…the most interesting tools for me here: *Markets (choose always the ones with more volume) *Timeframes, my favs are 1D, 6Hr and 2Hr in that order. *Candle style, I use the common ones (Japanese). But Heikin Ashi is also an interesting option. *On chart properties you can adjust colours and scales. I prefer linear scale but for parabolic moves, log is the way to go (oh, parabullic Bitcoin memories) *The scale icon is to compare charts at one sight. Pretty useful to find correlations between coins or to check few coins from the same market area. *Indicators Current indicators that I’m using: **Volume**: Sounds obvious buts it’s really relevant to track it in order to follow the price action. **Moving Averages**: I tried some of them but personally my favourites are MA50 and MA100. They work pretty well to spot trends without noise. They could also, sometimes, work as support or resistance. Sometimes I also use the exponential ones, specifically EMA50 and EMA200 **RSI Stochastic**: Useful indicator to track trend moves, spotting the oversold and overbought areas. During a bear trend, it tends to be weak in my experience. **MACD (CM_Ult_MACD_MTF standard config)**: As described in the lesson here the crosses between MA’s reveal possible reversals. This one in particular is quite graphic. I changed the colours and deleted some noise to make it simpler. **WT Oscilator (by lazy bear)**: I’m not using it too much lately, because during bear trend it’s showing to be weak. But during accumulation/bull works pretty well. Combined with the RSI, it will provide strong signals. **TD Sequential (by glaz)**: Only works well with big caps like BTC or ETH. Useful to spot the stage of the current wave. I use it because all info are always welcome but not one of my favourites. **Ultimate Oscillator (UO)**: I started to use it recently so I don’t have a proper experience to determine its utility. Working well for now to determine the push potential. **Bollinger Bands**: Also weak during bear trend. But they work pretty well to establish channels for price moves. Also the squeezes would signal a move on the way. **Ichimoku Cloud (Revichimoku script with 20,60, 120, 30)**: This change is to adapt the configuration to a 24/7 market as crypto is. Ichimoku is useful to spot trends and also find price action zones (support/resistances). I deleted the spans because add too much noise and I do well just with the clouds. SMA’s (6 and 18): For short term trades price moves. Lately I’m not using them, but also mentioning because it was useful for me, sometimes ago. I consider totally necessary to refresh the results and try new indicators every now and then. If we stay stick to just a bunch of them we could be missing a lot of opportunities. I don’t use all them always, because sometimes we have to think from a time efficiency perspective. But it’s a good exercise to check their results in a spreadsheet or paper. **Look for a new indicator (for you), learn about it and apply the signals over the paper, wait and check if played out well or not. Type the results. Repeat. Take conclusions about its performance.** **Apply the indicators in different timeframes. Being key for me 2Hr, 6Hr and 1D. The more confluence between timeframes the stronger would be the signal.** To learn and understand the indicators you are using will increase your confidence in the trade. **Screener** We can find this one on the bottom left side. By clicking it, it will open the whole display where you can track all the coins and it’s moves based on several parameters. *Under Overview tab you can see the price changes and an overall rating about the trade recommendations. For me this one is not interesting at all. *The Performance tab, as the name says, will show you the price change of the coin by day/week/month/year. This is interesting for tracking purposes or statistics but not really useful to trade. *Oscillators tab, here we talk. Here you can find an overall rating based in the oscillators performance which is interesting to get a first approach. Then you can go deeper checking the levels for each parameters. You will find some predefined indicators but you can add your favourite ones by clicking in the last column (3 dots). My favourite ones here are MACD, RSI, Sar, EMA’s and Ichimoku (I change the configuration depending on the coin and trade setup) *On the Trend-following tab you can spot the same workflow as in the previous one. In this one my main indicators are the default ones (all the SMA’s ranges) and the Bollinger Bands. *Then you have more Pivot point parameters but I don’t use any of them. I prefer to set these ones manually over the chart. On the upper part of the Screener tool you can choose your favourite tabs, save your configuration. Choose your timeframe and set alerts for your picks. And on the right side you can directly apply filters like Top Gainers, Outperformers, Oversold ones…etc. **Tools at the right side** Those tools are oriented for social and fast coin tracking. Things I’m using from here: *Watchlist: Here you can add the coins you are tracking daily so you can get a fast information to the price changes and also access to the charts without typing them in the box. *Alerts: Here you can find the alerts you set for your coins. I’m using the alerts by right clicking straight in the chart (Add Alert). You can add alerts not just to price moves but also for all the indicators, crosses…etc. Also allows you to configure expiration dates and the way to notify you. Interesting tool if used with moderation to keep mental health haha. The rest of tools are not for cryptocurrencies market like the events tab. Or are related to social media, PM’s, notifications, your trading ideas…etc. The last one is to trade but I don’t trade using any API so I’m not using either this one. Happy Trading |

Also the squeezes would signal a move on the way.\n**Ichimoku Cloud (Revichimoku script with 20,60, 120, 30)**: This change is to adapt the configuration to a 24/7 market as crypto is. Ichimoku is useful to spot trends and also find price action zones (support/resistances). I deleted the spans because add too much noise and I do well just with the clouds.\nSMA’s (6 and 18): For short term trades price moves. Lately I’m not using them, but also mentioning because it was useful for me, sometimes ago.\nI consider totally necessary to refresh the results and try new indicators every now and then. If we stay stick to just a bunch of them we could be missing a lot of opportunities. I don’t use all them always, because sometimes we have to think from a time efficiency perspective. But it’s a good exercise to check their results in a spreadsheet or paper. \n\n**Look for a new indicator (for you), learn about it and apply the signals over the paper, wait and check if played out well or not. Type the results. Repeat. Take conclusions about its performance.**\n\n**Apply the indicators in different timeframes. Being key for me 2Hr, 6Hr and 1D. The more confluence between timeframes the stronger would be the signal.**\n\nTo learn and understand the indicators you are using will increase your confidence in the trade.\n\n**Screener**\nWe can find this one on the bottom left side. By clicking it, it will open the whole display where you can track all the coins and it’s moves based on several parameters.\n\n *Under Overview tab you can see the price changes and an overall rating about the trade recommendations. For me this one is not interesting at all.\n *The Performance tab, as the name says, will show you the price change of the coin by day/week/month/year. This is interesting for tracking purposes or statistics but not really useful to trade.\n *Oscillators tab, here we talk. Here you can find an overall rating based in the oscillators performance which is interesting to get a first approach. Then you can go deeper checking the levels for each parameters. You will find some predefined indicators but you can add your favourite ones by clicking in the last column (3 dots). My favourite ones here are MACD, RSI, Sar, EMA’s and Ichimoku (I change the configuration depending on the coin and trade setup)\n *On the Trend-following tab you can spot the same workflow as in the previous one. In this one my main indicators are the default ones (all the SMA’s ranges) and the Bollinger Bands.\n *Then you have more Pivot point parameters but I don’t use any of them. I prefer to set these ones manually over the chart.\nOn the upper part of the Screener tool you can choose your favourite tabs, save your configuration. Choose your timeframe and set alerts for your picks. And on the right side you can directly apply filters like Top Gainers, Outperformers, Oversold ones…etc.\n\n\n**Tools at the right side**\nThose tools are oriented for social and fast coin tracking. Things I’m using from here:\n\n *Watchlist: Here you can add the coins you are tracking daily so you can get a fast information to the price changes and also access to the charts without typing them in the box.\n *Alerts: Here you can find the alerts you set for your coins. I’m using the alerts by right clicking straight in the chart (Add Alert). You can add alerts not just to price moves but also for all the indicators, crosses…etc. Also allows you to configure expiration dates and the way to notify you. Interesting tool if used with moderation to keep mental health haha.\nThe rest of tools are not for cryptocurrencies market like the events tab. Or are related to social media, PM’s, notifications, your trading ideas…etc. The last one is to trade but I don’t trade using any API so I’m not using either this one.\n\nHappy Trading",

As with most new entrants into a market, marked by over excitement and exuberance. Currently, it's about one person buying a coin, in the hope that another person will buy the same from him/her, at a higher price. Few, if any, are concerned about the different types of coins and their usability. CEO Ripple's Brad in https://www.rt.com/business/418736-ripple-cryptocurrencies-bitcoin-zero/ says.. ***“It's not clear what the use case is. It's not clear what the value proposition is. Long-term value will be dictated by the utility of that asset,”*** **With that said, a time will come, when usability will be of more importance than capital gain. But when?** Let us compare current crypto market to the dot com bubble in mid 90s. That was a $7 trillion market, in 1996. Adjust for inflation to 2018 you're looking at around $11.2 trillion. Total crypto is currently ~$400 billion. So if it pops at about the same point the dot com bubble did, we have roughly 28x to go. On the flip-side, are the scams. Thieving ICOs, exchanges, hackers et al If $4-5 Million ends up in scams, there needs to be ~$15 Million going into crypto to sustain current economic trend. Possible? Lest you forget, the Dotcom bubble bursting had little to do with market cap and more to do with, the tech not delivering on unrealistic expectations. People were disillusioned and lost faith! I believe the same will happen with crypto and we will then find solutions, just as we did with the dotcom bubble! But take into consideration Dotcom bubble was about only by one country, the US. All star Team leader right there!! Testnet : testnet is already up... 12 nodes are running on this testnet. Wallet already out - https://wallet.tomocoin.io/ Masternodes and Servicenodes! Staking rewards posibility 2 sec confirmation and 0 transaction fee. Pretty awesome, no? A Nano/Railblocks without the negatives Supporting all ethereum smart contracts — SMART move. This will allow transition to tomochain to be seamless. API Atomic swaps ***Cons*** It will take time to become popular, on a mobile app. But contributors will be rewarded, like in Steemit, and early contributors are rewarded more ;-) Steemit has a better desktop website. Tomocoin has no web desktop interface BUT it has a mobile app **What is Tomocoin (www.tomocoin.io)** Tomochain is a blockchain to host dApps and various other tokens. Like Ethereum, but they aim to scale better than Ethereum. Tomocoin aims to integrate with other blockchains via atomic cross-chain (aka very fast instataneous transactions). Tomocoin are building their own decentralised version of Yahoo! answers within the app(with video tutorials etc) and rewarding people to use it. Getting actual rewards in terms of tomocoin, like Steemit, may help push people to use it more.. I bet you feel me on that one **Tomocoin project just started accepting proof of care submissions, one day ONLY! If you may want to participate you better hurry, I will be investing** 4e483D |
