      "body": "![title8.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmeJLbtcBC8soipe7BRcNLxfcvcmK1w9VT17wBxegbaadT/title8.jpg)\n\nสวัสดีชาว Steemit ทุกท่านครับ เนื่องจากช่วงนี้ผู้เขียนไม่ทราบว่าทำไมเจริญอาหารเหลือเกิน ทั้งๆ ที่ออกกำลังกายพอสมควร ก็เริ่มบวมขึ้นๆ ไงไม่รู้ (ถ้าเงินเดือนขึ้นได้แบบนี้คงจะดีเนอะ) ซึ่งปกติจะอาศัยวิ่งรอบถนนหน้าบ้านประมาณวันละ 4 ก.ม. แต่ที่ขาดไปคือการซิทอัพ ซึ่งเขาว่าสำคัญกับการลดพุงมากๆ เมื่อก่อนเคยทำประจำ แต่หลังๆ เพราะย้ายบ้านมาที่ไกลขึ้น จึงไม่ได้ไปสวนสุขภาพ ซึ่งมีแท่นออกกำลังกายซิทอัพที่นั่น และหลังจากมาออกกำลังกายที่บ้าน ท่านที่เคยซิทอัพด้วยตัวเองคงเข้าใจ ว่ามันค่อนข้างไม่สะดวก มันไม่มีอะไรล๊อคเท้าตัวเรา ครั้นจะหาใครมานั่งทับขา ก็มีแมวตัวเดียว แถมไม่ให้ความร่วมมืออีก เง้อ\n\nด้วยอาการอยากซิทอัพจนจะลงแดง จึงไปค้นหาอุปกรณ์ในเน็ต ซึ่งราคาแต่ละตัวนี่ อืม มาในหลักพันกว่ากันเกือบหมด ด้วยความที่ผู้เขียนเป็นคนงก เย้ยย ประหยัดมาก และที่บ้านมีอุปกรณ์ที่เหลือหลังติดตั้งปั้มน้ำ จึงมานั่งเล็งๆ แล้วคิดว่าลองมาประดิษฐ์ดูดิ จึงได้อุปกรณ์ซิทอัพราคาถูกกกกกก (มาก) เช่นนี้ครับ\n\nHello all Steemit member, Because of I think that my weight increase so much now even I try to exercise everyday (running 4 Km. per day). In the past I use to sit up at health park because of there have a sit up tool in that place but when I come to live in a new home where is so far from the health park. So I can not go to health park because it is too far. I try to sit up at my home without tool but It is inconvenient for me too much.\n\nI try to search internet for buy a sit up tool but It is too expensive for me. Lucky for me that have a spare part from water pump installation which some remain. So today I will use them to build a very low cost set up tool. Now let see how to build it.\n\nอันดับแรกอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านต้องมีคือท่อ PVC ผมแนะนำที่ขนาด 1 นิ้ว กำลังดีครับ ราคาแบบคุณภาพดีหน่อยก็ประมาณ 100 บาท ต่อ 1 ท่อน ซึ่งขอบอกว่าเหลือๆ ครับ มันยาวววววว มาก ต่อ 1 ท่อน ประมาณ 2 เมตร ได้มั้ง ถือว่าเผื่อเสียแล้วกันเนอะ\nอุปกรณ์ต่อไปคือถ้าบอกร้านอุปกรณ์เขาเรียกกันว่าข้อต่อ 3 ทาง ซึ่งผมใช้ท่อ PVC ขนาด 1 นิ้ว ดังนั้นจึงต้องบอกขนาดเขาไปด้วยว่า ข้อต่อสามทางขนาด 1 นิ้ว ตัวละประมาณ 10 บาท ซื้อมา 2 ตัวพอครับ สุดท้ายที่ต้องมีคือเลื่อยตัดเหล็กครับ เพื่อไว้ใช้ในการตัดท่อ PVC นั่นเอง ร้าน 20 บาท แถวบ้านผมมีขายนะ แต่ถ้าจะประหยัดก็ยืมช่างแถวบ้านก่อนก็ได้ครับ\n\nFirst you must have a PVC pipe size 1 inch wide. Now let see how to build it.\n\nอันดับแรกอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านต้องมีคือท่อ PVC ผมแนะนำที่ขนาด 1 นิ้ว กำลังดีครับ ราคาแบบคุณภาพดีหน่อยก็ประมาณ 100 บาท ต่อ 1 ท่อน ซึ่งขอบอกว่าเหลือๆ ครับ มันยาวววววว มาก ต่อ 1 ท่อน ประมาณ 2 เมตร ได้มั้ง ถือว่าเผื่อเสียแล้วกันเนอะ\nอุปกรณ์ต่อไปคือถ้าบอกร้านอุปกรณ์เขาเรียกกันว่าข้อต่อ 3 ทาง ซึ่งผมใช้ท่อ PVC ขนาด 1 นิ้ว ดังนั้นจึงต้องบอกขนาดเขาไปด้วยว่า ข้อต่อสามทางขนาด 1 นิ้ว ตัวละประมาณ 10 บาท ซื้อมา 2 ตัวพอครับ สุดท้ายที่ต้องมีคือเลื่อยตัดเหล็กครับ เพื่อไว้ใช้ในการตัดท่อ PVC นั่นเอง ร้าน 20 บาท แถวบ้านผมมีขายนะ แต่ถ้าจะประหยัดก็ยืมช่างแถวบ้านก่อนก็ได้ครับ\n\nFirst you must have a PVC pipe size 1 inch wide. Now let see how to build it.\n\nอันดับแรกอุปกรณ์ที่ท่านต้องมีคือท่อ PVC ผมแนะนำที่ขนาด 1 นิ้ว กำลังดีครับ ราคาแบบคุณภาพดีหน่อยก็ประมาณ 100 บาท ต่อ 1 ท่อน ซึ่งขอบอกว่าเหลือๆ ครับ มันยาวววววว มาก ต่อ 1 ท่อน ประมาณ 2 เมตร ได้มั้ง ถือว่าเผื่อเสียแล้วกันเนอะ\nอุปกรณ์ต่อไปคือถ้าบอกร้านอุปกรณ์เขาเรียกกันว่าข้อต่อ 3 ทาง ซึ่งผมใช้ท่อ PVC ขนาด 1 นิ้ว ดังนั้นจึงต้องบอกขนาดเขาไปด้วยว่า ข้อต่อสามทางขนาด 1 นิ้ว ตัวละประมาณ 10 บาท ซื้อมา 2 ตัวพอครับ สุดท้ายที่ต้องมีคือเลื่อยตัดเหล็กครับ เพื่อไว้ใช้ในการตัดท่อ PVC นั่นเอง ร้าน 20 บาท แถวบ้านผมมีขายนะ แต่ถ้าจะประหยัดก็ยืมช่างแถวบ้านก่อนก็ได้ครับ\n\nFirst you must have a PVC pipe size 1 inch wide.
