It took me a year to decide what I wanted to be. <b>Happy</b> !\n\nDuring this gap year I backpacked around the world, met new people and realised that happyness only depends on you.\nThe most important two moments of this process were once after my Thailand trip and one day in Finland. \n\n<b>This one moment after my Thailand trip:</b>\nI traveled to Thailand with my boyfriend. In this holiday I learnd a lot about not taking things so seriously and about having more trust in your own ability. At home I struggled why back in Thailand everything was more carefree. And I realised that it's not the place or the people giving you that feeling of being carefree. It's your attitude.\nThat might sound weird because everybody thinks he knows that. But if your totaly into your stressed everyday life it could happen that you forget about the most simple things in life. \n\n<b>I learned to focus myself on the simple things that you would think everybody knows.</b> \n\nBecause these things are the ones the most people forget about. \nJust breathing in and out and appreciating your life.\n\n<b>This one moment in Finland:</b>\n I was in a little cottage in the middle of nowhere. It was a in the middle of a nationalpark without any person around you except the people in this cottage.\nWhen you stay in such a place you really have nothing to do. <b>Nothing !</b>\nAnd you start doing really nothing. \nIt's crazy that in this moment I realised that I have never felt to calm in the last years than in this moment. \nNatur gives you calmness. You just have to take it. \n\nHaving the ability to just sit down and think about nothing and talk about nothing and just do nothing special, that's what special about life. \nI realised: \n<b>You don't have to be stressed.       "body": "Hello fitness and travel lovers, it's me, notyourgirl!\n\nJust look at this super cute **BABY ELEPHANT** and fall in love with it! I love this photo soooo much! Amazing.\n\n![IMG-20180223-WA0002.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmU9c8SzGTKAus7D3EW77SqVV4TTPnfgVpb3rxCxnhWZZh/IMG-20180223-WA0002.jpg)\n\nWe really wanted to see elephants on our trip to thailand. \n\nI searched a lot on the internet to found a foundation which treats the animals *animalfriendly*. \nWe were strictly against sitting such an majestetic animal.\nI wrote an email to an animal  protection organisation and found out about this amazing [Wildlife Friends Foundation](https://www.wfft.org/).  \n\n![20180223_171659.jpg](https://steemitimages.com/DQmVVkZwKmXmPVgws4uebkv6xfx2CgTh82xc22XtV8wTvQS/20180223_171659.jpg)\n\n\nWe even slept at this wildlife farm in a really really beautiful room where we could hear the animals at night. We even had dinner in the [lodge](https://www.wildlifebooking.org/index.php/wildlife-booking?lang=en&property_uid=1&task=viewproperty) directly at the elephant enclosure and were able to watch them.\n\n*But animalfriendly*: You are not allowed to touch them and they can go anywhere else in their enclosure so that you can't see them.
