Cuando elabores un articulo el cual posea información de una o varias paginas web, es de gran importancia dejar la fuente donde obtuviste el contenido de la misma, con el fin dar créditos al verdadero autor.       "body": "![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSDvGxGsfVCXoumDnSsd9PyCo7wDUD352y27octh7QHuy/imagen.png)\n\nConmovedoras escenas de dolor e indignación se observaron durante la despedidia de los tres niños asesinados en El Valle, cuyos féretros fueron llevados por la comunidad del sector a la sede de la GNB en Coche, donde su padre permanece privado de libertad su padre.\nDesde hace tres meses, Julio César Conde Lara, de 34 años, permanece detenido en los calabozos del comando de la Guardia Nacional Bolivariana (GNB) ubicado en Coche, por haber intentado robarle el celular a un adolescente de 15 años, bajo amenaza de muerte.\nEl hombre, quien es el padre de los tres niños asesinados la mañana del viernes en el barrio El 70 de El Valle, fue capturado en flagrancia y condenado este jueves (un día antes del crimen de sus hijos) a cuatro años y cinco meses de prisión. Le asignaron como centro de reclusión el penal El Rodeo II, y esperan la asignación del cupo.\nEste lunes en la mañana a las afueras del comando militar llegó el cortejo fúnebre con los tres ataúdes, pues la intención de los familiares del detenido era que lo dejaran ver a sus hijos por última vez.\nSin embargo, este petitorio no fue aceptado por las autoridades castrenses, y las personas debieron retirarse y continuar con el entierro de los cadáveres.\nEl monstruo de El Valle \nEn relación con el asesino de los cuatro niños, José Manuel Morgado Bello, alias “El zapatero”, se conoció que tenía registros por robo y hurto, según señaló el director del Cicpc, Douglas Rico, durante una rueda de prensa este lunes.\nTambién dijo, que el sujeto había abusado con anterioridad de las dos hermanitas asesinadas, de 4 y 11 años, pese a que el hombre fue ultimado la noche del sábado sin haber admitido el hecho previamente.\nLo que sí es cierto, es que este hombre llegó a la casa de una de sus dos hijas en horas del mediodía del sábado. El día anterior, en horas de la tarde, se había ido del barrio El 70 con la intención de esconderse.\nLos funcionarios del Cicpc llegaron a él directamente gracias a lo que denominan “fuentes documentales”, es decir, lo primero que hicieron fue revisar sus datos a través del Saime y determinar la dirección de habitación que tenía registrada desde la ultima vez que renovó su cédula de identidad.\nEsa información arrojó como resultado una vivienda en el sector La Quebradita de Nueva Cúa, en Valles del Tuy. De inmediato una comisión del Cicpc de Ocumare fue activada para este rastreo y llegaron al sitio en horas de la noche. Efectivamente el hombre estaba en la vivienda en compañía de una de sus dos hijas.\nEn el presunto enfrentamiento resultó herido de gravedad y murió. Otro elemento que surgió durante la investigación del círculo familiar de este sujeto, es que un hermano se quitó la vida luego de haber abusado sexualmente de sus dos hijos.\nLa fuente policial no precisó fechas exactas de estos hechos ni nombre del fallecido. Lo cierto es que “El zapatero” se había radicado en El Valle desde el año 2002 aproximadamente.\nVivía solo en una casa humilde y luego se regresó a Valles del Tuy. Fue en el año 2013 cuando retornó al barrio en Caracas, donde le tenían cariño pues se mostraba respetuoso y amable.\nAcostumbraba a tratar bien a los niños y ofrecerles caramelos y chucherías. Los vecinos de la zona lo vieron convivir con una mujer, pero desde finales de agosto se quedó solo.\nPresumieron que había terminado la relación. Hasta este momento no han sabido más de la mujer. En relación con la madre de los niños, Norelis Carolina Graterol, funcionarios del Cicpc dijeron que será investigada a fondo para determinar los tiempos de abuso sexual de sus dos hijas ya fallecidas, pues el informe forense arrojó que son de vieja data.\nSe desconoce con certeza si el homicida las había atacado antes, o si hay otras personas involucradas. El antropófago diagnosticado como esquizofrénico paranoide es señalado de haber acabado con la vida de 40 personas. En una ocasión indicó que por no tener nevera para refrigerar la carne humana solo “cocinaba con hierbas exóticas” a dos hombres por semana.\n\nSegún registros policiales, en 1995 fue detenido por haberse comido (con excepción de las manos y pies) a un hombre identificado como Cruz Baltazar Moreno. Por el crimen solo estuvo dos años recluido en el Instituto de Rehabilitación Psiquiátrica de Peribeca (hoy en día conocido como Hospital Psiquiátrico Raúl Castillo). Vargas fue liberado porque “no representaba ningún peligro para la colectividad”.\n\nEn febrero de 1999 dos jóvenes informaron a Defensa Civil que en el parque 12 de Febrero (Táriba, estado Táchira) habían hallado huesos humanos. Tras un rastreo, cuerpos policiales localizaron los restos de seis personas que habían sido reportadas como desaparecidas entre noviembre de 1998 y enero de 1999.\n\nLo que en principió se trató como un ajuste de cuentas entre bandas rivales terminó sorprendiendo al país. En el interior de un rancho ubicado cerca del parque encontraron a un hombre con rasgos de demencia que al ser interrogado por funcionarios de Politáchira asumió la autoría.\n\n“La carne de los hombres sabe mejor que la de las mujeres. Los hombres son como más sabrosos. Las mujeres son dulces”, dijo antes de revelar que “la panza la cocinaba y se la comía”, pero que los pies, las manos y las cabezas les causaban indigestión. “Por eso los botaba por ahí (en el parque)”, acotó.\n\n“El Comegente” explicó que los sabores más agradables se conseguían en la zona del vientre y en algunas ocasiones hasta llegó a alimentar con sus platos a indigentes. ”No me arrepiento de nada, como dice la iglesia, yo compartí mi pan con el prójimo y muchos me alabaron por el relleno de mis empanadas. Por necesidad me he metido en esta vaina. No me arrepiento, al contrario, me alegro porque me gusta la carne. Lo único que no me da apetito son las cabezas, manos y pies de los seres humanos, pero me los comía en sopita cuando me daba hambre”.",

If 90% of what I do in this medium contribute to the cause ?, so I did but as I am starting I started to upload some recipes or other things to see if I was encouraged to continue by this means, but I did not see a Cent until 2 days ago I saw 8 cents, and I asked. If I tell people and they help me with votes and we support a good cause? I hope you support me. and I will give you some advice before wasting money on things that are not worth helping a street child, not with money. If not with food. Si el 90% de lo que yo haga en este medio lo aporto a la causa?, asi lo hice pero como estoy empezando comence a subir algunas recetas u otras cosas para ver si me animaba a seguir por este medio, pero no vi ni un centavo hasta hace 2 dias que vi 8 centavos, y me pregunte. Si le cuento a las personas y ellos me ayudan con votos y asi apoyamos una buena causa?. espero que me apoyen. y les dare un consejo antes de derrochar el dinero en cosas que no valen la pena ayuda a un niño de la calle, no con dinero.
