I don't know if you visited Moscow or not, but using Internet and other wonders of technology (sorry for my English if something is not correct) I can share the beauty of  this fascinating place.Below I will speak about 5 the most popular places among tourists or which deserve your attention!:)\n\n# 5. The Gorky Park\n\nIf you are not in favor of museums or the same places, it's not a trouble. You can spend your time in the modern and central park of Moscow. There you can do many things, starting from lying on the grass and riding a bike to taking part in many sport competitions or tasting different kind of food on the fair.\n\n\n(http://dogtricks.ru/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/park-gorkogo.jpg)\n\n#4. Old Arbat\n\nAnother place for walking is Old Arbat, which is one of the oldest pedestrian zones in Russia. This street cannot be described by words, you shall see it by your own eyes. Cathedral of Christ the Saviour\n\nFinally, historical buildings have arrived in this post))) Cathedral of Christ the Saviour is one of the biggest cathedrals in Russia. It was built in 1860 but was destroyed in 1931 according to the decision of management of the Soviet Union. Thankfully, it was rebuilt in the end of 90's. Red Square\n\nI hope it's not a surprise for you that Red Square takes the 1st place. It's the heart of Moscow and the whole Russia also. Great walls have defended the Kremlin for hundreds of years.       "body": "The question of whether or not bitcoin is really money has gained attention in light of recnt events in the bitcoin world. Even the Torah, the traditional Jewish law, has weighed in on what defines currency, according to a recent post in Chabad.org, a website dedicated to empowering Jews worldwide with knowledge of their 3,300-year-old tradition.\n\nDoes Judaism consider bitcoins to be money? The question was addressed in an article under that very heading by Rabbi Yehuda Shurpin, who responds to questions posed to the website.\n\nMonetary Value Is What Counts\n\nAs long as something has monetary value, it does not make a difference in Jewish law whether it is actual “currency” or not in most instances, Shurpin noted.\n\nThe question of how to define currency is addressed in the context of a law governing lending money and merchandise.\n\nAccording to Jewish law, a Jew cannot lend money with interest to another Jew, Shurpin noted. The law applies not only to money, but to merchandise. One is allowed to borrow, but in some cases, even borrowing was forbidden because the value of the merchandise can increase by the time it is repaid.\n\n\nRule On Loaning Merchandise\n\nLoans of merchandise have to be based on the value of the merchandise at the time it is borrowed. When returning the merchandise, it must be returned in an amount equivalent to its value when it was borrowed.\n\nThere are three exceptions to the rule on borrowing and returning merchandise in equivalent amounts.\n1) When borrowing a small amount, it can be returned in an equivalent amount since any change in the price will be insignificant.\n2) When the borrower has a small amount of what he is borrowing, he can borrow more of that merchandise.\n3) If the merchandise carries a fixed market price and is easily available, one can borrow and return an equivalent item.\n\nAs for currency, one can borrow and return the same amount.\n\nWhat Is Currency?\n\nCurrency in Jewish law is defined as something having been decreed as legal tender by the sovereign government and accepted as the currency in the given locale.\n\nBased on this definition, bitcoin is not currency, Shurpin noted. Instead, it is considered a commodity, like most foreign currency. Hence, if you borrow bitcoins, you have to return them in the same value you borrowed them at.\n\nBecause usury laws are complex, the sages warn the prohibition against usury is more serious than that of other monetary prohibitions. The law notes that in the merit of being meticulous, Jews will merit entrance to the Promised Land.\n\nThe question has gained a lot of interest in the bitcoin community recently since a Florida judge dismissed charges against a man accused of violating an anti-money laundering law when he tried to launder bitcoin to an undercover detective. The judge ruled that the cryptocurrency was not “tangible wealth” and not considered money since it wasn’t backed by any bank or a government.",

      "body": "Do you blog? Write articles or essays? Poetry? Journalism? Today there are a plethora of outlets on the internet to get your voice heard, many of which will even pay its freelance writers. Steemit takes the concept of getting paid to write a step further by decentralizing and democratizing the process using blockchain technology and its own internal digital currency, called Steem. Since its official beta launch a few weeks ago, Steemit has grown in community size and content, and the value of one Steem has risen to just over $4, giving all Steem an aggregate mark cap of over $350 million - which can be used to donate to Steemit's content providers as reward for a job well done. (See also: The Six Biggest Misconceptions About Bitcoin)\n\nSteemit\nSteemit is an online community that rewards its users for their efforts in generating and adding content. Users create an account with the platform, but there is no central database or server farm. Instead, the content exists over a distributed, decentralized network based on blockchain technology, the same technology that powers digital currencies such as Bitcoin and smart contract platforms like Ethereum.\n\nSteemit uses an algorithm to determine the value of each user's contribution, the more often a user contributes to the platform, the more their influence grows. Users can be curators, contributors or both; curators read, comment on and vote for content and contributors create content, either original or externally linked to. Steemit users can write about most any topic, from mainstream to niche subjects. Authors get paid when people like what they've written and upvote their post.\n\nTo recap, Steemit differs from blogging sites or forums such as Medium or Reddit in that Steemit is decentralized, and that writers can get paid by the community in the form of Steem, the internal digitial currency of the Steemit blockchain.\n\nSteem\nWhile Steemit is the user community and content platform, Steem is the digital currency that powers and incentivizes the whole thing. Steem comes in three forms. Steem itself is the digital currency that can be exchanged for dollars or Bitcoin on various cryptocurrency exchanges (currently valued around $4 per Steem). The number of Steem available is set to double annually, making its supply growth exponential - a possible drag on its future value in the market - but there is a catch in that every 3 1/3 years, there is a self-generated 10:1 reverse split in the supply, resetting the process. For example, if the total money supply where the following: (See also: Bitcoin Extends Rally)\n\nYear 0: 500 Steem\nYear 1: 1000 Steem\nYear 2: 2000 Steem\nYear 3: 4000 Steem\nYear 3.32: 5000 Steam (reverse split now occurs, and the number of Steem goes back to 500 and the process starts all over again)\n\nSteem can also be converted into \"Steem Power,\" which locks up their value for a two-year period. During this time, the Steem Power in your account grows through a process known as staking, a method for validating and confirming data on the Steemit blockchain. There are also Steem Dollars, which is a version of Steem that is pegged in value to 1 USD.\n\nThis might all sound complicated, so here is an excerpt from a Steem FAQ talking about 1. Steem, 2. Steem Power and 3. Steem Dollars:\n\n1: Convert Steem back to USD and spend it on groceries or whatever\n2: Convert it to Steem Power, thereby making a commitment of value to the Steem network for 2 years (because once you convert your Steem to Steem Power, you can’t just get it back right away)\n3: Convert it to Steem Dollars, keeping the value committed to the Steem network (rather than selling it on an exchange), but also keeping it liquid so you can take it out if you like. Because you did commit value to Steem though, you get some reward, but not nearly as much as if you converted to Steem Power.\n[Y] ou can think of it as these mindsets:\n\n1: I’ve had enough of Steem, I just want to get my USD back and not be a part of it any more\n2: Wow Steem is cool! I really think this is a great system of rewarding content creators and curators, and I want to commit my cash for the next 2 years with the expectation that it will grow and I will be rewarded by that growth\n3: I like Steem, but I’m not sure if I can commit this money yet for 2 years. I’ll hold it here ready and when I make decision between mindset (1) and (2) I can take it out as USD if I want (mindset 1) or I can easily commit it as Steem Power if I choose to (mindset 2).\n\nThe Bottom Line\nSteemit is a novel use case for blockchain technology - a decentralized social media platform that rewards its users in its own digital currency, Steem, for publishing content based on upvotes. The value of one Steem is currently just over $4, giving the system a value upwards of $350 million. As blockchain and digital currencies gain wider adoption, more novel use cases such as this are likely to follow suit.",

Gamers are getting to know other Pokémon fans in their area, and in many cases, <em>Pokémon GO</em> is helping to bring communities closer together.</p>\n<p>Unfortunately, though, not all attention from fellow players in wanted or welcomed. There have been <a href=\"http://www.themarysue.com/let-me-play-pokemon-in-peace/\">reports of players of the game</a> who have felt uncomfortable with the way some other players have approached them, invading their personal space in what is often likely merely an eagerness for the game, but which has left players feeling vulnerable and awkward.</p>\n<p>Not all players of the game are interested in making new friends, and as much fun as playing <em>Pokémon GO</em> together might be, it’s important for players to respect when someone else would rather play by themselves.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>4.Sore legs</strong></p>\n<p>&nbsp;<em>Pokémon GO</em> is a great incentive for many players to live a more active lifestyle – as a game that requires as much as 10km of walking before players can hatch certain eggs and find key Pokémon, the game is helping to get a lot of players up off the couch as they discover the digital rewards of exercise.</p>\n<p>That said, players who aren’t used to a large amount of exercise should be careful not to overdo things. One Dairy Queen is reported to have put up a sign stating that its rare Pokémon ‘<a href=\"http://www.thedailymeal.com/pokemon-go-players-dairy-queen-sign-paying-customers-only/71016\">are for patrons only</a>’, and it’s likely that as Pokémania continues to spread, many establishments will be increasingly frustrated with players loitering in entranceways or scaring away business.</p>\n<p>Not all places of significance in <em>Pokémon GO</em> are even open to the public – many gamers have been scaling fences and sneaking onto private property in order to get their hands on rare creatures, and it’s only a matter of time before such antics end badly.</p>\n<p>In all cases, players should try to be conscious of the effects their behavior have on others. One man, who lives in a converted church, has discovered a steady stream of players loitering outside his house to play. While he’s been very relaxed and welcoming to players, there’s no guarantee that every gym owner will be as welcoming.&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>1.Religious hate speech</strong></p>\n<p>As Pokemon GO uses notable public structures as gyms for players to train at, a lot of churches are seeing more foot traffic than usual. Plenty of players have joked online at the strange behavior that the game is encouraging, as gamers visit religious sites <em>en masse</em> as part of their Pokémon pilgrimage.</p>\n<p>While in most cases these establishments are taking their newfound popularity among <em>Pokémon</em> fans in their stride, some churches have found opportunistic ways of spreading their message through <em>Pokémon</em>. Most notably, the Westboro Baptist Church, infamous for their outspoken condemnation of many aspects of modern life, has found a way to capitalize on its newfound status as a Pokémon gym.</p>\n<p>After an enterprising player of the game established themselves as the gym leader for the Westboro Baptist Church, using a pink Clefairy named ‘LOVEISLOVE’, the church has responded online by <a href=\"http://www.themarysue.com/wbc-pokemon-go-trolled/\">filling its social media presence</a> with a collection of <em>Pokémon</em>-themed memes denouncing its gym leader in an attempt to spread hatespeech. To do this, you need a person who will be able to confirm your identity to the blockchain. As noted in the comments to the article, this concept “goes hand in hand with Steemit being a social network platform.”</p>\n<p>Dan Larimer stressed that protection from hackers is becoming increasingly expensive and difficult to use, while cybercriminals are finding ways to circumvent any obstacles. “Even a Nuclear power plant in Iran that was completely disconnected from the internet was hacked,” reminds the developer. “At some point the cost of preventing a break in is higher than the cost of recovering from a break in,” he writes.</p>\n<p>He believes that guaranteed return of the account to its owner is the most reasonable measure when you cannot guarantee 100% protection. He considers this solution to be the best compromise between security and convenience.</p>\n<p>When a social network account hacked, two or more people get access to it. Blockchain does not make the difference between people using the key to your account. The new security system developed by Steem allows the user to restore their account via a trusted person — a spouse, a parent, a friend, or any third party, including Steemit itself, which can identify you by e-mail, login on Reddit or your Facebook page.</p>\n<p>The trustee makes a request to replace the old keys with new ones. After that, you have 24 hours to enter the account using either your new or your old passwords (you can enter any key that you used in the last 30 days). If you have time to do this, you will get rid of the intruder. But if within 30 days you have not used the social network, you will lose your account forever.</p>\n<p>The user’s partner is entitled to make a request for password recovery, but does not own the key and consequently, cannot access your Steemit without your permission. If, however, your partner’s Steemit account is hacked, they will have to apply to their trustee for help. Every 30 days a user can confirm their trustees or change them.</p>\n<p>Throughout the day on 14 July, the website of Steemit was down at first and then put in “read-only” mode. According to the official announcement, unknown cyber criminals had hacked about 260 accounts and stolen nearly <a href=\"http://www.coinfox.info/news/5925-steem-is-hacked-85-000-reportedly-stolen\">$ 85,000</a>.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Steemit CEO Ned Scott promised that “any users whose accounts were compromised will be completely reimbursed.”Steemit is a social network based on the blockchain, which rewards its users with cryptocurrency for original content. Its main difference from traditional social networks is that user accounts contain very little personal information, so it is money and personal keys that attract hackers.       "body": "<html>\n<p><img src=\"http://i0.wp.com/www.the-blockchain.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/swissbank2.jpg?resize=696%2C464\" width=\"696\" height=\"464\"/></p>\n<p>&nbsp;The&nbsp;slow&nbsp;response of banks to the threats posed by Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) leaves the industry exposed to a $150 billion revenue shortfall unless they can up their game, according <a href=\"http://www.bain.com/about/press/press-releases/150-billion-dollars-at-risk-for-banks-that-cannot-overcome-hurdles-of-digital-currency.aspx\">to an analysis by Bain</a>.</p>\n<p>Compared with current payment systems, distributed ledgers offer distinct advantages that meet customer demands for a faster, cost effective and more reliable cross-border payment option. While the technology is still in its infancy, distributed ledgers offer the potential for profound improvements in the operation of the complex pipelines that make international payments possible. And, in the long-run, distributed ledgers may impact all forms of payments including domestic cards and automated clearing houses (bank-to-bank).</p>\n<p>In interviews with more than 50 senior bankers, venture capitalists, technologists, international payment association executives and start-up CEOs, Bain &amp; Company found most banks are not prepared to retain control of international payments – a battle for a market worth $150-200 billion today.</p>\n<p><a href=\"http://www.bain.com/publications/articles/distributed-ledgers-in-payments-beyond-bitcoin-hype.aspx\">Bain’s research</a> shows that in theory banks are well positioned to confront the changes triggered by the rise of distributed ledgers. In practice, however, the situation is more complicated. Regulatory and other hurdles may have forced most digital currency start-ups to partner with, rather than compete directly against, incumbent banks. Yet, most financial institutions remain in ‘experimentation mode,’ wary about the scalability of the technology, privacy issues associated with broadcasting commercially sensitive information about money flows, and the volatility and governance of non-fiat digital currencies. With such a large prize available, faster-moving, more committed banks stand to gain significant share.</p>\n<blockquote>“Change will not come easily for banks,” said <a href=\"http://www.bain.com/about/people-and-values/our-team/profiles/glen-williams.aspx\">Glen Williams</a>, who leads Bain’s global payments sector and co-authored the report. “They recognize that distributed ledger technology has the potential to improve the speed, transparency and efficiency with which payments are made, but the current market structure gives them a powerful incentive to stay the course. About $300 trillion of transactions flow through these networks each year, creating significant revenues for banks. Further, network dynamics make it hard for alternatives to scale up: participants will not join a network until it has sufficient reach, but reach comes only from widespread participation.”</blockquote>\n<p>Banks’ initial responses to fast-moving developments in digital currency – appointing mid-level technology executives to industry consortia, participating in the conference circuit and running limited distributed ledger simulations – have left them flat-footed.</p>\n<p>Lack of a clear path forward is particularly problematic for international payments and trade finance, where distributed ledgers have the greatest near-term potential for disruption.</p>\n<p>By cutting the number of middlemen and enabling direct transactions between counterparties in international correspondent banking, distributed ledger solutions speed up transaction times. They also ensure that each participant has a complete view of its customer accounts and balances – the key building blocks of automated payment-tracking and notification tools. Finally, distributed ledgers may also significantly reduce costs, including the capital tied up in the correspondent banking network, and error rates.</p>\n<p>Trade finance, although a smaller sector than international correspondent banking, exhibits many of the same characteristics. It generates roughly $23 billion of direct banking revenues worldwide, supports many broader transaction banking relationships and suffers from extensive friction points. For example, about 50 percent of banks’ costs for a letter of credit arises from manual document handling and checking, which creates delays, errors and expense. That opens the door to huge potential improvements from distributed ledgers, though commercial offerings capitalizing on that possibility are still in early stages.</p>\n<blockquote>“Despite hesitancy among many banks, we see evidence that companies are finding ways to overcome technical and adoption hurdles to avoid getting left behind,” said <a href=\"http://www.bain.com/about/people-and-values/our-team/profiles/david-gunn.aspx\">David Gunn</a>, head of Bain’s payments team in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and the report’s co-author. “The wave of investment in digital currency start-ups clearly signals that payments channels are attracting a new degree of interest, and new competitors are changing customer expectations. Innovation is upon us, and doing nothing is not a viable option. The concept of using Steem currency to pay bloggers for using the platform generated increased levels of attention for the company and its digital currency. Apparently, that was not all that the move generated, as recent reports indicate that the cryptocurrency’s market capitalization has enjoyed a massive increase as well – growing from the pre-payout cap of $13 million to more than $260 million this week. How impressive is that growth? Ask Ripple and Litecoin, which have now seen Steem race past them to take its place as one of the most valuable digital currencies in existence. At the present moment, only Bitcoin and Ether are worth more.</p>\n<p>The Steemit platform has also reportedly enjoyed dramatic growth in its level of activity, with a tripling of new users, posts, transactions, and votes. Steemit’s blockchain has also been busy, as it now facilitates daily transactions that total in the hundreds of thousands of dollars. As the company’s CEO, Ned Scott, recently noted, ““People are recognizing the vast potential of a community-operated social networking platform. The Steemit team has created an online hub where users can monetize their time and their energies and share in the profits like never before.”<br>\n<strong>Ether Rallies as Hard Fork Looms</strong></p>\n<p>This week saw cryptocurrency Ether rise in value to more than $12 a coin, as the Ethereum community prepared for an impending hard fork that is designed to undo the recent theft of tens of millions of dollars from the company’s much-hyped DAO. By the end of the week, the currency had fallen to $11.50 – a price that still represented a weekly increase of more than 13%. Meanwhile, reports this week indicated that the hard fork plan had been essentially set, and that testing of the code was virtually complete. The hard fork is underway at this point, and all available information at this time indicates that the process should all be complete by July 20th, 2016.<br>\n<strong>Coinapult and Punto Pago to Bring 300 Bitcoin Kiosks to Columbia</strong></p>\n<p>Coinapult, the Panamanian company that includes Erik Voorhees among its founders, recently revealed that it has partnered with kiosk provider Punto Pago in an effort to bring a total of 300 Bitcoin kiosks to the people of Columbia. The warning served as a declaration that the FSMA does not recognize, authorize, or promote the digital currency. The declaration was reportedly prompted by internet claims that suggested that FSMA has expressed no opinion on OneCoin and that the currency was neither illegal or problematic. Apparently, the watchdog agency decided that the Facebook posting that made those claims was intended to leave the impression that the coin was operating in accordance with FSMA-enforced statutes and regulations. The agency maintains that none of the laws it enforces are applicable to any of OneCoin’s operations.</p>\n<p>OneCoin has been the subject of a great deal of attention since its launch, with Coin Telegraph reporting that the company’s owner has lied about her qualifications.
