      "body": "If you are new to Meditation, listen to my guided meditations because most of you, like me, are still in a dark place trying to find a way out, you are hurting, you feeling depressed, you feel lost, your emotions take the best of you because we live in our heads way too much, and forget to take charge and be in charge. My meditations start at the core, to get you to dig deep into your heart to hopefully bring awareness. And maybe find the link of how you got here. It helps you to look within and get to know yourself first. Knowing yourself takes work. To start work, you need to create a habit of self-reflection. Love is hard when you don’t know how to love yourself but expect someone else to love you. Everything begins with you, Love, Acceptance, Understanding, Care, Compassion, give this to yourself and be full of it. My channel is very new and it brings a new way to unfold, do some work on us and see how we, like a flower, blossom with joy. Whatever your question is, however you frame it, enter into it with emotional intensity and full imaginative engagement. Focusing on your desire to serve is asking to be roused into your real life. If we cultivate the habit of doing this service deliberately, our desire for service steadily grow stronger, and make, not only for your own happiness but that of the World At Large. We can think, I have this in mind, and I'll put it in the service of humanity. I have emotions, and I want to put those in service to humanity. I have these talents and abilities; I want to put them to service for Humanity. Compassion moves us to serve. Wisdom wants us to ask.  What is my real life? Or who am I?
