This impressive structure got it names from its designer: Gustave Eiffel. His company constructed it in 1887. It is the most-visited paid monument in the world with almost 7 million visitors entering the tower in 2015. Interesting fact to know was that the structure originally had a yellowish color, but later it was painted in its current color. It takes around 60.000 kilo paint to re-color the whole tower.
