      "body": "In your brain at the top of your spine is your Pineal gland and it has an important function. \n\nIt has Rods and Cones just like your eyes do and requires light to function. \n\nPoisonous heavy metal ions such as from Fluoride lodge themselves in the pineal gland and begin to calcify and harden it. \n\nThese poisons are absorbed through the skin,  lungs,  food and water. \n\nThese poisons are heavily used in food processing,  spray on deodorant,  engine exhausts (plane,  car,  industrial etc).\n\nYou are not awake if your pineal gland is calcified. You will experience brain fog, unclear thoughts,  thinking gives you a headache and you just 'go with the flow'. \n\nThe body does try to heal itself but it's everywhere ...\n\nHow to clear your pineal gland :\n\nSun gazing is an ancient thing.  Go outside *in the early-mid morning or evening when the sun is out * and begin to adjust your eyes slowly by looking at the sky for 2-3 minutes but not directly at the sun yet.  Once you can look around without squinting, squint your eyes and begin looking at the sun out of the corners of your eyes to begin with.  Another 2 minutes and you'll be able to squint directly at the sun.\nYou will see the 'rays' fade out and the sun will begin to look like the moon.\n\nDuring this process,  you will sneeze.  The earlier you sneeze,  the more calcified your pineal gland. \n(*UPDATE*)  The sneezing *may indicate the rapid production of Vitamin D components (the majority of vitamin D is produced through the eyes) and/or* helps dislodge the calcification which reacts quickly to the sunlight illuminating your brain through your semitransparent eyes.   Do this regularly and you will actually notice your mind becoming clearer.\n\nThe first few times i did it my eyes,  nose and throat were running. From Youtube videos?\n\nThe biggest difficulty is translating the knowledge into ACTION. Just become FIERCE and DECIDE to do it.\n\nStep 1. Get a good camera. A wearable camera is best like a GoPro Hero or similar. You can easily use the camera on your phone to start with though so need need to rush out and spend money on equipment right now. Learn this process and get better at it and you will realise when you need better equipment for certain things.\nGot it? OK.\n2. Whatever you do in your normal daily lives, whether it's as a car mechanic, student, makeup artist, painter, gardener, cook, waiter ... whatever you do in your daily lives is PERFECT FOR CREATING GREAT CONTENT. If you are changing the oil in your car, do a good clear recording of it with a commentary in English or in your own language and you can add subtitles later (additional effort). You will change the oil and at the same time tell your camera what you are doing each step of the way. Show the Oil you are going to use and why you selected it for your car. Show how you check the oil and how you drain the oil. Describe each bolt and which way to turn it and with which size wrench or spanner or other tool you use. As you become more experienced, you can add some humor or commentary. Make it informative and intelligent so that anyone can use it to change the oil in that car.\nOil Changed? OK.\n3. Create your Youtube channel. Use a name that you are comfortable being known as, even 10 years from now. Set it up properly, no scams or weird stuff, this is YOU and your own ORIGINAL CONTENT.\n4. Upload your video and THIS IS IMPORTANT, NAME IT PROPERLY. In this example, \"Changing the Oil on my 2012 Suzuki Swift\" or \" Lazy Sunday Oil change on Suzuki Swift 2012\" or something like that. It has to describe the CONTENT. This allows the algorithms to index the content properly and link to it in an intelligent manner, so if someone wants to know how to change the oil on their Suzuki swift 2012, they can see what tools they will need, what oil they should use, where the sump plug is etc. They will be pointed to your video by the search engines because you named it properly.\nUploaded? OK, basics done, but that's not all.\n5. You should upload videos REGULARLY. Between 1 and 3 videos per day is the MAXIMUM you should do. One a day is amazing but 2 or 3 a week is very good. The videos don't have to be related to each other AT ALL so your next video could be \"30 minutes, Trail 3, Margalla Hills, Islamabad F6 on Tuesday June 3rd 2016 with Maryam, Shehzad\" or \"Unboxing setup review iPhone 7 gold with bluetooth apple earbuds\" etc.\nOK?\n6. Once you have been doing this for 6 months or so depending on how many videos you upload and how regularly, you will begin to see a good amount of views to your channel and you will start to gain subscribers since ALL your content is real and original and probably useful and interesting. This is when you start making money from advertisers, adsense, youtube etc. Keep doing this. Make it a habit to record good video whenever you are doing something. Pretend it's something you want to show your children ... when you have them.\n7... and this is the MOST IMPORTANT POINT OF ALL :-) \nKnowledge is a thing to be shared and it is something you can do for those you care about. I care about YOU. \nThe key point is that you regularly add good, well labelled, subtitled if needed, CONTENT of a good variety that someone somewhere will find useful or interesting at least once and that you keep adding it regularly. Right now, my process is just trail and error sketching things from my imagination. It's usually a while before something sticks.
