      "body": "http://morpheus.topfilm.center/Fotos/Morpheus/Morpheus01.jpg\n\nHi Everyone,\n\nToday we will explore the theory of matter with som basic logics and common sense. \nSpoiler alert: It wont survive!\n\nAt this very moment. What is your experience?\nIf all of your senses are working, you are probably experiencing sound, smell, taste, vision and some kinetic experiences. Maybe butt-against-sofa or strained-arm-holding-phone.\nWhat more? There is maybe some emotions and thoughts... probably...a lot of thoughts.\n\nWell, that is pretty much it. That is what we can say about our experience this moment. \nAnd not only that. – That is all that ANYONE can say about any given moment. \nIf some beings have more or less amounts of sensory experiences, they can add to that previous list of labels.\nBut that wont change the fact that All we ever know is _one stream of experience_.\nWe can apparently divide and label that experience however our minds pleases to.\nBut that doesn't change the fact that we only truly experience: A pure stream of lable-less experience. \n\nSo, check for your self. Isn't that all that is going on? Really, check. At any given moment.\n\nSo, having this very simple and factual base, we can know that _Anything_ we conclude or derive from this stream of experience, is by nature a _Theory_. \n\nI hope this part is clear. Otherwise, don't waste your time to continue ;)\n\nSo, by now we are all in the same boat. We all seem to be experiencing:\n- Being aware of a ever changing stream of experiences.\n- Nothing else. (important point) ;)\n\nSince our fearful minds seem slightly uncomfortable with not understanding the source of life, it kind of have make up something. So we have all this funny theories/philosophies that we look at life through.\n\nHere is a few popular ones:\n\nMatter theory says:\n– Somehow suddenly there was matter..shhh!. And that through evolution explains why you are having your current experience and existence. And yeah... consciousness? yes, matter creates that...and eh..., at the same time consciousness is needed for matter to have any aspects...ehm...hmm.\noh,  and the fact that we haven't  even found any matter yet? ...ehm..maybe we will someday? Stop asking please. \nGo to your work!\n\nMatrix/simulation says:\n–We are all being feed all our experience through a computer simulation. And the ones who created the simulation? ehm...i don't know. Maybe they know? ask them... stop asking and have your mind kind of blown please.\n\nPopular Christianity/Islam/Judaism etc says:\n– Somehow suddenly there was a god somewhere. And he(?) makes you experience this current stream of experiences for some reason.  Yes, in some ways similar to the matter theory. Thats why they like to fight so much :D\n\nand so on... \n\nWe could make up endless more equally clever theories now.\nlets make one:\n\nBanana theory:\nthere is a giant unknowable banana that makes everything just the way it is. \n\n(That one is almost more difficult to argue against than the more popular and ancient ones :D )\n\nSo, back to the point!\n\nWhat they all have in common is that they are THEORIES. They are all ideas, and are mentally arrived at from thinking about ...pretty much the experience that you are having now. \n\nAnother thing they have in common is that they are all quite un-satisfactory. Most theories (except the banana) have experiences they fail to explain, even within their own playground. \nThats probably why many people tend to make a personal cocktail of theories that they slightly upgrade as they go along.\n\n\nWhy the hell am I stating all this?\n\nBecause I teach meditation and these belief system...yes, all of them, seem to be a great source of trouble.\n\nLife does not need to explain it self to your limited thinking capacity. \n\nAny theory you look at light through, will definition color it and limit it.\n\nI would suggest anyone to put down your theory and go for a walk.\n\nWalk while not knowing who you are, and where you are. \nNot knowing why or how anything exist. \n\nSee what happens.\n\nSee if it is that is not more true than what you normally believe.\n\nPlease post your experiences!\n\n\nLove you all!\n/ Navid\n\n\n![](https://steemitimages.com/DQmQcYY1FKQcLX5netbCUzg632aHGTn8sxbog1aD1dSduNX/image.png)![]",

Make this your own truth, or throw it away.\n\nSo, today, we will turn our attention around.\n\nInstead of focusing our attention on our experiences, we will turn our attention to our Self. \nWe will turn our attention back to _that which is aware_ of our experience.\n\nThis exercise is very simple. Just dedicate a few minutes and do it properly.\n\n1. Sit comfortably and relax. Take a couple of deep breaths.\n\n2. Focus on your _Direct Experience_, such as sounds, colours and shapes of the current scene. Give this around 10 seconds.\n\n3. Now, Focus for another 10 seconds on the sense of just being. Just the total sense of existing.\n\n4. Now, ask your direct experience: -What is it _that is aware_ of the current life-experience?\n\n- Remember now from the previous steps: WE ARE NOT INTERESTED in what the mind wants to answer. The minds answer will always be labels, concepts, ideas, opinions etc - we wont settle with those copouts here.. We want to find the real deal :) \n\n- So keep to your direct experience and ask your self again: -What is it _that is aware_ of my existence, of my thoughts, of my experiences. What is aware of me even doing this exercise?  - Let your direct experience answer without words.\n\nGive this exercise at least 3-5 minutes and be sincere. You are exploring who you really are, behind all the ideas your mind have about you. Just dedicate a few minutes and do it properly.\n\n1. Sit comfortably and relax. Take a couple of deep breaths.\n\n2. Focus on your _Direct Experience_, such as sounds, colours and shapes of the current scene. Give this around 10 seconds.\n\n3. Now, Focus for another 10 seconds on the sense of just being. Just the total sense of existing.\n\n4. Now, ask your direct experience: -What is it _that is aware_ of the current life-experience?\n\n- Remember now from the previous steps: WE ARE NOT INTERESTED in what the mind wants to answer. The minds answer will always be labels, concepts, ideas, opinions etc - we wont settle with those copouts here.. We want to find the real deal :) \n\n- So keep to your direct experience and ask your self again: -What is it _that is aware_ of my existence, of my thoughts, of my experiences. What is aware of me even doing this exercise?  - Let your direct experience answer without words.\n\nGive this exercise at least 3-5 minutes and be sincere. You are exploring who you really are, behind all the ideas your mind have about you.
