WHEN FEAR WEAKENS.\n\nYes, I have felt and I believe it or rather I am sure that many of you have also felt it. Invade the days, the nights, the daily works, sometimes it deconcentrates us and particularly to me, the fear and the anguish of physical way in the stomach part attack me very much. How difficult it is to control that sometimes, I think it is one of my biggest flaws, my thoughts go crazy and invent any madness based on the fear that I am feeling. It is hard work to deal with that until I return to my state of stillness, peace and serenity. I feel that sometimes my thoughts handle me more than myself. It is a battle that I have had to experience.       "body": "![miedo.JPG](https://steemitimages.com/DQmcUYpwUywetGa4o2osBQ9Zx78JA6s3UQwHzAAfZENVZKh/miedo.JPG)\n\nDicen que el miedo, es una respuesta natural del ser humano ante cualquier situacion de riesgo, que nos obliga a protegernos de alguna manera; pero cuantas veces hemos sentido en la vida un miedo paralizador, que nos invade, que nos estresa, que nos genera sensaciones muy incomoda y \"malucas\" en la mente y en el cuerpo.... CUANDO EL MIEDO NOS PARALIZA. \n\nSi, yo le he sentido y creo o mejor dicho estoy segura que muchos de ustedes también lo han sentido.  Invade los días, las noches, los trabajos diarios, a veces nos desconcentra y particularmente a mi, me ataca muchísimo el miedo y la angustia de manera física en la parte estomacal. Que difícil es controlar eso a veces, creo que es uno de mis mayores defectos, mis pensamientos enloquecen y se inventan cualquier locura en base al miedo que este sintiendo. Es un trabajo duro lidiar con eso hasta volver a mi estado de quietud, paz y serenidad. Siento que a veces mis pensamientos me manejan mas que yo misma. Es una batalla que me ha tocado experimentar.
