      "body": "মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি আমরা কমবেশি সবাই দেখেছি মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি সাধারণত মাছ খেয়ে থাকে তারা সব সময় জলের ধারে থাকে মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি অনেক সময় দেখা যায় জলের আশে পাশে থাকতে। মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি অতটা বড় হয় না তোমার সঙ্গে বাকি সব সময় ছোট মাছগুলো শিকার করে থাকে। মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি দেখতে অনেক সুন্দর। এই পাখিগুলো মাঝারি সাইজের হয়ে থাকে। মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি সশস্ত্র দেখতে পাওয়া যায় নদীর ধারে বা পুকুরের পাশাপাশি। মাছ খেয়ে জীবন ধারন করে থাকে তাই হয়তো এদের নাম মাছরাঙ্গা দেওয়া হয়েছে। এই পাখিগুলো ঠোঁট আকার একটু বড় হয়ে থাকে এরা মাছ শিকার করে পুকুর থেকে। এর মাস স্বীকারের পদ্ধতি অনেক ভালো। মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি গুলো দেখতে খুবই সুন্দর হয়। এরা ভালো উড়তে পারে। মাছরাঙ্গা পাখি আসলে খাওয়া যায় না। এই পাখি কেউ খায় না। তাই এই পাখির সংখ্যা অনেক। অনেক পাখি আছে যে পাখিগুলো খাওয়া যায়। সে পাখি গুলো তাড়াতাড়ি বিলুপ্তের মুখে চলে যায়।",

      "body": "বগুড়া জেলার ঐতিহ্যবাহী দই বিশ্বজুড়ে খ্যাতি করেছে৷ দুই অনেক পুষ্টিকর একটি খাদ্য। দই মূলত দুধ দিয়ে তৈরি করা হয়। দই এর পুষ্টিগুণ অনেক। দই সকলেই পছন্দ করেন। হিন্দুরা চিড়া দিয়ে দই খেতে পছন্দ করেন। আমারও দুই খেতে ভালো লাগে। আমাদের এলাকায় এখন বর্তমানে দই তৈরি করা হয়। তবে সেগুলো বগুড়ার দই এর মত অতটা সুস্বাদু হয় না। আমাদের এখানে বগুড়া নামের একটি দই এর হোটেল রয়েছে। সেখানে বগুড়ার দই তৈরি করা হয়। আমাদের স্থানীয় বানানো দইয়ের কালার হয় সাদা। বগুড়ার দই গুলো কমলা বর্ণের হয়ে থাকে। বগুড়ার দই আসলেই অনেক সুস্বাদু লাগে। বিয়ে বাড়ির অনুষ্ঠানে দই ছাড়া চলেই না। এক জায়গায় অতিথি আপ্যায়নের জন্য বিয়ে বাড়িতে দই এর ব্যবস্থা করা হয়। দই হজম শক্তি বৃদ্ধি করে। দই শরীরকে ঠান্ডা রাখে। দই যেহেতু দুধ দিয়ে তৈরি করা হয় এতে অনেক পুষ্টিগুণ থাক। দই দুই ধরনের হয়ে থাকে একটি হল টক দই আর একটি হলো মিষ্টি দই। টক দই আমাদের শরীরের জন্য অনেক উপকারী। অনেকেই টক দই খেতে পছন্দ করেন। টক দই দিয়ে বোরহানি তৈরি করা হয়। টক দই দিয়ে লাচ্ছি তৈরি করা হয়।",
