      "body": "... by being too early 🙂\n\nYesterday, we packed our things, checked it off the hotel, took the train to the airport, went to the check-in. The lady couldn't find your reservation. When we showed her paperwork, she saw we were actually booked for **tomorrow**! \n\nI don't know how we messed that up, but we did. Counting the days can become a challenge with different timezones and such. Anyway, I'm happy we were early rather than late, because early can be fixed by waiting. So we returned to Vancouver and found another hotel.",

      "body": "On Saturday we had perfect conditions for a cruise: sunny, windy, calm seas. It felt faster though! Tidal currents slowed us down a lot: the water leaving for low tide makes for turbulence whenever islands form narrow passages. That can lead to awesome sailing with zero gain against the land, just as swimming in a river. \n\nAfterwards, we took the dingy for a small spin in the harbor, and returned home totally exhausted and very happy! \n\nStay tuned for dad shooting two semi automatic rifles and all of us visiting amazing tidal pools with lots of marine life at Botanical Beach!",

Most people who bring bones to get are researchers that want to know the what an animal, for example a sea lion,  eat. They collect sea lion poop, clean it until only very clean and dry bones and bone fragments remain, and bring those to my aunt. She then looks at the bones and can tell straight away: I see a swan and some salmon.       "title": "The nice Iranian and how we found a ship",
      "body": "We had a looong flight to Vancouver, really long. And while I liked the entertainmant a lot, mum had a very uncomfortable time. You have to know that she is making my brother. She has been doing so for a while, but she says it will still take much longer. And because my brother is inside her, she always has to use the restroom a lot. That means this guy next to dad always had to get up to let us go to the bathroom. After a while we thought he might get annoyed by that, because sometimes dad even had to wake him up. But that wasn't the case at all.  He was very gentle and always smiled and actually seemed to care. \n\nAfter a while he asked if mum was pregnant, and told us he knew because his wife had the same problems when she was. He told us not to worry and gave some hints on how to make the situation more comfy. We were happy to have such a nice neighbor and kind of surprised that a guy from Iran was so gentle and knew so much about women. Dad admitted he might have had the prejudice that iranian men are less caring about their women and not interested in participating in women-things like being pregnant. But now he knows he was very wrong, because we met this nice Iranian on the plane who knew so much about women and cared a lot. \n\nAfter the flight to Vancouver we had to use the train and then the bus and then the ferry to get to Victoria. That took four hours and Mum  was feeling bad all the time. My aunt is making a baby brother for my niece. She will be finished soon and has a very big belly. \n\nThe next day we went to the beach. There, a ship was lying in the sand on its belly. And now the city had to take care of it, because once it is on the beach, it belongs to the city. That means he told the city HE would move the ship off the beach. And if he does that, he can keep the ship. So it is like he found it and now it is his. Mum and dad didn't know it worked that way and where a little excited, because maybe one day they will find a ship, too! \n\nBut if the old owner wants the ship back, he can still get it. He has to pay the new owner all expenses, though. The man who claimed the ship didn't want that.
