bodyOne of the most common questions people ask before getting inked is, Does getting a tattoo hurt The answer depends on factors like pain tolerance, <a href="https://www.innervisionstattoo.com/">Tattoo shops Las Vegas</a>. Areas with more bone or thin skin, such as ribs or ankles, tend to be more painful than fleshier areas like thighs or upper arms. Tattoo shops in Las Vegas offer expert artists who can help minimize discomfort by using advanced techniques and numbing creams. While the pain is temporary, the beauty of a well-crafted tattoo lasts a lifetime. If you're prepared, the experience is worth it!

titleA Healthy Lifestyle, Increases Happiness Naturally
bodyIn many aspects, a lifestyle that optimizes your health will also help you achieve a joyful and happier mood. You cannot separate physical health from your mental or emotional health. Once you adopt an attitude of happiness and even before doing so, it will help you to keep your mood elevated naturally, even in the midst of tension. Happy people tend to be healthy people and vice versa. So the following lifestyle strategies will also help you achieve higher levels of happiness. ![Healthy Lifestyle](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2017/04/22/10/15/sport-2250970_960_720.jpg) 1. Use an effective tool to control stress; Meditation, Yoga, Exercise etc. 2. Drink plenty of clean water 3. Limit your exposure to toxins 4. Eat healthy fats 5. Eat plenty of raw, ideally organic and / or locally grown foods 6. Optimize your insulin and lepton levels by eliminating sugar / fructose and grains from your diet, and add high-intensity interval training to your exercise routine 7. Exercise regularly 8. Sleep well enough Your diet plays an important role in your overall health, so it is reasonable that the wellness goals you set this year - especially if it is difficult for you to have optimal health - focus on consuming the right foods. ![Healthy Food](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2017/10/09/19/29/eat-2834549_960_720.jpg) > But keep in mind the following: Food is only one of the bases of good health. There are many more aspects that you should consider. If you are really committed to radiating good health this year, this is the guide that will lead you to enduring success. I am going to share health information / tips and more on a regular basis that will allow you to achieve optimal wellness. Whether you're starting from scratch or just looking to maintain your health, I think these are the strategies that will most benefit you. These tips include: • The vital nutrients you may not be getting (and where you can get them) • Nutritional and physical fitness techniques to help regulate your blood pressure levels • The food additive that you should avoid at all costs - but that hides in many processed foods. ![Happiness](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/11/03/03/56/adult-1793402_960_720.jpg) These are just the tip of the iceberg. I guarantee you will learn much more! Every day you will receive a new board, so you will have something to look forward to!

Once you have identified that activity - no matter what it is - you can begin to focus your mind on it so that your life is predetermined to do more of that • Things as simple as eating light, talking less and listening more, turning off the television and going outdoors to enjoy nature and get some sun, all this could bring more joy to your life • Positive reflections, affirmations and mantras play an important role in happiness, just like a gratitude journal, and look for reasons to laugh and express oneself creatively We all strive to be happy and to have a good sense of joy in our lives. Like many, you probably think that achievements such as education, marriage, family and social / financial status can make you happy. However, studies on happiness have found that these achievements have little to do with their happiness. And for millions of people, happiness remains an elusive goal. Most of the time, the small and simple things in life are the ones that bring the greatest joy and are the most invigorating. > "When I tune in to the simple things that give me joy, my body and my spirit light up, I feel really alive and tremendously happy, I feel free from the heavier burdens, beliefs and complicated constructions that only make me focus on the difficulties of life." # 12 Tips for Living Happy, Free and Excited ![Happiness](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2014/04/26/04/25/fitness-332278_960_720.jpg) ### 1. Write a list of simple things that give you pleasure... do them at least a couple of times a week Write down things that give you a sense of pleasure and happiness, and check the list regularly, that will be a reminder telling you to take some time to do those simple little things that reinforce the belief that life is good. ### 2. Move Exercise increases chemical levels that benefit brain health, such as serotonin, dopamine, and nor-epinephrine, which can help buffer some of the effects of stress and relieve some symptoms of depression. Instead of seeing exercise as a simple tool to lose weight and prevent disease - all the benefits that arise in the future - try to see exercise as a daily tool to immediately improve your mood, reduce stress and feel more happy. ![Exercise](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/10/21/17/55/woman-1758622_960_720.jpg) ### 3. Eat Light and Properly What you eat directly affects your mood and energy levels, both in the short and long term. Eating well can cause the body and brain to be focused on happiness while eating processed foods will make you feel exhausted and prone to chronic diseases. The same happens with the excess of food, which makes you feel bloated and exhausted. ### 4. Bath with Cold Water Exposure to cold temperatures through cold water can offer benefits to almost everyone. Bathing with cold water increases circulation and helps minimize inflammation. It also tends to make you feel energized. It's a great thing to do it in the morning or after exercise. ![Bath with Cold Water](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/09/18/11/05/bath-1677843_960_720.jpg) ### 5. Talk Less - Listen More Talk less and listening more can help improve the communication of the heart. Listening helps you immerse yourself in the wisdom of others and allows you to relax your mind at the same time. Deciding to listen can help you feel happy while helping you get different perspectives. ### 6. Take Sun Every Day Have you ever noticed how great it feels to spend time outdoors on a sunny day? Well, it turns out that safe sun exposure allows your body to produce vitamin D and this is very good for your mood. ![Sun Bath](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/07/16/14/05/sunbathing-1521962_960_720.jpg) ### 7. Turn off the TV Evidence shows that decreasing television viewing time can add years to your life. According to one study, every hour of television you watch is equivalent to a 22-minute reduction in your life expectancy. Watching television also has a major impact on the chemistry of your brain. In fact, the more you watch TV, the easier your brain activates the receptive and passive mode, which means that messages are transmitted in your brain without your participation. Therefore, instead of turning off your brain, why not turn off the television and participate vigorously in some pleasant activity. ![Turn off the TV](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2012/03/02/11/12/black-21166_960_720.jpg) ### 8. Be Creative You do not have to be an artist to be creative. Creativity can take any form, from gardening to cooking, dancing and singing, to undertake a new hobby. ### 9. Enjoy Nature Spending time in nature is an excellent "medicine" for mental health, and while you are enjoying yourself, take off your shoes (as long as it is safe to do so.) Walk barefoot and / or bury yourself on the ground, have a wide range of health benefits, beyond the simple feeling of connection with Mother Earth. Create a garden, it does not matter if you have a small space, there is always enough space for some plants. ### 10. Know the truth about yourself Positive reflections and mantras play an important role in happiness. > "With enthusiasm and confidence, manifest what you consider to be true about your authentic self. Ask yourself: "What is true about me right now?" For example, "I am worth it, I am worthy, I am good, I am loved, I have what I need, or I am successful. Indicate this statement aloud a couple of times to personify the essence of who it really is at the moment. Accept it! Believe this and you will be free! " ### 11. Express gratitude People who are grateful for what they have are more able to cope with stress and have more positive emotions. The best way to harness the positive power of gratitude is through a gratitude journal or a list, in which you write actively and accurately what you are grateful for. Doing that has been linked to a better mood, greater happiness, greater optimism and better physical health. Remember that your future depends to a large extent on the thoughts you have today. So think positive things, have hope, trust, love and success. A simple habit to start is to express gratitude at each meal, either loudly or silently, whatever works best for you. ![Express Gratitude](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/02/19/10/28/thanks-1209247_960_720.jpg) ### 12. Laugh! Laughing causes the body to release chemicals called natural "analgesic" endorphins that contribute to your sense of well-being and can counteract the effects of stress hormones and cause blood vessels to dilate. Researchers have found that just by anticipating a smile you can increase your levels of endorphins, while laughter can help boost your immune system and reduce inflammation in your body, which is linked to a variety of diseases. Therefore, if you like to watch TV, be sure to watch something really funny. So that you can laugh, smile and be happy ultimately – Eventually that’s the only Goal. ![Laugh Smile](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2018/09/13/05/19/laugh-3673836_960_720.jpg) > ***Stay Happy :) Stay Blessed***

titleHow to get your Article on the first page of Google? - Simple Tips - Part 2
body# THE RIGHT CHOICE OF KEYWORDS AND HOW TO USE THEM ![Keywords](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2017/02/06/00/22/keywords-letters-2041816_960_720.jpg) ## WHY KEYWORDS AND WHERE TO INTEGRATE THEM? As the name indicates, keywords are key words that you will have to choose to be found via the search engines. They will help make you appear on the first page of google. Once selected, you will have to integrate each one directly in your article as well as in your **meta html tags**, if you have made your own website. And **(html file)** or in the "add my keywords" box if you are on **WordPress** (help yourself with an SEO extension). ## BUT THEN HOW TO CHOOSE THEM? Choose words related to your article that will differentiate you from your competitors. A well known book **"Blue Ocean Strategy"** explains that it is better to fight against the blue ocean than against the red ocean. Here is an example that will help you understand this expression: ![Choose Keywords](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2015/02/01/20/50/structure-620304_960_720.jpg) You are a wedding planner and you decide to write an article on **"How to choose your wedding planner"**. If you determine a keyword like **"wedding planner in Australia"** or even **"wedding planner in Adelaide"**, you will still face a tough competition (the red ocean). Except bloggers with a community that already follows them and can hope to escape this rule. Your item will be drowned in the mass with almost no chance of getting out. At first, before having more traffic, choose to do what we call Market Mapping to touch the blue ocean, less saturated with the competition. You can take as keywords for example **"wedding planner in [my city] or [my district]"**. The number of searches with this title will be lower, but you will have a much better chance of making your blog article appear on the front page of google and win a click on your blog. The advantage is that you will gain traffic. Once again, you will be rewarded because, in addition to the quality of the content (seen above), traffic density is also part of a criterion that will determine your place in the search results. ## HOW MANY KEYWORDS TO CHOOSE TO MAKE YOUR ARTICLE APPEAR ON THE FIRST PAGE OF GOOGLE? ![20 Keywords](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2015/09/26/16/25/mailbox-959299_960_720.jpg) There is not really a rule but twenty words are enough. Determine a **"main" keyword** that will be placed several times in your text in different places. Again here, be careful not to abuse it else you will be penalized if Google sees that you have tried to cheat. **How to make them visible to Google?** Each keyword should be in bold if you are on WordPress or other blog editor or in the **tags <strong>** if you do your own site. # AWARENESS Google loves that the link of your article / page / blog is quoted in other sites. This is what we call **Hyperlink**. ### But be careful there are also rules to respect: Do not show your link on a site that has nothing to do with your theme. In other words, do not rush after **"read my article"** by calling your friend who sells cars to put your wedding blog on his pages. There will be of no effect, of no use at all and Google will see that you have **tried to cheat**. ![Hyperlink](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2019/03/28/22/23/link-4088190_960_720.png) ## IN SHORT *In conclusion, you will understand, do not challenge the intelligence of Google. You could pay the price of your audacity by losing places on your SEO. Maintain a requirement that matches the expectations of the search engine. Google will reward you by making you its star on its results page.* *This is well worth the few efforts mentioned in this article. Also, to share it with you; In less than 2.5 months I managed to be on the first page of google. Note that there is no immediate result for SEO. You will reap the fruits of your labor, whether good or bad a few weeks later. If you have any questions or queries about how to appear on the first page google or anything else you would like to know about, just indicate them in comments below and I would be happy to answer.*

Determine a **\"main\" keyword** that will be placed several times in your text in different places.\n\nAgain here, be careful not to abuse it else you will be penalized if Google sees that you have tried to cheat. **How to make them visible to Google?** Each keyword should be in bold if you are on WordPress or other blog editor or in the **tags <strong>** if you do your own site.\n\n# AWARENESS\n\nGoogle loves that the link of your article / page / blog is quoted in other sites. This is what we call **Hyperlink**.\n\n### But be careful there are also rules to respect:\n\nDo not show your link on a site that has nothing to do with your theme. In other words, do not rush after **\"read my article\"** by calling your friend who sells cars to put your wedding blog on his pages. There will be of no effect, of no use at all and Google will see that you have **tried to cheat**.\n\n![Hyperlink](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2019/03/28/22/23/link-4088190_960_720.png)\n\n## IN SHORT\n\n*In conclusion, you will understand, do not challenge the intelligence of Google. You could pay the price of your audacity by losing places on your SEO. Maintain a requirement that matches the expectations of the search engine. Google will reward you by making you its star on its results page.*\n\n*This is well worth the few efforts mentioned in this article. Also, to share it with you; In less than 2.5 months I managed to be on the first page of google. Note that there is no immediate result for SEO. You will reap the fruits of your labor, whether good or bad a few weeks later. If you have any questions or queries about how to appear on the first page google or anything else you would like to know about, just indicate them in comments below and I would be happy to answer.*",

titleHow to get your Article on the first page of Google? - Simple Tips - Part 1
bodyAre you tired of writing articles on your blog that **never show up on Google?** You probably do not master web referencing. Here are some **valuable tips on how to appear on the first page of google**. ![Google Search](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2015/02/02/15/28/bar-621033_960_720.jpg) # THE QUALITY OF YOUR CONTENT Be aware that when you publish an article, **robots from Google (robot.txt - that's what they're called)** will go through your article. They are able to & have the intelligence to determine if your content is of quality or not. Google will then assign you a note that will index your article to a position in the SERP search results pages. But then what are the rules to respect to improve your rankings and **how to appear on the first page google** and thus gain visibility: ## A GOOD GRIP IS BETTER THAN 1000 FALSE WORDS An article that will have, for example; **1500 words will be privileged to an article of 200 words**. However, be careful, do not make content for content - just for the sake of it. Indeed, Google will not make you go to the front page for this reason, it would be too easy. It will be able to determine if the information provided may be valid in the eyes of your readers or not. **So bring a lot of quality information**. Google will reward your efforts. Just make sure, you're delivering quality - **that's what matters for Google**. ## THE PARAPHRASE WILL PENALIZE YOUR SEO ![THE PARAPHRASE WILL PENALIZE YOUR SEO](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2015/01/31/12/00/seo-618434_960_720.jpg) **Never copy and paste another article** from the web or try to rewrite content partially. Google will see the duplicate immediately. So do not cheat. Do not take a piece of any articles to paste it on your blog at all. You will **receive a penalty** that may cost you a lot for your ranking in the months following this step. ## PAY ATTENTION TO THE SYNTAX Google is very well able to determine if you've written an article carefully that is making any sense or just written it for the heck of it. It has the power to access whether the article was written attentively or if you neglected its writing. If you have the idea **but your writing is not strong then choose another option**. Maybe you can get your Articles written by someone else; Hire professional writer/s, your friends or anyone in your family. But make sure it's going to be a great piece of information. ## THINK ABOUT EMBEDDING IMAGES ![THINK ABOUT EMBEDDING IMAGES](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2014/02/02/17/40/photo-256888_960_720.jpg) Google loves articles with photos and will quickly index them in the search results. Hence, make sure that every article your write has **relevant and meaningful images embedded**. ## TO DISTINGUISH ONESELF Does your article really bring a plus, compared to other articles on the same topic? Remember to stand out with original content that will make your blog article on the **first page google more easily**. ## OTHER FACTORS Though there are a few other factors / points as well that I would cover in the next Article. However, these are the top most important points that one needs to **cover while writing Articles / Blog Posts**. These points will surely help you to get good rankings on Google. ![SEO List](https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2016/02/18/14/42/syndicate-1207270_960_720.jpg) ## CONCLUSION *In short, just make sure you **write your own original content**, relevant & quality of the content is maintained. Your Article must make sense and the reader should get his **answers / some help** by reading your article. People make a search query on Google as they're seeking an answer to their question. Hence, your article must answer their questions. **Don't copy and paste**, write your own content in your own simple words that readers would love to receive / read. Whenever you write an article on any given topic, search for some **relevant images** that are somehow related to that particular topic / niche and **embed those images in your Article**.* *At last, if you need success in writing articles and in appearing on the first page of Google then do this: **If you think of making money with your articles, it's not going to work at all. Rather think of serving, giving service / answers or helping your readers and it's surely going to boost your rankings. Always write articles to help others to get answers to their queries, solutions to their problems and you'll ultimately find your article on the first page of Google**.* ***Best of Luck!***

titleThe Australian Gold Coast - Awesome Place to Travel
body![Gold_Coast_summer,_Burleigh_Heads_Beach.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcv1Hw83YwHJXj7iZCEoSwVh1NzAXNHfwe8U76cu8yC8R/Gold_Coast_summer,_Burleigh_Heads_Beach.jpg) After our stay in Brisbane, we were now faced with two new days of travel that would lead us to Sydney. As I mentioned earlier, the only way to visit all the cities we wanted was to travel by road in long journeys, and for that reason we had to divide them carefully so that they would not become exhausting. The tactic consisted of spending a day or two on the road to the next important town on the itinerary, but with a pleasant route full of little surprises that gave it an incentive, so that, when it reached its destination, it could rest for another two or three days and Avoid car embarrassment. ![Gold_Coast_Australia.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmc665mocFJ1Ks948GoD6JgeeVxkonfEMhqToSjqF4MUUG/Gold_Coast_Australia.jpg) In this case, we start from Brisbane with the first lights of the morning, and it would be very nice to say that it was to contemplate the sunrise, although the real reason was to avoid the crowds of traffic of any working day. Well, it turned out that at the time of departure, most of the people were already working, which made the play fatal but we came out to ask for it, as we left the city on the main road with a fluid future. vehicles. ![111.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmReTWN6xp1R8eYN7PWdmfiPWADxkd6fU6hxUdaVeweaxi/111.jpg) The first part of the day was certainly monotonous, although as the road approached the sea, our spirits rose, which perhaps contributed to the breakfast we got between the chest and the back. We arrived in the town of Byron Bay, a small tourist town located in the state of New South Wales, and considered one of the most privileged areas of the east coast of Australia for surfing. Otherwise the day went by without major shocks, except the one produced by a giant shrimp that surprised us when crossing the small nucleus of Ballina. Suddenly, the giant monster emerged on the side of the road with two bulging black eyes and produced a sudden stop in our car and in my heart. ![gold-coast-3030315_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmX1zamTUjukmXHgyZ5o2TeruFnJvuLeReownb7qxL4DfE/gold-coast-3030315_960_720.jpg) As revenge, we penetrated the fast food bar located under his knuckles and gave a good account of what were surely individuals of his offspring, so that at ten in the morning we had delighted with an appetizing menu of prawns, squid and chips in an authentic orgy of food with clear American influences. Fed up with the frying, we continued until we found a congenial dessert in our stomachs, and here at Coffs Harbor we discovered the "Banana Gigante", a banana of considerable dimensions, through which you reach a coffee shop where they prepare the bananas in all the unimaginable ways. I really could not imagine it, since we listened with great interest to the explanations of the waitress, without understanding anything, and then put a friendly face and point to the nearest table indicating that they served us what a fat lady ate with great enthusiasm; - with chocolate, syrup, vanilla, ketchup, mustard or pebbles from the field? - If he did not say that, it was something similar, but we opted to take it with chocolate, and after a few brief moments of intrigue a magnificent banana milkshake appeared before our eyes, inside which we could see a huge banana covered in chocolate. ![11.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSBiT7ADDpKwJ8XaYdj1WEuVsJdiYBSgeW4LidTnPUvyk/11.jpg) There were no more incidents until the arrival at Port Macquarie, one of the tourist places par excellence due to its great weather, and that received us with a "great" rain. My biggest interest in the place was to visit the Koalas Hospital, where people take these cute animals when they find them abandoned or injured. The place was closed, but we had occasion to walk between the different hospital cages and discovered that the koalas have the insane habit of jumping on the road from the eucalyptus where they live, always to be able, that a powerful vehicle comes close to high speed. This entails an alarming number of casualties and a high percentage of orphans, so many of the koalas that we could contemplate had been welcomed at an early age and had to learn to defend themselves before returning to Nature. Another of the pleasant surprises that the city gave us was the beach of Las Conchas, Shelly Beach. It is a beautiful beach whose sand, as its name already indicates, is covered with millions of small snails discarded on the shore by the waves. ![Gold_coast_surfers_paradise_Australia.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmVLA3GVfpmmExEBMvpEnin1Tfs9tmw8QJhgCycmM7SdRb/Gold_coast_surfers_paradise_Australia.jpg) The contemplation of such a landscape was worthwhile, but what was really fascinating was that when the sand ended, without solution of continuity, stood an insurmountable wall of trees and shrubs that formed a natural park located within the city itself. Looking to the right you could see a calm and bewitching ocean, looking to the left, less than 30 meters away, the view ran into a humid and dark jungle as if it were the heart of the Amazon. All this perfectly delimited by a belt of elegant casitas, whose tenants would not dare to enter their peculiar surrounding garden, unless they were well equipped with compass, food and water for several days. The magic of Port Macquarie tried to hold us back, but the trip had to continue and, with great sorrow, we left the idyllic place while the red dawn that was coming from the sea waved us goodbye.

Before embarking on your trip to the Fiji Islands, there are some things you might be interested in knowing: ## Where are the Fiji Islands? ![3526766899_5a0f427b18_b.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPUxCiTT7KimzVJX9cyYXKheii5fGTPQDH197bVRDyGmE/3526766899_5a0f427b18_b.jpg) This doubt pursues more than one traveler, since these islands are in a small corner of the world and not many know where the Fiji Islands are. To know **where the Fiji Islands are**, you must first know that it is an island country, located in **Oceania**. They are east of Australia and south (1,930 kilometers) of Ecuador. The Fiji Islands are a group of islands, 322 specifically, of which 105 have been depopulated. Of the inhabited islands, the largest and most important are Vanua Levu and Viti Levu. The capital of the Fiji Islands, **Suva**, is in the last mentioned. In the following map you can see precisely where the Fiji Islands are. ## Fiji Islands hotels ![FIJI_MUSEUM,_SUVA,_FIJI_ISLANDS.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPHxEVocWFJYX8A5Cebx3K3LkZdJH92CWM67pU44XpaM4/FIJI_MUSEUM,_SUVA,_FIJI_ISLANDS.jpg) If for something besides its paradisiacal beaches the **Fiji Islands** are characterized, it is for its hotels. This great hotel is in Nadi, 20 minutes from the airport and 3 from the marina of Port Denarau. In **Happy Holidays you will** find many more hotels besides those mentioned so that your trip to the Fiji Islands is unique and unforgettable. ## The climate in the Fiji Islands ![children-480112_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSHr4PpKS91y3BgcAqhzT2Wp5HE32yHLVQynG4a9v4DMx/children-480112_960_720.jpg) If you plan to **travel to the Fiji Islands**, you must know the temperature and climate in the Fiji Islands. Although here you will not know the time you will do every day in this place, if you have a little guidance on what is the best time to travel to the Fiji Islands. You should know that we do not find a tropical climate, where the average temperature ranges between **20ºC and 30ºC**, depending clearly on the season in which you find yourself. The climate in the Fiji Islands is divided into the two seasons of which it is composed: The rainy season and the dry season. titleMeditation: What Benefits does it give us?
body<html> <p>https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmSHL17eQef3XACMYWzdTCMFCYJxp2QFie6EnR4yFx3QLV/photo-1506718468845-7578aa47670b.jpg</p> <p>Did you know that <strong>we ourselves have the power to change our minds and improve our well-being?</strong> One of the best ways to do this is through the practice of meditation. What are the benefits of meditation?</p> <p><strong>Meditating is the path we can choose to reduce the pressure, stress</strong> and concerns that address us on a daily basis. When we meditate we provide a space to restore our inner nature.</p> <blockquote><strong>"The truth in itself can only be achieved within one through the deepest meditation and consciousness."</strong> ~ Buddha</blockquote> <h2>Meditating can Change our Mind</h2> https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmUZjoTa4PBHzH1oUz15fn6KPuhGXKHJmrDdCRHureehGn/girl-beach-stone-rock-160553.jpeg <p>An interesting article published in the <strong>Scientific American</strong> magazine written by Matthieu Ricard, a Buddhist monk and cell biologist, Antoine Lutz, leader in the study of the neurobiology of meditation and Richard J. Davidson, pioneer in the study of the science of meditation, affirms that <strong>through meditation we have the power to change our mind</strong>.</p> <p>This study was carried out for almost 15 years by the University of Wisconsin, in collaboration with 19 other universities, in more than 100 Buddhist monasteries. And in it brain scans were compared with tens of thousands of hours of meditation practice, obtaining very interesting conclusions. <strong>According to the results, meditating generates that:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The levels of anxiety and depression go down.</strong></li> <li><strong>Activate some areas of the brain</strong>, specifically those associated with feelings of empathy, compassion and altruistic love.</li> <li><strong>The volume of the amygdala is reduced</strong>, the region of the brain involved in the fear process.</li> <li><strong>It has positive effects on the telomerase molecule</strong>, responsible for lengthening the DNA segments at the ends of the chromosomes; It is the enzyme that facilitates the immortality of cells in most of the carcinogenic processes.</li> </ul> <blockquote><strong>Practice meditation. It is fundamental. Here are <strong>some other benefits that we provide:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>It helps to rest and relax our mind.</strong></li> <li>Reduces blood pressure</li> <li>Improve <strong>memory</strong></li> <li><strong>Improve emotional stability.</strong></li> <li>It helps to increase personal awareness.</li> <li>Facilitates and improves the quality of sleep.</li> <li>Improves health in general.</li> <li><strong>Relaxes muscle tension.</strong></li> <li>Improve concentration.</li> <li><strong>It contributes to improve the state of mind.</strong></li> </ul> <p>Amazing, right? At this point, <strong>we should question whether meditation should be a habit in our daily routine</strong> if we want a better quality of life. Perhaps we should think about starting in the practice of meditation more seriously, as we do with the incorporation of a healthy diet or exercise in our lives.</p> <p>On the other hand, referring to the aforementioned benefits of meditation, the truth is that <strong>we all feel more and more the need to feel a little more altruistic and empathetic</strong> in a competitive society that often devours us, as well as more relaxed and less tense...</p> <h2>How can we start with meditation if we have never done it before?</h2> https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbVsmjkn1aZWxmeRVXKpRTqax3mo2x2rHib8mZABBtnax/children-480112_960_720.jpg <p>Meditating is something that seems very simple, but in reality <strong>where we have to do more emphasis is on the constancy of their practice</strong> so that little by little we get what we really want. We recommend The Buddhist Meditation, Ramiro Calle, teacher and writer of <strong>yoga</strong> and pioneer in introducing this discipline in Spain.</li> <li><strong>Go to a meditation course</strong>. Someone who has been immersed in this practice for some time or who has experience is a good option to start getting into the wonderful world of meditation.</li> <li><strong>Learn to meditate for ourselves</strong>. Another option is to start on our own with small simple practices. To do this, we have to choose a quiet place where no one will interrupt us, sit comfortably with the spine straight and begin to take deep breaths.</li> </ul> <p>If you are a curious person, <strong>learn and choose the type of meditation that may be more in keeping with your personality</strong>: <em><strong>Zen meditation, Vipassana meditation</strong></em> or any of the other existing modalities. titleThe indelible travel to Indonesia
body![24470537996_8d40753431_b.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYrEnerLUKPTNYET2wEuLZYskyBk7QtNHau9GGfRxGPT6/24470537996_8d40753431_b.jpg) Deciding to **travel to Indonesia** was the easiest part of our journey. The complicated thing came when we started to organize the route. We only had **three weeks for our trip**. And everything we read about that country seemed so fascinating to us that it was **really hard to decide which islands of the 17,000 that Indonesia has to visit**. After many laps and taking into account that we prefer to travel calmly we decided that our trip would be limited to **four islands: Java, Bali, Sulawesi and Gili Meno**. **Temples, volcanoes, rice fields and beaches** were places that were part of our list of essentials. You had to calculate distances and see the transport options to verify that our idea was feasible. Little by little and as the trip began to shape, traveling to Indonesia was becoming a reality. A destination that we knew almost nothing about. It was like a blank book in which I pointed out places that were unknown until then but that something told me that I had to visit. ![bali-bratan-lake-indonesia-161207.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPnpWnK2QG1ZUkanh5buf5aJeUVhRpQGbXAa8v4TMEAAu/bali-bratan-lake-indonesia-161207.jpg) That was the case of **Mount Bromo**, one of the most impressive places on the **island of Java**. I had never seen it in photos. I had only read about it and I am infinitely happy to have decided to visit there. Despite the hours by car and early morning is a place that I think it is essential to visit if someone decides to **travel to Indonesia**. Another fascinating place was **Tana Toraja, in Sulawesi**. A place lost in the ancient Celebes Islands that offered us the opportunity to meet the Toraja. One of the towns with the most unique funeral rites that you can imagine. **Bali** was almost the island to visit. Traveling to Indonesia for the first time and not spending a few days on this island is almost inconceivable. Of course, we forget the beach of this tourist island and **we opted for Gili Meno**. It is a small and quiet island that at that time began to awaken tourism. Although today it seems that the **Gili Islands** have become fashionable, Gili Meno remains the least tourist of the three. ![Indonesia_-_Bali_(26780532124).jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmekV6RbUztTH59mrAEDouoWi15je8QDDmoGmLrXmHyqAm/Indonesia_-_Bali_(26780532124).jpg) Those were the chosen islands. In each one of them we had clear which places to visit. We contacted from Spain with an Indonesian agency. We passed our idea and they gave us a budget for internal flights, transportation (private car on each island, ferries and buses) and accommodation so good that we decided to hire them. It was great, because we chose hotels, and they got us all at a better price than I found anywhere. When packing our bags to travel to Indonesia, we had to take into account the different activities we had planned to carry out. We could not forget the **swimsuit for the beach**. Comfortable and cool clothes to visit the islands. And above all, a **good mountain footwear for the ascent to the volcanoes**. Still, we were light on luggage. In Indonesia it's hot and with a handful of shirts and shorts it's easy to spend a lot of days. ## Travel to Indonesia three weeks ![Indonesia_-_Bali_(27388039055).jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmcaqVcvuYT3J1mZVHn4eRWVUd7k3UESKVLCA9vbVuTcLb/Indonesia_-_Bali_(27388039055).jpg) ### Days 1 and 2 We left Madrid knowing that we had a long day ahead. From Barajas we fly to London and from there to Kuala Lumpur. Another flight took us to Jakarta, at that airport we were going to link with the final flight of the trip that would leave us in **Yogyakarta**. The latter was delayed several hours and we did not know where to put ourselves. We were exhausted and we did not see the time to get to our hotel. When we finally arrived at our destination it was already night... The night of the day following our departure from Madrid. We went directly to the hotel, the **Dusun Jogja Village Inn**, a beautiful place surrounded by rice paddies and far from the urban center. Perfect to relax. We went out to dinner and in a street stall we ordered some beers and nasi goreng. For much less than we could imagine we had a great dinner. ![lagoon-2349401_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZS5YyY8bpAgSXu6T9HnaJX8iJpYPnczrbnRvBtUtGs5a/lagoon-2349401_960_720.jpg) ### Day 3 **Our first day in Java is dedicated to tour Yogyakarta**, the cultural capital of the island. That day we visited the Kraton or what is the same, the palace of sultans. We also passed through **Taman Sari**, a place that was a park for the sultan and his entourage. In it there were palaces and pools for the enjoyment of the palace people. Very close to there are one of the places I liked the most in the city: **Passe Ngasem. It is a market full of life famous for the birds that are for sale. You can also buy **beautiful cages or colorful fish**. There are even areas in which the protagonists are fruits, and others perfect for a batik. In the afternoon we got to **Kota Gede. This part of **Yogya** is famous for its silver industry**. The truth is that we did not like the place nor did I find anything original to buy as a souvenir. Before finishing the day we went to visit the tomb of **Sultan Agung. It is a place of pilgrimage, but no objection to the entry of tourists. Of course, before you have to rent a dress like those used in the court of Javanese or not allowed entry. Back to the hotel we went out again to have dinner at a simple place called Via Via and run by a Belgian living in Java. ![ubud-277349_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmaGdxN2JnF8hVTQjrnaojyz3RY9M13JS9vW3ZbkBWe5tX/ubud-277349_960_720.jpg) ***I'll soon be sharing rest of the days, adventures, experiences & every moment that we lived there...***

titleDoes Getting a Tattoo Hurt?
body![rib-tattoos-4.png](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmYD7wBcU1GP24AwDFh7JMAXFzytFVn5TaFJpkHU8uYPb4/rib-tattoos-4.png) You got to get a tattoo and you get cold feet at the last minute. Do you believe that getting inked is not worth the excruciating anguish, or the needed concern afterwards is a complete waste of time? Various individuals who have or have not been tattooed formerly have different opinions. Normally, individuals who are getting a tattoo for the first time feel a little scared due to their peers or parents telling them that getting a tattoo is agonizing business. On the other hand, people who have been inked in the past, have their own experience, and whether or not does getting a tattoo hurt, really depends on the threshold of their pain. Ordinarily, sailors are people who do not feel any pain while getting a tattoo since they pride themselves in having their body inked. Qualified tattoo artists have described the feeling as scratching the body. Have you ever been in an incident where either you or a acquaintance has fainted while getting the tattoo finished? ![maxresdefault.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmbpomWamC2wVWsGyXLiNXMUT9YJz78qcukoRNtc6ZBMNc/maxresdefault.jpg) When a person faints, this is generally because he or she has not eaten for some time which causes the blood sugar to fall. Anxiety can also cause you to faint in believing that there will be immense grief while the procedure is being accomplished. Many cry when getting a tattoo for the first time. This usually happens because their threshold of pain is not too high, and they are generally taken by surprise. Also, complex tattoo designs can take extensive sessions with the artist, and these extensive periods are too stressful for the body which in turn makes you feel more pain. A familiar challenge that arises is the panic of seeing blood or a needle entering your body. When a tattoo needle enters your body, it only penetrates about 1/16 of an inch. If seen on a ruler, then the extent is not very substantial. To overcome this anxiety, many people get tattoos inked on those parts of their body where they cannot perceive the artist at work. This helps in overcoming their anxiety of needles, and also getting a little ink on their bodies. The needle enters and exits the body in a hurry, and the injury done to your skin is very small. Numerous artists are so experienced that they do not allow even traces of blood to be seen on the skin. While getting a tattoo, the first minute or two are the only ones that are the hardest to pass. After that, you become accustomed to the tenderness, and it does not hurt much thereafter. Prior to getting a tattoo, you ought to realize the whole procedure as to who is the most excellent tattoo artist, what design you really yearn for, and it is besides really significant to find out if you are allergic in any way to the procedure. The foremost object required to be accomplished is getting educated concerning all the possibilities, and your absolute understanding of the options obtainable to you. If you have considered one option for a longer time more than numerous others, in that case this will show to you that you are making a intelligent decision, and you ought to be completely pleased with the outcome for many years to come. Your exciting time to ultimately have your very own tattoo is currently within your grasp, and I wish you the very best!

titleThe United States Will Burst More Severe Financial Crisis
body![trump-2815558_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmZT9m8bAbyxDYgUrtUvV4dyCBpyQpMqHYBVmMiVyEWpUd/trump-2815558_960_720.jpg) Not long ago, suddenly announced that the central bank to raise interest rates, the interest rate hike is in the United States, Japan and other developed countries, the central bank has just announced the implementation of the second round of quantitative easing monetary policy actions taken contrary, it becomes very unusual, because it indicates a loose macro-policy stimulus began to withdraw, which reflects the Chinese macro-control authorities to current and future international and domestic economic trends to determine, if not optimistic, at least positive. However, this trend for the macro-economic judgments are correct? The problem is that the toxic assets the United States is too large, the Fed can buy through? The end of 2008, the United States only the market value of derivative financial products as high as 416 trillion U.S. dollars, there are tens of trillions of dollars in loans and bonds. Subprime mortgage crisis, the Fed had thought that these toxic financial assets, although the scale, but is based on "triangular debts" approach held by financial institutions to each other, through unified action to substantially resolve the liquidation, it had organized in early 2008, the United States. The joint clearing dozens of large banks CDS, the result is a total of 62 trillion U.S. dollars in the settlement of such financial products, only 12 trillion dollars does not go out, indicating that the actual financial bad debt is far larger. In addition, derivative financial products because of the bursting of the bubble bottom of the various loan summarized as follows loans, commercial real estate loans and falling house prices because land prices and other reasons can not be returned to the first half of this year, with the sub-prime outbreak in July 2007 when the phase ratio of commercial real estate and housing prices have fallen more than 40%, and 9 month, the United States the number of housing foreclosures more than 10 million units for the first time, this shows that the underlying structure of U.S. financial buildings than the subprime mortgage crisis Shihai worse, but much less so if a new outbreak of the financial crisis the United States to be better than the last to be stronger. Japan's asset bubble burst in the 15 years, a total disposed of about 1.5 trillion U.S. dollars of bad debts, the stock market and real estate was worth about 10%. If the total of around 500 trillion of financial products in the United States, 5% of bad debt is 25 trillion, the U.S. broad money M2 is 2.8 times, so the second round of U.S. monetary policy of quantitative easing is not against the United States the real economy and the unemployment rate to, but mainly in order to cope with the upcoming new U.S. financial turmoil. ![financial-crisis-544944_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmPzHuJ98ZwJYAg8AQ77WTZ6rMUXfS8iWpVXNhrHP5vHmS/financial-crisis-544944_960_720.jpg) U.S. subprime crisis has successfully handled the growth of broad money, M2 in size from its pre-crisis to the current 7.4 trillion to 8.7 trillion dollars, but if forced to release in order to purchase hundreds of thousands of toxic assets billion U.S. currency, the dollar's credibility there? I said before, the reason why countries such as China's trade surplus holdings of U.S. assets will continue, because you can increase the value of U.S. dollar assets, with depreciation of the dollar if the U.S. approach to the inflation trade surplus with China and other countries to pass the debt crisis, international capital to will not continue to flow into the United States, even large-scale outflows from the United States, the Great Depression the U.S. economy will really come. Now, the U.S. financial products to honor the new peak should appear in the next year, the U.S. government and Federal Reserve introduced a new policy is to stimulate the U.S. economy and financial markets, "warm", but this crisis is to escape, we will will see that, due to the currency depreciation of the dollar set off a worldwide craze and serious inflation, and the world economy in the U.S. economy is once again dip is followed by the second bottom. ~ [Learn about SEO (Search Engine Optimization &/or Make Money Online Ideas)](https://wisents.wordpress.com) [Learn about Meditation &more...](https://mysticmed.wordpress.com)

This is due to the impact it has made in the lives of those who watch them. The great joy and happiness that comes along with them has made them become the best option for many the world over. The videos come in different varieties. There are videos which have written scripts while others are just images but they both achieve the overall goal of amusing the viewers. They create a great deal of happiness. This way, people are able to come together by relating in good terms due to the intimacy brought about by the videos. Some of the most prominent benefits are discussed here to show the reason why the videos are making inroads. One of the greatest effect and one that is common to most people is the health effect that laughter brings to the body of a human being. This is something that people have other the years known about. The videos have rib cracking content such that stumbling across them leaves one doubling over in laughter and this is known to improve the immunity of the body. This is why it is recommended that one sets aside time for watching the videos because they hardly disappoint. Watching a hilarious video with other people makes it easy for people to relate with each other at ease. This is more so when people are watching it as a family as well as with their friends. It is common knowledge that a day is full of ups and downs and people hardly find time to rest but, once these videos are viewed, people will have an urge to sit together and enjoy their time together in laughter. One thing that makes the videos really stick out is the fact that the content is light in such a way that everyone is able to comprehend it. Therefore, it becomes much easier for individuals to share their views on particular segments. This way everyone is able to participate in a discussion and this creates a great chance for bonding. This is actually one of the hobbies that come with no expenses and one has the benefit of watching them without the fear of incurring high costs. Unlike other hobbies, it gives one a chance to relax at the comfort of their own home after having a busy schedule so that one can get prepared for more tasks for the following day or week. ![wink-4035665_960_720.jpg](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmRhBDdCPCnfTPGL837NCdUju83p9wNxopyofVLYCywzdw/wink-4035665_960_720.jpg) Watching the videos is one of the most cost effective ways for passing time while at the same time getting ones body and mind refreshed. Many people are now rushing to sites that offer them after realizing how beneficial they are to their health. The videos are now being offered in countless websites to give people a chance to sample and enjoy free therapy that makes even the most run down person to laugh. The cheerfulness created by the funny videos makes it easy for one to handle issues that come in life with a light touch and void much stress. Forming a habit of laughing is known to make people live longer and avoid chances of fear and anxiety so that one can be able to live peaceably with others. ~ [Learn about SEO (Search Engine Optimization &/or Make Money Online Ideas)](https://wisents.wordpress.com) [Learn about Meditation &more...](https://mysticmed.wordpress.com)
