bodyIt is soluble in (R) -1 '- (2-methylalanyl-O-benzyl-D-seryl) -1- (methylsulfonyl) -1,2-dihydrospiro [indole-3,4'-piperidine], a chemical compound colloquially known as Ibutamoren or MK-677. It mimics ghrelin, growth hormone (GH, somatotropin) and insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) and determines the level of cortisol in the body. ![](https://cdn.steemitimages.com/DQmQoYNZbRoXFNUoqxvEc929vE8GZsdG78e8FoxBny9s8zJ/image.png) By interacting with growth hormone (GHS-R) receptors, Ibutamoren allows to increase the concentration of GH, IGF-1 and the insulin-like growth factor-3 binding protein (IGFBP-3) necessary for its proper functioning. The ability to activate GHS-R has been attributed to only ghrelin up to now. It does not affect the amount of prolactin or luteinizing hormone (LH). It may slightly decrease the total testosterone level, but without a large impact on the free testosterone index. Thus, the MK-677 is able to induce positive effects attributed to ghrelin without showing its negative properties. MK-677 is resistant to decay as a result of contact with the acidic environment of the digestive system, due to which it exhibits high stability and very good bioavailability. In this way it is very easy to get injured because the tendons become more and more strained, and regeneration does not go as fast as we would like. Another very dangerous thing that is practiced by the majority of regular gym goers are the so-called "Forced repetitions", when we do not have the strength yet, we do 2-3 repetitions with the help of a colleague. Then the muscles are so tired that we are completely unable to control the weight. Therefore, it is optimal to leave a reserve and increase from weight training to 2.5-5 kg ​​weight while maintaining the technique and the same number of repetitions. When it starts to be hard, we do not increase until we achieve the target on a given weight. At some point, our body will adapt. We will reach the maximum strength that we are able to create with these muscle sizes. Then, in order to continue to build the musculature, it will be necessary to increase the size of muscles that are not so willing to grow any more.
