One might claim that thy're not since they probably don't take a cut from the sale of the content. But they likely benefit from the token sales, so they're getting a cut, just in a different form. Fox), The Terminator (I'll be back), and Halloween (the original that ended up having countless sequels).\n\nThese films have defined a generation of pop culture. But indie films are a great alternative and can open our eyes to all sorts of different views and see cinematography for the true art that it is.\n\nThere are lots of lists of indie films out there.  Some of the most popular are ones that have involved Hollywood stars.  List Challenges has compiled 50 indie movies to see before you die.  These range from classics like 1968’s Light of the Living Dead to ones a bit more recent like 2003’s Lost in Translation. \n\nThe fact is that there are countless indie films that are worth watching.
