      "body": "What does READY mean to you perhaps in everything you do and what you're about to do?\n\nTo ME, it means preparing your mind , your body, and soul to reach whatever you would like to reach like goals, complete your agenda for the day or any tasks that's in front of you. This was very very HARD for me to apply and understand when once a bright wise man of mine has kept telling me over and over again through the years. I never understood until NOW.\n\nREADY YOUR MIND...HOW? You should not let any distractions interefere your mind. FOCUS! I mean really FOCUS on your TARGET! Once you wake up of course for me is THANK GOD for everything but maybe you do not believe in GOD but you can simply just say THANK YOU FOR ANOTHER DAY!  Then you ask yourself how can we get and shoot that target! Brainstorm in your head and make an invisible list in your head! Prepare your mind that in order to reach that target, you must do everything in your brainstorming/invisible list and check it off by doing ACTIONS. \n\nSET YOUR SOUL...Yes! You're probably totally lost now. hahaa Yes ! Set your SOUL to your target!. This is giving yourself time for yourself. I guess you can say, have some alone time by yourself like meditation or just setting up any environment for some peace and quiet. Let your inner soul talk to you. Key thing is LISTENING! Yes it seems soo crazy but believe me, your inner SOUL/VOICE will let you know what's the next right thing! Yes, I got this from reading the book Perfectly Yourself by Matthew Kelly  and IT ACTUALLY WORKS!\n\nGO!!!!       "body": "On 04/16/2018 I was READY to go and my mind was fixated and determined to workout ; taking it on a different level and somehow incorporate it with my daily lifestyle. I myself for one, is not the easy one to stick to any program. I would always be on fire and determined from the start and then somehow, not be motivated again. I told myself that day , \"THIS IS IT! I'm finally going to start...\" I SET my mind  and provided a whole workout regime that I believe I could reach and had a hard talk with my husband of whom I really can't get mad at him for doubting me when I told him about it . Side Note: Ok ok ok, after I did talk to him I was upset but at the end , I shouldn't be upset at him because reality I've showed him otherwise and I failed to prove myself over and over again and failed soooo many times in reaching my goal regarding any workout program or fasting long term. Short term is much easier than long term for me. It's very easy to blame everybody else especially my husband whom has trained me in the past but really, the person to blame is MYSELF!  I'm the one whom put myself in the hole. Let's face it, it's easier than done. \nEnough said..The week of the 04/16/18 I've completed 2 days workout then the following week I continued and worked out 3 times that week but suck to say on 0427/2018...AGAIN... something prohibited me to continue on 04/27/2018 where I don't want to regret it or blame other things or others but I did get my brows done and I was told not to workout until my brows peel or it will be  messed up. Not a girly girl at all but got my ombre brows done and BOOM that's it, I had to lie low on working out. You're probably like, whaat?? That's why you stop? And ...YES... therefore I had to stop. I was on a GO but again always something stopping me and this time it's my BROWS! I'm still READY to start again but it's now a waiting game on my brows. I'm going to continue to have this SET of mind I WILL DO IT AND GET THERE and once it's a GO for me, I'm READY AND SET AND GO FOR SUCCESS!!! \nWait a couple of days more hopefully and I will let you ride with me here on my blogs to see what happened to my READY, SET , GO mindset and determination of achieving my goal. Here I go and hope you are learning with me as well. \n1. What is Coinbase? This is the stem of it all. \n     A. This is where you verify your information, connect your banks, and how much you want to invest in. \n     B. Tabs you must go under is \" ACCOUNTS\"and \"USD WALLET.\"\n2. What is Bitconnect and Bitcoin? Different type of CRYPTOCURRENCIES\n    A.  Go to https://coinmarketcap.com/ - As you can see Bitcoin is #1 on the list and BitConnect is #22 therefore, they are\n         all types of Cryptocurrencies but the one that is more common name in our industry today is BITCOIN. Everything is transparent and therefore if a change needs to take place it's hard to do. Basically everyone in the \n            group must be convinced of the change or else it won't fall through.\n        3. It has to be validated in order for it to be true or It's not true unless it's validated.\nFYI- I know you all are thinking what are you talking about! Let me simplify this by starting out by ok.... \nMost people use checkbook accounts right? When you do any transactions you must record all the data and that's how you track it. Therefore for any added transactions, you create what's called a BLOCK.\n          4. This BLOCK is what the Ledger has at hand and is seen by everyone.\n          5. BLOCKS are transparent.\n          6. Behind every BLOCK there's a LEDGER.\n          4.
